Got a great deal on a room for the weekend, for a spontaneous trip. Pulled in late and the front desk was still extremely personable and had a genuine smile the whole time. It was a long drive on a super hot day and still over 100 degrees outside when I arrived. However, the A/C in my room was on when I opened the door, and was super cold, and did not waver the entire time I was there. Room had some older furnishings but everything in it was exceptionally clean. My towels and linens were clean smelling and fluffy, and there were 6 regular pillows on the bed, so plenty of types to choose from. The room could have used another lamp because it was a little darker at night, but overall I'm very pleased. Bathroom was redone recently and everything was in place.

The rooms were dirty and half painted. Room was supposed to have a microwave and didn't. We were there 3 nights and our room was never cleaned, we had to go to front desk and ask for towels and they brought them each night after 10 p. M. We asked a housekeeper for towels and she couldn't understand anything and walked off. Bathroom was moldy. Complained to front desk and were told they were short handed, never apologized or anything. Everyday the maid cleaned the room next to us. Walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on with the rooms on either side. This is not the kind of experience I expected from a Days Inn or Wyndham motel. Never will stay there again or refer anyone. Save your money and your sanity!

My wife and myself has had the opportunity for a wonderful stay, with the Days Inn. Thankful for the manager Dean and Marci, they have gone above and beyond to insure our stay has been a great one Also, thank you Brad for all your help. We highly recommend Days Inn 2208 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR. We say with great pleasure, a 5 STAR!

Poorly maintained inside & out. I saw people there with dogs so they must be pet friendly which is fine except I obviously had a room where the pets had fleas. Both my husband & I got numerous bites. So sad that Days Inn use to be a great place to stay, not anymore, will never go back. Do not recommend anyone stay here. Owners should be ashamed!

Booked a room in advance. Showed up to check in and not only did they give me a dirty room but it was already full of Someone's stuff. Never again. Service was terrible trying to correct this issue. Just left and went somewhere else. Yes I did get my full refund.

Took 4 tries to get a clean room but it was nice besides that. They were having issues with cleaning staff so it's not really a knock on them. Bed was stiff as motel beds usually are. My room was right next to the maid room and the last morning I heard some loud noises coming through the walls on rhat side. All and all not too bad for what it is.

I ordered this room for a few family members to stay overnight while they visited Hot Springs. They got a room with two full sized beds. They were comfy, nice center TV, buti don't recall a mini fridge, microwave, or coffee maker. For a one night stay, it's not bad at all for the price. The only real issue I ever saw was a dent on the inside bathroom door that looked like someone punched in. But it wasn't trashy looking at all.

I want to give it zero stars! This place was horrible! Filthy, rundown and literally falling apart! I slept not at all! Creepy and you could not pay me to stay there again! Very disappointing! And over priced!

Got to my room, it's okay for the price. No microwave or fridge in the room, do have a coffee maker. The rooms are not lit very well either. The bath towels are small and thin. You only get two wash cloths and two towels for a double bed room. Usually you atleast get 4. I tried calling three times prior to my arrival, no answer. It reeks of cigarette smoke. Rooms are out dated ass well. Next time I'll pay extra.

Where do I start?! This motel has to be the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. The sheets had hair in them so they obviously were dirty. There were no trash bags in the trashcans, which I thought was really odd. The only towels that were available were two hand towels and two wash cloths. The room seemed to be only half cleaned. Thankfully, I had towels and our sleeping bags in our car. To make matters worse the room was a smoking room and we requested a non smoking handicap room. My husband is handicapped and it’s difficult for him to climb stairs. I explained that to the attendant and she said that this was the only room that was available on the ground floor and that the cleaning ladies use a special air freshener to help with the smoke smell. Huge LIE. The room was so overwhelming with smoke that we woke up the next morning with stuffy sinuses and a sore throats. It had to be from the smoke because by lunch time we were already feeling better. I really feel as if this motel is falsely advertising. It looks up to date and really appealing if you look at the entrance but once you walk into the room it looks as if your back in the 70s. The mattress was so worn out you could feel the springs in it. The headboard to the bed was barely hanging onto the bed. I thought for sure that it was going to fall on my head during the night. The shower either had scalding water or freezing water there wasn’t a happy medium.

Cons: Hole in the door of the bathroom. No toilet paper holder, it was broken off the wall. The safety lock on the door to the room from outside was broken off. Felt very unsafe! Facet on the sink only let out a drizzle of water. Pros: Great price for a decent size room and nice TV! Not an extra dollar for smoking room. Coffee maker in room that makes 4 cups at a time! Fridge and microwave too.

Nightmare. Daughter and boyfriend was locked out of her room on dec 28 around 5 pm. Reported it to office no luck. 4 hours later they gave her a room another room but had no access to their clothes and other items. Next morning still not resolved. The owner refused to call locksmith. Daughter gone without her medication. 20 hours later the owner finally decided to call a locksmith after we complained to corporate office and Expedia who booked the room. They said he would arrive in 20 min. Waiting We are stuck here. Can not continue trip. They refunded daughter her money. Told us if we were not checked out by 11 have to charge us another day. Been over 20 still waiting. Finally arrived 30 min later. It took locksmith only only 5 min to open. I did one star because only way to post. They do not deserve any.

The room was clean and comfortable but the neighborhood was a little less than desirable. The price was good. The Wi-Fi is free. They have a pretty good breakfast with biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee in the morning that is free to guests. The owner was very hospitable and helpful. He even recommended a few places for us to go check out in town and had a pamphlet for all the attractions in the area.

It was sufficient and certainly not bad for the price. Not a luxury! Layout was strange. It had everything like fridge & micro even nice TV, but table was across room from fridge across the bed. A little cramped. Micro & phone didn't work. Bed was good. Clean.

People are nice. No microwaves even in lobby. Breakfast is a joke have seen couple roach. Cleanliness is great and linen is clean and great shape. Just needs better upper management.

One star for not having bed bugs or roaches. Old hotel. They are building a new one next door and seem to be letting up keep on this one go. Desk lady abrupt and lacking in politeness, probably defensive from constantly getting complaints. Door dead bolt wouldn't lock. Room had no fridge or microwave. Our room right next to main road, unceasing sounds of traffic. Continental breakfast was a joke. One cereal, bread and a few pastries. Microwave out of action. Not the worst place I have stayed in, but I could never recommend this one to anyone that I liked.

Never will I stay here again. It was nothing like the photos. Those photos were from another hotel. Only because there weren't rooms anywhere else in town, did I stay here. They should be ashamed to even open this and call it a hotel. NASTY to the 5TH POWER!

The price was right. Beds were comfortable. The area we stayed in is not the safest area. Saw one cockroach in our room. The TV is the old tube tv's which I don't care about but u might. I rated it 2 stars due to cocktail roaches and area.

Horrible, room smelled as though it hasn't been cleaned in well over a year grafitti on the wall curtain wouldn't close bathroom had no light floor was sticky. Dont go here.

Room is very dingy with INCREDIBLY thin walls. Room hasn't been vacuumed, and there's not trash can liners. The smell of weed is literally overwhelming and being an addict in early recovery, that's very dangerous for me. There are room-to-room doors that are very weak and falling apart. Sounds like the neighbors are having a great night though. 80 bucks wasted (for a single (cigarette) smoking room)

It's clean and adequate. I had a suite which was adequate. I was there for the races and wanted to be close. Room had two TV sets and only one worked… so the guy knocked 10% off. But that wasn't any problem for me. It's not fancy but it's not bad at all. Nothing wrong with the area either. 3 stars.

I will never stay at this hotel again! First off we was going to cancel and they told us over the phone we couldn't cancel had to give a 24 hour notice. That's not what it states on the confirmation paper I had. It stated by 6pm on the day of the stay! Well the room was nasty, smelt bad, and hadn't been vaccumed! Then I find finger nail clippings on the bed so I pull back the covers to find black hair all over the sheets! I'm pretty sure they wasn't even changed since the last person who was there before me! I wouldn't even shower cause that's how bad the shower was pure nastiness! Will never stay again!

They have bedbugs I wish I could show the pictures… I'm on crutches and they put me upstairs in a room right next to the ice maker and it made noise like something was coming through the wall… They didn't have any trash can liners one room didn't have a microwave or fridge nor a tv… I will never stay there again.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had! Payed for my room two nights on line, got the wrong impression of how my room would have looked just by searching on line. My room was really dingy, the room had a smell to it, the carpet obviously was not vacumed there were cigarette ashes STILL on the floor, nasty white stains on the curtains, no coffee for our coffee maker, the shower STILL HAD SOAP WRAPERS from the previous guests! Our towels were poorly displayed and our shower floor was disgusting and sticky. And the breakfast sucked and they never replenished the coffee creamer. And the whole complex is falling apart and the location of where it is is just surrounded by tweekers or crack heads and hobos. Never ever EVER coming back! So do not try to take your family here for a vacation. This place just needs to burn.

My parents and I stayed in this Days Inn this summer. The room was pretty neat, and the staff was very friendly. We booked two rooms via Expedia but with the wrong room size. Fortunately, Nick who was at the reception desk helped us call his manager and have the room changed for us. Anyway, they do offer a very good stay at a rock-bottom price. Plus, breakfast is included.

1. Carpet very damp in room 2. Hole in bedspread 3. Trash behind nightstand 4. No phone in room 5. No Wi-Fi accessibility 6. Mini frig wouldn't work — found it plugged into white 2 prong extension cord coming from under baseboard (no visible sign of where plugged in) using 2 prong adapter. Had to move to outlet by bed to work. 7. Same for microwave into 2nd white plug coming from under wall. 8. Moved to different room. Later that night find sports bra hanging from seat of desk chair. Not any one's in room. 9. Told to call desk if Wi-Fi has problems and they'd reboot router. Doesn't help. Wi-Fi continually weak to non-existant. Night clerk snarky when called to reboot router. 10. Woke up Sat. A. M. To notification of surprise charge on card. They had charged wrong amount on card at check in. I asked 3-4 times showing what reservation said. Night auditor decided to correct without notifying me they were making charge. Had I not had card set to email notifications, wouldn't have known till bill came in. 11. Hung "Do Not Disturb" sign on door when going out. Did not want anyone in room while we were gone. Cleaning crew went in anyway. Mgr tried to say "Oh your tag blew off. You didn't find it". Wrong. Tag hung very neatly on inside of door. 12. Tenants a couple of rooms down playing radio or TV rather loudly. Called desk politely asked if anything could be done. Snarky "I'll send security over" Funny, no sign of any security staff entire time we were there.

So not worth the $$ paid for. First of all room key didn't work at first, hasd to have employee open it for us. Thank goodness it wasn't freezing outside, you can see daylight around the door frame. Door locks do work Wi if not working, staff states working on getting it fixed. Beds uncomfortable, need replaced. So much for a continental breakfast, Cheerios and toast and coffee, no bagels pastries. Will not stay here again. We canceled reservations for another Americas Best on our way home. Found different hotel. Don't waste your money.

I wish I had read more reviews on this specific hotel. The pictures online were obviously not of this hotel. Very run down looking with a half finished Ramada hotel next door (that we found out was started on 4 years ago) but all the signs said "Coming Soon! " Yes it had a hair dryer, coffee, and ironing board plus a TV from the 80s (with cable). I almost thought I was going to get shot while staying there. It was quite ghetto fabulous. No offense but this is just how I felt. Surprising no bugs. They did have soap, no shampoo (thank goodness we bring our own). I would not stay again. I am usually great at booking hotels online but I've proven myself wrong with this one.

Drove up and parked at the front lobby, as I was walking into the lobby to get a room I saw a friend outside and we chatted for two minutes. While we were talking the clerk came outside and told me I had to move my car? I said I was about to get a room! He said I will still need to move my car? WTH? I then told him I'm not getting a room here now and I'll move it when I'm done talking to my friend. That guy behind the counter needs customer service classes! Needless to say that place won't see a dime of my money! Wow! Really? Where are you suppose to park to get a room? Down the block?! Jon M. / Little Rock, Ar.

Want carbon monoxide poisoning? Stay here. Nasty showers? Check. Filthy carpet? Yep. Bad service? Definitely. Excellent way to waste $55 dollars — I wish I'd slept in the car.
