If your passing through or need to stay in the Delta, this is a great choice. Clean rooms, quiet and convenient to resturestau and fuel.

Clean, modern room with fridge. No channel guide. No toothbrush available at front desk.

Well lit place with plenty of parking. Check in was easy and the room was clean. Price was on the high side but I guess the fact that we saw no other hotels on Highway 165 since we left Monroe, Louisiana would explain that.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice little small town with restaurants close by. Continental breakfast is decent and well stocked.

This hotel needs updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was small and we only had a table with straightbacked chairs instead of a soft chair or a desk chair. The bathroom door was broken on the bottom.

The best place to stay if you come to Dumas the compliment breakfast is so good everything a breakfast suppoesd to be.

I have to agree with others who found this to be an nice comfortable hotel. No problems checking in, NIce breakfast, clean room, no wierd smells, and I felt that I and my stuff was safe. The only caution was that I had a room towards the front of the hotel. There is some traffic noise from the big trucks. This did not bother me, but if your a light sleeper, ask for a room in the back. I would stay here again.

Extremely clean and sooooo comfortable! The body pillow is a definite plus! Convenient location to food and shopping! Great stay!

Extremely outdated. Bed is sunk in. Tub is disgusting. Their so called hot breakfast was horrible.

Staff is very focused on taking care of you correctly the first time very clean and freshly remodeled rooms for a decent price. Check pic.

This is probably one of the nicest Days Inn I think I've ever stayed in really clean really nice overall great.

Recent renovations are quite nice. Breakfast choices are very limited unfortunately.

When traveling, it seems roadside stops in rural America are creepy. Rolling in at 10:30 with very few lodging options, my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms. Standard summertime ac mustiness. Bathroom had some drywall and caulk issues, but otherwise nice enough for the age of the building. Standard breakfast fare. Decent enough stay, clean pool.

Best hotel in Dumas. Rooms are recently updated with newer carpet and paint. Still has a bit of an outdated feel or I'd give it 5 stars.

Stopped at 4am and they where going to charge me $100 till 11am for a 2 bed. I don't think so. Went down to Dumas Inn and was charged was less. The hotel was clean and the beds where amazing.

Older hotel but still very nice. I slept really well. Just wished they had a bigger parking lot for trailers.

It's been renovated since the last time we stayed. Nice and clean. Will stay again in the future.

Although the lady who worked the front desk was very nice, she offered to come show me how to manipulate the key card on the door to my room instead of offering another that works appropriately. They did not fix it the next day like she said. The other lady who worked the front desk was not as friendly. The mattresses were not comfortable and one of them was made up with stained sheets. The T. V. Channels could've been set up to where you didn't have to guess which ones worked. It also would've been nice to have a "Do not disturb" sign, so that room service doesn't try coming in when you're getting out of the shower. I have to stay here again in two weeks. Maybe the next experience will be better. More to follow. The place does have potential to be better.

One of the best for the price.

The room was very! clean and staff was very! nice and I must say the bed is very comfortable, make you want too sleep all day. The restaurant are in walking distance and food is great. I will be coming back, Earl and Kim from Chester Va.

Clean, motel style, TV was not digital but no big deal.

Good hotel to lay your head down and get some good sleep and swim and have a good time.

Bathroom vents looked moldy, breakfast was severely understocked (even the coffee). I slept well so I have to give it a couple stars. Staff was also very friendly.
