Front desk clerk was rude. That was the first encounter, then there was the room. Spider webs on the wall, dried blood stain on the bed, crack in the nightstand drawer along with marijuana remnants, the room smelled like cigarettes and dead body, the people next to us had a god that wouldn't stop barking and there were people working on a truck right outside the room. This was at 10:30 at night. We turned and went right back to the office to give out keys and leave. The front desk refused to accommodate us in any way. No room change, no clean sheets and no refund. We have three children and the room wasn't just dirty it was unsafe. The management was rude and refused to give a refund. I absolutely would not recommend this place. The staff is rude and the rooms are dirty.

Stayed here for Hot August Nights for $250 per night. For $250 a night I didn't expect to waking up to being bit by bed bugs. My skin is still crawling. Called Expedia and they negotiated a 50% discount. Calls to health depth and city of Reno tomorrow to report them. I've read in other reviews about this issue. Room was clean and decent for what I needed besides the bed bugs.

Bruce is the best! Customer service was par excellent accommodations were adequate! We even brought two dogs and everything was fine! Also this is no longer a Days Inn. It is now America's best value.

You know how some hotels bolster an atmosphere that attempts to create a sense of "privacy" but falls short of doing so, even when in your own room? Well, this place succeeds at doing the exact opposite. Not only was my room clean and comfortable, but it also had such a secure sense of privacy to it that I felt completely at ease while resting in my room's rather cozy bed. My bed had three pillows on it! Most places only place two pillows on their beds! The television channel-lineup was superb, featuring nearly every primetime and premium cable channel-lineup, including HBO! Lastly, the continental breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, choice of bread (wheat, white, and cinnamon swirl), Quaker oatmeal, and a selection of two or three cereals. There was butter, sugars (white and brown), creamer, milk, coffee, and juice (apple and orange). I highly recommend this place, especially if traveling through, or vacationing to, Reno, Nevada. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for telephone calls made from my room.

I won't be staying here again … *Non Smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke * Room outdated and questionably "clean" * Extremely loud from freeway traffic noise * The freeway noise was a plus compared to the people who stood directly outside our door playing the guitar and singing loudly. BONUS they stopped playing long enough to go across the street to buy beer … guess it's intermission time. *Guitar guy game back and was joined by a group of people who smoked and talked all night long. We learned all about a cheating wife and more while getting a week's worth of 2nd hand smoke. * GM was VERY rude when told about the unwanted concert. SAVE your money people!

Stayed here a week in February 2016. The room was clean however very 1980's. The T. V. Was the 13" tube. The problem isn't the room or staff (very friendly), it's the area. On 3 different occasions I witnessed a lot of police activity. My room was on 3rd floor, one night I just happened to walk outside and saw police with guns drawn on someone below. It took at least 3 hours before the parking lot was cleared. You most definitely do not want to walk around at night, drug houses across the street and lots of homeless.

Had a great experience here, the beds were really sturdy, my girlfriend and I really made good use of both of them and they were both great! Highly recommend it for the price!

Great place to stay nice workers rooms are a little worn down but for only 46 bucks its a steal.

It was great. We left some shoes in the room and they returned then to us 4 days later.

Room looked clean. I had to pay $159.99 plus tax, total of about $200 because I booked during Labor Day weekend, only for one night. Unfortunately I had to check out early because I found several bed bugs in the beds. This is first motel that I've ever had this type of issue with. Very unhappy.

Nice price and descent breakfast. Rooms are small but they are clean.

Disgusting room with bed bugs and no refund. Don't waste your money here like we did. You're better off going to fernley just a 30 min drive and stay at the super clean and cheap comfort inn.

This place is nasty. Mine and my husbands restroom wasn't even clean and than they f%#*ed us over on our deposit. We will never be staying there again.

Great service and price and rooms were just fine. Would easily recommend.

Hotel was awful. Stayed there and no trash can in my room. Found the bathroom not fully clean with hairs in the shower. There was people yelling and screaming outside at night. Beds were not comfortable. Continental breakfast was a disappointment. Juice machine was broken so coffee was only available. Only toast and oatmeal was served. I've stayed at better days inn before but this was a letdown.

Okay room, allows pets. However, added a surcharge to my credit card and tried to claim my bank added it. After contacting my bank they changed their story and started yelling at me. Do not use and if you have to use pay with cash.

Very Friendly guy at front desk when I checked in and out and helpful. Room was clean.

Room wasn't at it's cleanest. Half the lights did not work. Heater had broken knobs. Room was not very soundproof. The breakfast was not great because of poor selection.

The beds and rooms are clean but if you want good internet then get a room near the pool and that's it, the only fast connection is near the pool and nowhere else. You have been warned.

A friend and I were headed home from Burning Man last night and needed a place to crash. We happened upon this place and it looked decent. We asked for a non-smoking room and immediately knew the room either was a smoking room or was located near one (or more. ) It wasn't too bad so we let it go and stayed the night. This morning it was UNBEARABLE! We rushed out and when we explained the issue to the clerk, he brushed it off and stated "That room isn't even located by any smoking rooms. " Not one glance at us as he was prepping our checkout receipt. Just nothing. As a burner, I'm trying to keep the spirit of Burning Man alive, but that room and the clerk's inability to properly offer service to patrons makes me question why I ever left BRC.

I needed a place to just crash for a few days mid-vacation through Nevada and Cali while my traveling companions went to scout for Area 51 or some stupid nonsense in the Desert. I didn't want to blow the money I had left so I purposely avoided a Casino hotel and just crashed here for like 3 days. There was a Carrows right by the place for cheap food and it served it's purpose. But don't bother unless you just want a crash pad. It's borderline Motel 6 and the area at night seemed a bit sketch.

Not the best Days Inn I've ever stayed at, but it served its purpose. Great price and you get what you pay for. Not far from the casinos and right next to the freeway. Clean and comfortable.

One of the worst places ever! They have discount coupons but DO NOT honor them, they tell you that you need a more expensive room even though the place was empty, looks nothing like the pictures, bed was hard as a rock, the plumbing was almost non-functional (sink and tubs don't drain, 2 of 2 rooms) the carpets are filthy, looks like from the '70's, TV reception is about as good as using rabbit ears (cable advertised, — NONE), NO Wi-Fi (advertised), it looks like it's one block over from the "ghetto" (lots of homeless/bums) and the parking lot was littered w/debris, NO decent place to eat unless you want to wait at Denny's for a 1/2 hour when there were only 5 customers. Sleep in your car and save money or spend a few bucks more and stay @ The Eldorado which has the best buffet ever! also there is NO pool there, don't let these pictures fool you, looks nothing like this.
