First! The Jacuzzi room is NOT the one pictured. They have a single-person tub, so it’s not very romantic. Second: The room (jacuzzi room at least) is clean with new flooring, paint, fridge, microwave, and AC. Third: Why are there motion activated Red/Blue flashing LED police lights on the ceiling?! (These are NOT the blue under-bed nightlights you see in upscale hotels). These are on the ceiling, and they turn on every time you move in bed. Bad for light sleepers. Good for the hidden camera maybe?! Probably. Near certainty that you are being filmed. This is ABVI so obviously breakfast is just an old mini-muffin, but there is a tiny gas station across the parking lot. Walkability to nothing else. Drug and prostitution activity observed, but it is very discreet and they won’t bother you.

Love this place and the staff wife and husband really work with you if you short on funds … I thank them alot.

The staff at this hotel is one of the best I have ever seen. From the gentleman at the front desk when I checked in, the manager I spoke with and the ladies who take care of us and the evening reception, all were fantastic! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Will stay again the next time I go to Little Rock! Thanks for a great couple of days.

Rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the security of the hotel. No one could enter the building unless you had a room key or reservation. That made me feel at ease. Thanks again for a great stay. I will be back for sure.

Love this hotel. The front desk attendant was warm and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. King size bed and fluffy pillows allowed me to get a good nights rest. Breakfast area was clean and the food is good. Love it!

Economy hotel with clean rooms. If you are in this town I recommend staying here. Room price was great and service was good.

Decent hotel for workers not the more state of the art place but beds are comfy and rates are one of the best in town but there is a fridge and a microwave I would stay here again.

Check-in staff was friendly. Room smells damp, musty, fan blows urine smell into the room. There are cigarette burns on the blankets, even though this is a non-smoking room. I've stayed at other Americas Best Value Inns and this one was not the same quality.

Convenient location to everything as well as on and off the freeway clean rooms great service exceptional staff.

The rooms were a little bigger than most of the area hotels I've stayed in but actually comparable to price or sometimes less expensive than others. I stayed in a 2nd floor room, which appropriately cleaned and decently furnished.

I love how helpful the staff was I was new to the area and they let me know about all the restaurants and new attraction I will definitely be back!

Service was great, rooms were very clean, and prices were cheap! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I love the serivice great people and most importantly I felt at peace.

I guess with cheap comes roaches and I mean our room is infested. Along with the smell of cronic swore I could lay in my bed and catch a contact from the rooms beside us loud music and alot of loud mouth people police are here alot to many people sitting around in office and put you last until they are done talking burn holes in all blankets. But the Wi-Fi is good cable is great housekeeping check with you daily and make sure you have what you need and are very respectful and generous. The housekeepers need to run the front desk and teach the dumb asses there how to treat quest. Not a good place for families with kids unless your ok with having your child at a trap house.

Great prices for the weekend and the breakfast was an add on.

The location was nice being right off the interstate, the rooms were okay, service was good.

Location was a ghetto, smelled like pot. Room stank of superold smoke. Mattress had burn holes in it. Bathroom door had knife holes in it like someone stabbed it. Felt unsafe even though cops frequently circled the parking lot. Door did not lock correctly chain was torn off. This place was a dump not for kids. Needs to be torn down or renovated. Cover on bed was stained. Otherwise all clean just run down.

I had stayed many times there but this time I did not serve the air conditioning and did not sleep well because of the heat.

This place is horribly dirty. The floors in the room weren't even swept! The sheets were stained. The walls were grimy. The remote didn't work. The staff spoke very poor English. Bad part of town so we worried about our vehicle. Only good things were the shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and the room was free of bugs otherwise I'd give 1 star.

I stayed there and the place needs to be closed down cause I had bed bugs in my on my pillow when I woke up the next morning! And nothing was did not even my refund of staying there! The place is nasty. They put the out of town people on the clean side by the office and put in town people across the street where is nasty and and not very clean! The pictures on the website is nothing like the hotel! Cheap places.

Absolutely would stay here again. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Front desk staff was very nice and so was checkout staff.

The room was clean but smelled a little musty. Other than that it was great. A very good price for the size of room and king size bed! We will continue to use America's Best Value Inn and Suites!

Very affordable for a overnight sleep, the front desk was very helpful. Allowed me to park my trailer and van using multiple parking lot. Clean room and comfy bed.

Good location, good service, but no water, vending machine does not work, the rooms are very austere and the air conditioning is very old.

Horrible service they do not take pride. Dirty laundry, Bed bugs, the washer and dryer sucks there. Its a BIG rip off…

Well… I like to be clean and I'm not too materialistic but this place has shown me I can find better. I've found bed bugs instead. My lady was itching so bad she torn the skin off her scab. The service sucks, Business is NOT suppose to be ran like this. ALL the rooms were infested. After I made my complaint there was another guy that walked in and complained about the same thing and brought a cup with bed bugs in it. We've been moved all around the hotel due to linkage and painting and some A/C units were not working good. Need A/C in 93 degree weather. Well… Good Luck sleeping here.

Travelers Beware! If you are looking for safe, clean and reasonable lodging, avoid this property. I made a gross error by staying at this property. Litter everyone, questionable people milling about and the room was a bit stale. The bathroom sink would not drain properly and the carpet felt damp. Horrible experience.

The only good thing from my experience here was the fact that I didnt pay for the room! Ive stayed in ABVI in sherwood and jacksonville and was shocked to see this location. 1. ) I actually found marijuana in my room, also still stank of it. 2. ) Bathroom smelled like old man pee 3. ) I was terrified by midnight with all the screaming, hollering, loud music, and the loudspeaker ordering people to go back in their room 4. ) After hardly no sleep, I wake up at 6 AM for a lousy cup of juice and a muffin… (the tray only had like 8 muffins, so how do they feed every one? ) 5. ) Disappointed and tired, I try to lay back down and hear a woman crying and obviously seriously scared — probably got beat up by a boyfriend? At 7:15 am. 6. ) I had two nights reserved. I only stayed one night, left around 9 AM. At 10 am I realized whelps were forming on my neck and arms! Bed bugs! Grrrrrrrr.

Well it did have a jacuzzi tub that I was looking for. I'll give it that. And that it was fairly cheap. You can tell the room use to be nice at one time, and could still be if it was taken care of. My reservation clearly said a "non-smoking" room. But there was an ashtray in the room. And multiple cigarette burns on the covers of the bed. The TV didn't work properly, it would come on for about 30 seconds then turn off. It was cable tv, with no channel guide or a TV guide of any kind. The front desk workers were nice though.

I would not reccommend this motel to anyone who isn't looking for ladies of the night or various drugs. ABVI&S Is locally known as a crime ridden establishment and maintains a high risk of dangerous or disturbing incidents. I would not spend my money there for any reason.

My wife and I stayed here for the night hoping to find a decent place for us and our pets. We immediately regretted booking this place once we arrived in our room. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but it has cigarette burns on the bed sheets, and smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The ceiling tile was falling apart. I would not recommend this place to anyone else, especially if you can afford better.

I've seen better looking establishments but from the outside it doesn't look like a bad place. When we got to the lobby, the man behind the counter didn't exactly look friendly and I did not like how he watched me like a hawk, as if I would steal something or shoot the place up but he tended to us none the less. We got our room key, went to our room and literally as soon as we open the door, we spot a roach on the pillow. In addition to that, these are supposed to be "non smoking" rooms, yet our bed sheets have burn holes all over them, so my husband did not expect to be told not to smoke. The bathroom was fine and looks recently remodeled, aside from the floor needing slight sweeping and the plumbing being not so great. The TV stand is scuffed very badly and the TV remote has some issues, but all in all it is what we paid for, cheap. Being how the room is small and the problems i've seen, i'm not so sure I'd recommend it but it's decent if you're just needing a quick stay.

I had to get four different rooms and they still didn't have sanitary tape around the toilet seat and lid, so I had to use the gas station bathroom instead that was across the street. Other than that smelled good, hotel manager offered to give me my money back, looked nice. Oh and the room we kept had a little bug that looked like a louse in the bathtub.

We stay at a lot of hotels. So far not that bad, my only genuine complaint is that the free Wi-Fi is quite weak (as of right now) and being that I'm so tech addicted (look as I'm leaving a comment review lol) that kinda matters a decent amount to me.
