It's started out as a bad experience finding hairs in both beds and the bathroom. The air condition didn't work. And because I complained I woke up to a ridiculous charge. My receipt for the stay says 1 thing and I was charged and additional $67.75. On top of a $250.00 fee. Very unprofessional. The breakfast and breakfast staff was the only good thing about my stay.

The breakfast is horrible and the hot water had to heat up for 10 minutes to get warm but other than that it was pleasant!

I was very disappointed with my stay. I purchased room for use of the swimming pool and night out the house with son. The first room they gave me 433. The bathroom door was broken and would not close nor shut. One of the beds had clotted blood on the sheets. Called front desk and asked for new room. They then moved us to room 424. This room wasnt much better… just without visible blood. Walls had lots of scuff Mark's. Crumbs on nightstand, mirrors in room had finger prints on it. One of the bed skirts had a yellowish white dried substance and on top of sheet what look like dried red sauce that I scratched with my fingernail. You could tell the room was not properly cleaned. Very disappointing I booked this room thinking it would be a nice clean getaway for the night… I would have been better off staying at home and spending my money elsewhere…

I wish I would have read these reviews first. If you are reading this DO NOT stay here. I booked 14 rooms for a baseball team and they didn’t tell me the pool was closed. My kids ran to the room to get their suits on and went to the pool to find it closed. I went back to the hotel to ask to switch room so my kids could swim and they refused to let me saying I had to pay for the room. In addition the entire hotel smells terrible. Just trust me and avoid this hotel. Very poorly ran.

I have called several times and left the manager voicemails for price quote for meeting room/party room reservations still no return call. I also left message with front desk staff still no return call.

Love this hotel! I've stayed a second time. Both stays where for a two day family event. Rooms where clean, bed was firm and comfortable, easy access from car to room. Not right on a busy boulevard so zero traffic noice but has easy access to central highway interchange.

The hotel was decent, no towels provided for the pool. Breakfast service was slow. One waiter for the entire area. You have to pay extra for breakfast. Also, we were double billed for our rooms. We were basically billed four times for a two night stay. The manager told us that is how the bank computer system is set up and that we would be reimbursed in 7 business days and that he had no control over how the money is taken out of our account. He also told us that we could not contact corporate.

One of the worst we’ve stayed at. Air conditioning was out in the lobby and restaurant. The restaurant was way over priced for what you get and not great tasting at all. Our room smelled like cigarettes. To top it off we had the unfortunate pleasure of hearing the couple next to us have sex all night. Maybe if the walls were paper thin we could have saved our children from this. We will not be returning. Ever.

Difficult to navigate Little Rock when you're from out of town but the room was spacious, clean and reasonably priced (trivago). Pool was warm and welcome what with the heat (dry heat). Room door handle must be raised on some doors (ours included) once apprised of this everything was just fine.

Seems new. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Worst decision ever to use my points! My daughter and I had to switch rooms b/c the first one the door was messed up and there were stains in the tub. The second room, the drain was stopped up so we had to brush our teeth in the tub is what we were advised. Holes in the curtains and towels. Mold in the shower. I’m not sure if the 4th floor is point rooms, but never again. Then there’s no continental breakfast. There’s a Holiday Inn West right down the street that is wonderful and they serve a hot breakfast.

My stay was great. The staff was so polite and the room was clean. I would stay here again.

The only reason I gave it a 2 was for a clean room. I checked in and was told breakfast was free. The next morning they said it was only for the adults because my children were over 11. I ask for a discount since we were lied to and was told the price was set and couldn't be changed. So we got our free breakfast, which was nasty, didn't even eat and drove to get us breakfast. For the price of this hotel I'd stay at the Hampton with free coffee and cookies all day, much nicer rooms, and breakfast buffet.

All in all not bad. Pillows were lumpy and the bathroom had some mildew. The room was pretty big and had plenty of outlets for electronic devices. So, I'd really give it a 3 and 1/2 stars if I could.

Do not stay here unless you want selfish, rude people running all over the halls yelling, leaving trash everywhere, knocking loudly on doors, and acting like idiots keeping you awake until 3:00 a. M. This not only happened on our floor, but on each of the 2 floors above us! We wanted to ask to be moved but realized that it wasn't any better on any of the floors after scouting it out ourselves. I can't believe onsite management allowed this to go on for hours! Obviously, they don't care how you behave as long as the room gets paid for. We were miserable for the few short hours we could stand being there. We did not feel safe and got out as quick as we could!

Clean, well took care of place must have a really good mangment team there they stay on top of there place, restaurant is over priced but food was ok.

Nice decor. Hard bed. Breakfast isn't free. The restaurant was closed by the time I got off work. Looked like a nice bar but that had also closed early. I moved the next night.

This place is pretty great. The lobby and rooms looks newly renovated and clean. It has a modern feel to it and definitely cozy. The price is worth it and signing up for their rewards program is more than worth it as well. I gave it only 4 stars due to the fact the bathroom shower seems a little dirty and the door leading to the bathroom is a sliding door that is partially broke. Other than that it's a good place.

Rooms are nice. No continental breakfast? I thought all good hotels had free breakfast.

Bathroom fixtures fall off the walls. Shower head needed replaced. Room noise from floor above me. Clean, close to many restaurants, and nice area.

Poor service period! Plus they robbed me by charging my card for a room that was already paid for by another guest in my party. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor and I have yet to hear back from corporate. Stay away from this ratchet ghetto hotel. Breakfast was horrible!

My experience honestly deserves no stars, but you have to give at least one. The first room, I began my stay in, immediately smelled of mildew when I walked in the door. I was tired and decided to not worry about it. I turned on the heater, put all of my stuff away, and walked barefoot over to the bed. The carpet was absolutely soaked! Again, already being tired and having already put my things away, I wrote a note to housekeeping and went to bed. The next morning I hopped into the shower with dirty tiles, got dress and left. Half way through the day I received a call stating that I'd be moved to a new room as the A/C unit had a leak. Got back and moved to the new room. In the new room, one of the dresser drawers handles were missing, the shower again had dirty tiles, and the heater did not work. Tired, just like I was the night before, I went to bed hoping to stay warm under the very thin blankets. The next morning I awoke to a 61 degree room and was met with a shower that took 5 minutes to heat. When I mentioned this to the checkout counter, I didn't receive an apology, only, "Okay, good to know. "

My daughter and I stayed on Monday the 11th and Tuesday the 12th. The front desk clerk was a very nice man and was very helpful. The room was clean and the room service was excellent.

We stopped there for one night and the room was very nice and clean. Hotel looks pretty good too. The parking is big and safe which was very good for us because we had a moving truck with a trailer. Also, front desk agent, Ryan, was very helpful and nice!

I loved it there the motel manager was awesome. They gave us free breakfast cause my dad was a veteran. And they was very nice people with great service.

I was very impressed. We stayed at another location during our trip. It cost almost $200 per night. It was not near as nice. I was very impressed with this location.

The hotel was very nice but I had a few issues. The lady working evening shift at the front desk was very rude. When I get to the room the toilet and shower was very nasty; had not been cleaned. So we go back downstairs, get another room. We get to a room right next door to the last one and it was filthy also. The bed was even dirty. Other staff members at the hotel was very very nice. Might be back in the future but cleaning and some hotel staff need to be taken care of. The room was very nice though and very comfortable beds.

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn at Chetal Parkway. The staff was very friendly and my hotel room was clean and tidy. The room service was great. If I am ever in Little Rock again I will be back!

Stayed here 2 nights and everything from the front desk clerk to staff to rooms and so on, everything was great! Couldn't believe we were staying at such a nice hotel for the price given. Will definitely be back again!

We stayed overnight at Holiday Inn Little Rock West — Chenal on a road trip. The room we had on the fourth floor was a 2 queen bed suite. The room was well appointed and felt luxurious. A small kitchenette was included. Breakfast in the cafe was not free, but a great value and tasty. We ordered room service for dinner which was delivered quickly. The price and good quality was comparable to a mid — range restaurant like Chili's. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Starting off by saying Holiday Inn has always had great rooms, great prices and great service. Continuing by saying I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again. I was blatantly lied to, rejected and lied to again. No one offered any sort of assistance, the manager did not pick up her phone for days. The front desk clerk did absolutely nothing to help and ignored me on several occasions. She blatantly told us our reservation had been cancelled even though it had not and was already paid for, and that there were no rooms available. Called 15 minutes later and she told me there were plenty of rooms available, not knowing it was me. That wasn't even the half of it. Luckily there was a nicer (and cheaper) Marriott next door that gladly took us in. I sent a letter to corporate and have not heard back. I will be contacting the manager shortly to notify them of the corporate letter.

The staff were friendly and the lobby and room we're modern and nice. The beds were comfy. The shower curtain smelled like mildew and the tub didn't drain. Other than that, it was great. The breakfast was cooked to order. I got the omelet, and it was fresh and delicious.

Could have been better. Room was nice but had no hot water in the morning. When checking out I mentioned it and the clerk said I wasn't the only one. Breakfast was decent. Might be going back to the Hilton Garden Inn down the road my next stay.

The power went out at 6 pm on Thursday and was still out when we left at 8 am on Friday. My girlfriend tried getting us moved to another hotel that had power. They put her on a phone where she was on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. It may not have been their fault that the power went out, but communication was terrible, and they didn't seem to have a contingency plan in place.

Great location with a lot of places to eat nearby. Beds were alright, a little on the firmer side. Pillows were fantastic.

I'm staying at this holiday inn for a business trip. So far, it's excellent for the price. My single King room has a comfy couch, a large flat screen TV, and a spacious desk. The desk chair is not terrible, but not the best… It'll do the job. The Wi-Fi is spotty at times. I wish they offered wired connections. Overall, not a bad hotel. If I come back to this area, I will stay here again.

Best hotel experience I have ever had hands down. If you need assistance during your stay, ask for Antonio! Nicest and most helpful hotel customer service rep I have ever encountered! It's the people like Antonio who make the difference between an average-quality hotel stay, and a superb-quality hotel stay. Will stay at NO OTHER hotel besides this one when I come to Little Rock in the future.

I was eaten alive by bedbugs! I had to go to work with almost 12 bites all over! I reported to the GM and she was unprofessional, she first stated your staying here at a discounted rate! What does that even matter if I'm getting eaten alive! Regardless of any of the unnecessary bull, all my stays were paid for in full. The front desk was even unprofessional, asking how can I afford to stay there, because they never see me leave for work and where do I work and how much I make! Wow. Very unprofessional. The waiter was horrible, he'd always beg for at least a $10 tip every morning saying he needed gas, when he clearly wasn't worth it if he had to BEG! What does your life story even have to do with me? This hotel looks good on the outside, but the inside and management is very unprofessional. Not every one in the staff, but there's a good amount them! Oh and not to mention, I stayed there a while a few months ago, now all of a sudden my card has been charged this month. I've been calling and their saying they don't know how it was charged, and don't see anything. The GM said she'd call back, never called back or even responded to my voice mails or emails. She should be the GM of a motel 6 or something.
