Drinks are pretty expensive for neat/rocks but it is upscale so that expected. Mixed drinks are totally worth it though. Great mixologists.

Top shelf location and amenities as it should be in this world-class community. Although I prefer Kings Beach down-to-earth, relaxed vibe, if ur feeling like a fancy lad or that's just how u roll u can't go wrong on this stellar property.

Great quiet get away. If you love clean air and beautiful scenery this is it. It alway amazes me going there. We get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the city life it is very nice to disconnect and enjoy gods creations.

Quiet. Very large rooms. Suitable for large families or groups of friends. Staff is helpful and friendly. Walk to Hyatt Resort and Casino.

It's always great to be here. Beautiful location, easy to get around. 1 hr drive from Reno airport. Kitchen well equipped, could do with more pans, but it does the job. Would be great to have more cleaning than just one at mid week and living room area couch and armchairs are in desperate need for an upgrade/re-upholstery. We lost an item, our fault, and were looking for it all over the place. That is when I noticed that floor hasn't been vacuum cleaned under the furniture neither in the living room or in the bedroom. Would be great to have that fixed too. With that said, you cannot beat Incline village, the proximity of the lake and the surroundings.

Great place all around! Very accommodating and helpful staff. The grounds and well kept and having access to the hotel amenities is a super plus!

Great place, beautiful rooms. Did get yelled at by server that we brought own good to sit outside by fire (It was just outside restaurant). We had to move to beach chairs which was cold and hard to get to because I'm disabled. We left pretty soon. Check in staff gracious and helpful. Place immaculate, great house keeping. Perfect, quiet getaway.

Awesome amenities! 2 Bedroom suite was very cozy. Lake is walking distance. Front desk are not very welcoming unlike other Hyatt Properties. There is no one there each time you have to go to the front desk. You have to yell "hello" for someone to help you. Not the reception you anticipate after a long drive.

Definitely one of the best trips I have had in a very long time. Beautiful condo, peaceful all around. The staff was amazing, Esther, Taylor and Don were the most gracious hosts ever! I can only hope to be back soon.
