Review of Tuscany Suites & Casino 3*

This was the second time staying at the Tuscany in Las Vegas. Last years stay was uneventful but this year was the WORST hotel experience ever! Myself and the two other manufacturers stayed at the Tuscany Suites and will never be staying here again. We stayed from Monday to Saturday. During that time my personal vehicle was broken into. Hotel security and staff made me fill out a report and shrugged their shoulders. I was able to find a maintenance worker and I asked if they had a vacuum. He helped remove a lot of the glass. Hotel staff and security told me to just "part your car in the back. That's where the most cameras are" or "just valet it in the back", left me to feel like they could give a crap about what just happened. My carpet floor was damp on Wednesday and hotel staff called to say work was going to be done in my room. When I returned to my room, I found that towels were laid on the floor and additional areas of the carpet was now wet and smelled. Friday, while trying to deal with my broken car window I notified hotel manager about the towels, wet spots and musty smell. At that time they offered to move me to another room. I had less than 24hours with my stay and did not feel like packing everything up and move rooms. At that point I was so frustrated with the customer service of the hotel staff and treatment of my vehicle, that I wanted nothing to do with them. Due to the damage done to my car, time spend cleaning it out, filling a police report and talking to hotel staff, I had to cancel one of my appointment/meetings. You would think that Tuscany staff would immediately switch rooms due to the water instead of laying down towels on PART of the wet spot. Other members in our group had a water and smell issue too. At checkout the manager reimbursed me $19.00 to make up for what happened. How insulting can you get? Due to concern for our safety and no customer service, We will no longer be rooming at the Tuscany in Las Vegas.
