The hotel was clean. The air conditioner is regulated. The man behind the desk was very unfriendly and lied about the price. I would not stay there again to save my life.

You want a dump stay at Fayetteville this place super clean nice people the rooms are huge it’s not the Hilton but for its price you can’t beat it I’ve seen 4 star worse then this all in all great value.

Upon arrival, I was kind of scared. We got checked in and into the room and everything was great! Outdated but nothing wrong with it. The bathroom was very clean, the beds were clean (more on the firm side though), and the TV and AC was working very well. I would recommend, especially for the price!

Clean, safe, and friendly folks run the place. NO WAY can you beat the VALUE. The AC was ice cold. Perfect for me. I like to park and see my vehicle so this place is better for me then the chain hotels that force one to drag all ones belongings through the inside to reach ones room. We will be coming back and thanks Andy for the comfy stay!

Quiet. Clean. Slept well. It was an older but we'll maintained motel. Nothing compared to a LA Quinta but we'll worth the price! Would stay there again if in area and ready to call it a day!

I found the room clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than I thought they might be. Very hot water in shower. Shower and toilet drained a bit slow, but no problems. Cable TV had some static. I would stay again and recommend.

Clean comfortable rooms reasonable rates. New go to place in Mena.

Ozark Inn is a great little motel! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly & it's VERY reasonably priced! And I DO have to say the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in! Nice accommodations & close to everything. We'd definitely stay again when un the area!

Clean and the staff is ok. Not out of their way friendly but enough for a a night stay. About the best place in Mena if your not going to stay in a cabin or at the lodge.

While on a motorcycle trip via Arkansas with 2 other riders, we reserved a night at this place 9/11/17. We were very pleased with the room. A clean room, clean linen, comfortable bed, and great hosts. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. A great night's stay at a very reasonable price.

Great stay for the price wish they would clean the pool. It looks horrible and greenish black. If they would clean it, it would be a 5 star spot.

Wasn't a planned stay, our car broke down and had to wait overnight for family to get us. No complaints about room, it was clean, air conditioner worked great and shower was nice. But for over $50 they could at least clean the pool to make useable for guests.

While this hotel looks dilapidated and in need of serious remodeling (who uses real keys, seriously), it excels in the areas that matter. The bath towels were thick, plush, and clean. The A/C was in good working order and got the room cool quickly. The water pressure was outstanding. Although the bed squeaked and thumped, the mattress was comfy and firm — — no sags. If you're looking for a decent, no-frills hotel (breakfast is not offered) good enough to crash out then get back on the road in the morning, this place will suit you fine.

It may not be a 5 star Motel, but it is clean. The price is right, and I would recommend Ozark Inn to any traveler.

Was pleasantly surprised. Checked for bedbugs upon arriving which seems stupid, but there wasn't any. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Nothing bad to say :)

Well, we stopped here for a quick overnight on our travels. The open and vacancy signs were glowing bright, but when I inquired about a room, I was told that there were non available as they had been busy the night before and no one had cleaned them. I got a strong impression that he would have charged us full price and let us stay in a dirty room if I had shown the slightest interest. If you have no rooms, turn off the signs.

OK for an overnight stay. Staff was nice. Room clean. Bathtub filled up as we took shower which we did not like as we take showers to not be in dirty bathwater and front desk person did not seem to be concerned when I informed him. Would probably look at other options first if I had to stay in Mena again.

Clean and price, phone not working could not even call room to room, No breakfast no coffee that you could drink office seemed to be there just to take money WI fI all most none egestant.

Room was clean — price was great. Bed was so so but not horrible. We will stay here again.

Was VERY disappointed. The bed was HARD, had issue with 2 lights in the room and one of the pillows didn't even have a pillowcase. Then the kicker: in JUNE the POOL WAS CLOSED AND FILTHY! Continental breakfast was bananas and packaged honey buns or blueberry muffins. (no thanks — glad we knew about the Skyline Cafe in Mena, THEY had some good food! ).

We have stayed several times at the Ozark Inn and they have always been more than nice and very accomodating. If you are on a motorcycle, this is a great place to stay. They are VERY biker friendly even providing towels to wipe down your bike. Rooms are clean and well worth the price. We recommend this place to all our friends heading to Mena.
