Room was dirty. There was no emergency sign on the door. The lady at the front desk was rude. My card was charged for things missing out of the room that was never in the room. This is a very dirty dishonest hotel, would not recommend for anyone to stay at candlewood in hot Springs.

Very rude staff. Will charge you for things they don't put in the rooms to begin with. Would not recommend.

Clean! Friendly everything about it was great.

Wi fi sucks but it's a pretty nice motel other than that.

Although our stay was only for one night our room was not what I expected in fact it was more than what I expected. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and informative. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

The rooms are clean and spacious. The reason for a lower rating is because they have a sensor on the wall thermostat for the AC system. If you don't move around periodically it will not cool. If you don't get up and move around during the night, you will wake up hot. To their credit, they did configure it to take the thermostat out of the equation after we complained about it being hot. The maintenance guy is awesome and came in late in the evening to fix it. Otherwise, it is a good place to stay.

We have stayed at this hotel before and absolutely enjoyed it, this time — not so much. Check-in was a breeze and polite but when we had gotten to our room after being told it was a non smoking room, it smelled just like the bottom of an ashtray at a sleezy bar. My husband and I turned around and went back down stairs where we explained everything, about it supposed to be non-smoking and the attendant advised that there was nothing she could do they were booked and he needed to "pay more attention next time when booking because it said "no preference" when we checked in" to which my husband replied by showing the confirmation email stating a non-smoking room. To this they apologized and sent a housekeeper up to spray the room with fragrance (which didn't last long enough to tell). No other changes or apologies were made about the situation. We had to sleep with the window open all night just to make it bearable to stay. I honestly don't think we will be back to this hotel in the Hot Springs area again unfortunately.

Very nice and clean the bed was very comfortable! Staff was friendly price was great! Down fall was SOMEONE was having a very loud hen party at the patio by the pool at 4 AM I figure it was employees I was woken up and could never get back to sleep.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are spotless. The staff has been extremely friendly and the pool area has a gazebo with gas grills. Love this place. Definitely will come back here…

Luckily we got to this hotel when we did. We got the last room available for the weekend. The room is very spacious, very comfortable bed, we even have a stove, refrigerator and coffee maker. Ice machine in the refrig two televisions. We bought tickets on site for the Magic Springs water park. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a million.

Great hotel. The room was simplistic, which can be appreciated. There were no outdated paintings on the walls or funky carpet patterns on the floors. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had GREAT water pressure. I would definitely recommend.

FREE WASHER AND DRYER! That's rare to see in hotels and it was a pleasant surprise. We had a very nice stay! The whole facility was very nice and clean with very friendly staff. The room met our expectations. The air conditioner was turned off when we got in so we had to wait a little bit to cool it down, but that wasn't a big deal.

As always, above and beyond service. Very accommodating. Great location around all the cool things to do!

Queen bed in room is comfortable. Room is clean, but a little out dated and has an odd smell. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. I wish they had breakfast. May stay again depending on other available options.

Would definitely stay again! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. The room has plenty of amenities for a great price. There's a little kitchenette where they supply utensils, cookware, cups, bowls, plates, toaster, full size fridge, etc. You can also borrow stuff like games or other cookware. There's a nice size area to walk the dogs as well.

We made reservations before heading to Hot Springs for Spring break with two of our teenage grandchildren plus our English Bulldog, one room two queen beds non smoking. However when we arrived the check in clerk assigned us to one room with one Queen bed. This would not work for us and so we questioned why we were not given what type room we reserved for our needs. The clerk told us that just because you make a reservation for a certain type room does not guarantee that is what you will be assigned upon arrival. So since this was race season and spring break we had no option but to take the only other room they could offer so which was a SMOKING site which had one queen bed and a fold out. The bulldog and our grandson both developed allergies from the smokers room. What only good thing I can say about this place is that the entire staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful.

Disappointed. Room smelled bad. The desk clerk didnt know how to run my credit card and I had to call several times AFTER check out to get a total. Couldn't get a receipt. Very dissappointing. Pet friendly, smoke friendly. Unfortunately that's all I could smell.

I accidentally left my watch and very important necklace while staying in this hotel. We have stayed there many many times and when I called frantic Amanda answered the phone went directly to our room found my cherished belongings and kept them safe for me. You will never know how much I appreciate this. There are no words to express my gratitude thank you so much Amanda you are an angel Tony Carrillo and Tammy Grimshaw.

Pretty standard hotel. Our room was a bit small but for the price it was a great value. The room setup was odd to a point that you barely had room to get into the bed on one side because it was so close to the wall so we ended up having to push it to the middle of the room. Heads up, they do not have luggage racks. We made due by using the desk provided in the room. Otherwise we had no complaints regarding the room as it was clean and well stocked. Hotel and staff were very pet friendly and had no issues with my 65 pound Labrador retriever. $45 pet fee for 1-2 nights. Goes up to $65 then $75 I believe depending on the number of nights you are staying. They had a small mini-mart/snack room where you could buy snacks. No free breakfast but there is an IHOP and a Waffle House down the road. They did have a DVD library where you could borrow DVDs for free. The rooms come with DVD player. The mini kitchenette was nicely stocked with dishes and supplies. They even give you a scrub brush and a small bottle of dish soap which was a nice touch. Overall this is a good hotel for the value. Do not expect it to be a perfectly spotless, high-end hotel. If you're looking for a nice getaway and a quiet, quaint place to stay that is close to the main attractions of downtown Hot Springs, look no further. You've found your place!

I hope that the owners or manager reads this. We have not yet arrived, will update that part later, but I have to tell you that I have booked 3 rooms and Angie has taken care of all of our needs prior to arrival. Smoking, Non-Smoking and Pet, small dogs, kids and all of us are welcome here. Angie is top notch in my book and I look forward to meeting her. If this is any indication of how we will be treated, we are in for a nice, enjoyable family Thanksgiving trip to meet our other daughter. I have one daughter driving in from Texas to Louisiana to travel to Arkansas with us, and our dog and did I mention that I smoke? Yes I do and they have smoking rooms, Yay! The other daughter is driving in from the Springfield area of Missouri, south, so that I can have my "little girls" (adult) daughters together with us and their families for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Thank you, so far, to Angie who has bent over backward to meet all of our needs thus far. Great Job! :) … will update with Pics after arrival. I have booked smoking & non smoking rooms for my family fyi. Nice to find a Pet Friendly motel to meet all of our needs. Very nice place to stay, hotel is clean bed is comfortable and staff is friendly. Fully stocked kitchen and full size refrigerator with utensils and such make it a great place to set up shop for a few days on vacation.

Live the rooms and they layout. Has a small kitchen, bathroom, office. Just like an apartment wth all ammenities. I love the location and convenience to get to your meetings in seconds.

Candlewood Suites is always my go to anytime I am in Hot Springs. This hotel property is always clean and well maintained. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They make you feel right at home. The rooms have kitchens which makes it very convenient to prepare meals instead of eating out all the time. I stay at a lot of different hotels on business and I have to say this is one of my favorites by far.

I stayed at this hotel for one night to make picking my kids up at camp less of a drive all at once. The hotel is in a convenient location to the interstate, with lots of options for both fast food and full service dining. The room was clean and spacious, water pressure was great and the bed was comfy. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful! It was a quick stay but I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Super friendly staff; very private; dog friendly. Love it here! I will definitely be back.

Enjoyed staying a couple of nights here. The rooms were very clean and quite. The beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. Service was very good and the extras that this hotel offers are the best. I will be staying here again when in Hot Springs.

Nice clean comfortable room, staff was super nice. There are no ice machines. The pool had to many under age kids not being supervised.

Candlewood Suites was clean and accommodating. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Tho only thing I didn't like was the clothes iron… but I never like hotel clothes irons.

Absolutely no complaints. We didnt make reservations until 11pm, we arrived about 2 hours later. Checking in was quick and easy. The room was clean and up to date. The bathrooms were also. The bed was super comfy. I would recommend it and will stay there next time.

Like staying with family. Clean, comfortable, soft linens, very nice staff, dog friendly, free workout room, etc. Will stay here again!

Very clean but seems to be overpriced. Was a little disappointed there wasn't any continental breakfast and the prices were outrageous for items in the Pantry.
Coffee maker in the room made the coffee taste like burnt electrical parts.

For the price it was not that great! The air sensor is terrible! The soap which I never use my husband does was bad it stunk so bad he used my body wash! And our television was not that good. We were only there to rest for the night and left early that morning. I will say the staff at the desk are friendly and it is a clean place just pricy.

We are here on our first anniversary staff was nice upon checkin asked us how was ur drive in? Got in the room bed was comfy and the fridge stove microwave was great to have in the room only thing I found was the tub was small lol but no way am I complaining the closet was also spacious so thank u guys for having us!

Very professional staff. Room was fully stocked. Full size refrigerator, two burner stove, large microwave, and all the items needed to prepare a meal, except food LOL. One negative we could feel the spring in the mattress.

This has been one of the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel ever me and my wife get to the hotel and the TV would not work so I called the hotel front desk and some guy show up at the door unplugged the TV and the TV started working then shower was filthy and the ac unit would hardly work then a month later we get two charges of two hundred and fifty dollars on my wife card we called to find out what the charges where for and no one could tell us why then a week later they say it was for a broken TV that the only person that touch it was the hotel worker and now every time we call the manager won't get on the phone because there was no broken TV someone stole your money stay away from this place before you will be the next to be Robb of your money.

Nice but we were given an already in use room and we walked in on strangers. After we were put in the right room it was nice. Extremely disappointed that there was not a complimentary breakfast. I've stayed in some crappy places for a lot less money that offered its guests free breakfast. Towels were great though. I don't think the towels will be enough to bring me back. I think if they spent less on the home amenities that aren't necessary they could afford to feed travelers that spend WELL over a hundred dollars a night to stay here.

We stayed here once before. It was a horrible experience! Dirty washcloths in the shower when we first got in the room and the window in our room was majorly cracked and the latch on our window would not fully close properly! That was maybe 6 or 8 months ago. We are now in town for the motorcycle rally. All other hotels were booked online, so we had to give this place another chance. Big mistake! Got another room with a big crack in the window and window that does not close correctly! And, apparently, they do not have regular housekeeping anymore. You have to tell them the night before to clean your room the next morning. We told them last night. Got back to room at about 5:15 in this evening; we were gone all day, and guess what? Yep. Our room has not been cleaned! My husband went to the front desk to get more towels and washcloths and told them about our room not being cleaned. They didn't even try to apologize. This place is total crap! will never stay here again! do not stay here!?!

Very clean and accommodating! & affordable! Our room did have kind of a funny food smell though, due to it there being a kitchen in the room.

I checked in at the front desk and was amazed when I went into the room. I loved it! IT was very spacious. I have stayed in Holiday Inns and did not expect it to be this spectacular. It had a cute little stove top and a dishwasher. If I wanted to cook, I had everything available to make it easy for me. We were so close to all of the restaurants and the mall was just down the road as well as Kroger across the street for my grocery needs. I will be coming back.

This hotel was horrible one computer small TV small pool no breakfast.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall very pleased with our accommodations. The room indicated that it was a Queen size bed but pretty sure that it was a full size bed. PRetty sure the reservation said Queen. Unless Candelwood has a different definitions to their bed sizes. Previous client had a apparently nicked the TV powercord but the staff replaced very quickly. Having the all night little shop open that uses an guest honor system for making cash payments for items or having it apply to your room really really sold me on this stay. Well done Candlewood Hot springs. I hope you were able to find a home for the stay cat that hanging outside the lobby front door. It was a cutie. Al and Kate Cofrin.

We got an excellent rate on priceline and the bed, bedding, t. V. Shower were all very good. The staff was adequate. Being an extended stay, there was no continental breakfast but the kitchen was nice and clean. The pool area was nice and felt secluded from the bustling little town. The only negative was the little store where you could buy food items to prepare in your room. The prices were ridiculous. Overall, we were very pleased.

Made reservations over a month in advance. My reservation was for after the announced open date. They called ONE BUSINESS DAY in advance to tell me they wouldn't be able to accommodate me. The woman who left the horribly garbled message with absolutely no information in it gave me TWO phone numbers to call, BOTH OF THEM WERE DISCONNECTED or NOT IN SERVICE. Sleeper beware.
