General manager drinks on the job. Serious bedbug problem, they have eco labs out there multiple times a week. This establishment doesn't treat it's employees with any respect. If you work here, you will not see a raise.

Stayed here June 30th for work after driving all day by myself. They let me park my truck near were my room, the room was clean. The staff member was sweet and nice helped me choose a place to eat and had a nice conversation with her after.

Their regular rooms are large, so I can’t image what their suites are like! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and everything you could ever want/need in a hotel!

My large family selected this hotel for our stay while in Heber for a family reunion/memorial service for our mother. Whitney, the manager, was amazing and very helpful. I can tell she is a “whatever it takes” kind of manager. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The problem, was that they seemed short staffed and didn’t have everything needed and they were out of a lot of things that my family asked for: pool was out of order, extra coffee pods, cereal, towels, change for the washing and drying machines (they could only give $2.00 in change but machines needed $2.25 🤣), etc. These inconveniences added to my family’s already stressful week laying my mom to rest. Under normal circumstances they are probably one of the best hotels in Heber Springs which is why we picked them for our family, but I would call ahead and see if they can accommodate you before you arrive. Ask if all of their trucks have come in that week 😉

Was standing at the front counter to get a room. Girl at the desk answered the phone and gave the last room available to someone on the phone. Very poor management decision! Would you really turn someone away standing in front of you? We’re at Quality Inns and Suites and are very happy! Holiday Inn, you lost a customer for good.

Very nice! Would recommend this Holiday Inn to everyone and definitely will stay here again. Breakfast is included with room, with a really nice selection to choose from. Also rooms are very clean.

There's no pool, bad service.

The staff here are wonderful, and the place is always clean.

Great Hotel and the staff is able to answer any questions as well as give you suggestions on local eating establishments. Grandson enjoyed the pool and we both enjoyed a hot. Breakfast. Will stay again when in that area.

This is a REALLY nice HIE! I have nothing but good things to say about HIE Heber Springs! Great staff… very friendly and helpful… nice clean room… very comfortable.

This is the only major chain hotel in Heber Springs. We were pleasantly surprised by the large, clean, updated rooms. We were in town for a softball tournament, and the ballparks are a quick 12-15 minute drive away. The breakfast area was busy but had adequate seating, and food was standard fare. The outdoor pool area is very nice, as well. Would stay here again without hesitation!

The customer service was the greatest! The young lady was very professional and made the entire process enjoyable. Great breakfast and clean rooms.

This Hotel is wonderful. It's more like a 3.5 star hotel. Very clean, large updated rooms & comfortable beds. Even the pull out sofa bed was comfortable. A terrific value.

This location is modern and a lot nicer than I expected. It's a fairy new facility and a great value for the price paid. It's immediately off of the bypass with convenient access to downtown and the east side of the lake or river. A shopping center with restaurants and a gas station is across the road.

It was a nice hotel. Hall needed to be vacuumed but the room was perfectly clean.

This is my second time staying here, but is the best place to stay when in Heber Springs. There is not much near the hotel.

The hotel was easy to find last rooms well Organisadas I the service excellent.

Don’t expect an early check in… even though the parking lot is empty. Arrived two hours early because of a 3 pm meeting. Front desk staff was rude and threatened to charge 1/2 day. Unfortunately it’s the only decent hotel in town… otherwise I would be staying elsewhere.

Enjoyed my stay very much. I got in late and left early, missed breakfast because I left early. But the host to check in was very friendly and everything went very smoothly. The room was great! Very clean and very comfortable. Always a pleasure!

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Express they were very very nice to us the bedrooms were beautiful love the beds they were amazing thank you again for a good night rest Holiday Inn Express.

Nice place to stay, the rooms have their own air conditioning units so you can have it as hot or cold as you want it in there. The free breakfast is a little better than I expected, you can get a lot of actual food. Service was excellent, if you have a problem that is what those phones in there are for. So you call them up and they will be there quickly.

Above average stay for a Holiday Inn Express. Comfortable and quiet. Great view out he window. Friendly staff.

Large rooms, comfortable bed, clean and great location. I stay in a hotel 3-4 days each week for work and would definitely stay here again.

Love it. Great suites. Nice beds and baby loved the crib and service when needed. Very clean and deluxe.

We had a wonderful experience. We booked for one night to attend the 2nd Annual Charlie Johnson Schlorship car show. Check in was easy. The ladies at the desk were super sweet! We will be back!

The hotel is about the best you can do in town but that isn't saying much since there isn't much to pick from. The staff is friendly and the room decorations are updated. However, I've had problems with cleanliness in the rooms. I've stayed here for a few nights a week for a couple of weeks and I've seen a few things. Sometimes just crumbs on the floor or missing towels. Most recently what looked like beard trimmings in the sink.

Great hotel as most Holiday Inn Express tend to be. Good breakfast, good views, reasonable prices, and quick internet. The staff is all very nice and helpful and the facility is clean. Rooms are all in great shape of the 3 rooms I've stayed in for work trips. The area is easily accessible if you're traveling through and from what I've heard from guests here, quick access to good fishing.

Nice place to stay in Heber Springs. Really comfortable bed. Could use some free weights in the fitness room, and there aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself is good.

Terrific place to stay. The staff were unbelievable and the breakfast every day was good. The only complaint that I had was that the breakfast could have had scrambled eggs more often rather than just the bad omelettes every day. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. They give you two pillows for each side of the bed and they are labeled as to whether they are firm or soft so you can choose.

I'm an early-to-bed, early-to-rise business traveler who just wanted a good night sleep. I've stayed here many times before and had no problems. Check-in clerk was rude and only marginally competent — giving me much higher rate than I'd had previously. He initially booked me on the first floor, but then moved me to room 420 after I asked for a quieter, top-floor room. The room was poorly maintained — stained carpet, ripped chairs. Bed was horrible — see picture — large, broken-down hole that made it very difficult to sleep. I complained in the morning, and was told that the mattress in room 420 is a known problem, and I shouldn't have been booked into that room unless it was the last room in the hotel — and I should have been warned about the bed. Obviously (as I'd started on the first floor), it wasn't the last room available in the hotel, and — obviously — I wasn't warned about the bed. No adjustment was made. I asked to have a manager call me, and one never did. To make a long story short, stay here only if you want to pay a premium price for a low-rent room, rude service, and a broken down bed.

Good, clean rooms. Nice staff. However, the walls and ceiling on the first floor DO NOT surpress sound. Can easily hear people's thumping footsteps and showers in the room above. Not fun when trying to sleep at 1am.

We have stayed here twice, and each visit was extremely pleasant! Recently, we left a "supposedly" highly rated Trout Resort, which smelled so musty that I had to keep ground coffee by my nose to mask the stench, to go back to the Holiday Inn! We both hugged the beds and took deep breaths of freshness &cleanliness in the air! I totally recommend HI!

When coming back from a family reunion, my key card to allow me back into my room and been deactivated. The lady at the desk was not there and I had to call the building to get her to coke to the desk. We had made enough noisy she could have heard us. Eapically when my husband yelled "We need some help. " Then I was asked to leave the fitness room because I was making to much noisy. I'm sorry your treadmill squeaks. The room was nice, your fitness room is good but the squeaky treadmill, and the pool was a nice as well. Thank you but I may or may not come back.

Terrific hotel that made our 5-day stay feel like we were right at home, only better. Attentive, friendly staff, incredibly comfortable and spacious room, and hot breakfasts every morning. Would highly recommend them!

Had a pleasant stay at the holiday inn express in heber springs ar. The rooms were well appointed and maintained and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was very, very nice. I made reservations and needed a crib. The crib was nice, clean, and in the room as requested. Their was someone at the front desk to immediately greet us when we arrived. I was also provided with doshwashing liquid yo wash my baby's bottles. The room was very nice and clean. The set up and decor of the room is nice for a home away from home. The breakfast was good and fresh. We would definitely stay at a Holiday Inn and Express again!

Great experience started with check in with Zack! Such a nice and friendly guy! Rooms are large and clean and comfortable! Nice that there is even a couch in there. Pancake machine wasn't working the evening we checked in but Zack took care of us with nice warm cinnamon rolls! What a nice evening snack! Breakfast was great! Hot and plenty to choose from. Thank you for a great stay!

This is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The room was very large & comfortable. The front desk clerk was pleasant upon arrival. Breakfast was really good. The only semi-negative was the size of the pool but I can only assume if you are traveling to Heber Springs, more than likely you are here to enjoy the beautiful surroundings — this part of the world is HEAVENLY! p. S. Thanks for the late night pancakes :-) my daughter really thought that was fun!
