Specially the people that work there they believe in You we Believe in them.

Some of the employees act like don't want to be at work. They're not a friendly bunch. There are a few nice people that have a smile. The quality of the food has gone down but still a value. You rarely hit jackpots, but when you get a hand pay and tip well, the very next day you pass the slot attendant and say hello. They look up at you without a response and keep walking.

We love staying here, rooms are very clean, and big, staff is very friendly! I would highly recommend this place to all!

I Would have been better served if they have room service! Also at least some water in the refrigerator, and maybe a microwave and an ice bucket.

The machines are dirty and in disrepair they are the same machines you opened up with. The machines aren't cleaned or disinfected after players leave them. There's people with their masks under their chins not over their mouth and nose and no one says a word to them. I'm guessing it's because they don't get paid e ought to care I'll stick with Arizona Charlie's they are following the rules.

I am a VIP customer have complained several times did not get any satisfaction can't not even get somebody from corporate to call me back they keep telling me I've talked to somebody and I have not.

The dinner experience here was the best dinner experience we had ever had. The staff were a nice and helpful and the food was amazing. However, there can be quite a line so you better get there before most of the crowd. But once you get inside, there is so much food and almost all of it tastes good. At our dinner, we even got complimentary drinks. Our favorite part of the meal was the American Wagyu Beef. It was divine. We recommend getting there at around 5:45. It also might depend on what day you do it. We did it on Tuesday and we got our food pretty easily but on other days it might be slower. We don’t normally do reviews but this place just amazed us. One last thing: Make sure you are hungry so you can eat more of the food. Also, if you are vegan or vegetarian, this place may not be the best for you. From what we saw, there weren’t many good vegetarian or vegan dishes.

I found bedbugs in our bed and all over the pillows. When I called down to the front desk, the clerk was extremely rude. She sent security up to move us but we decided to sleep in our car the rest of the night. The security people were courteous and professional and saw the bugs moving around on the bed. They took video and confirmed they were indeed bed bugs. We went downstairs to get a credit for our room (this was in the middle of the night). The clerk was again rude and said they normally do not refund for incidents like this. Seriously? I was so unimpressed that I will never stay there again which is a shame because I really like that hotel. Not one person has contacted us regarding the incident and when we got home, my sister and I both had bites. Terrible customer service!

Great locals casino. You can do all the gambling you please without a large tourist crowd. It has great restaurants and also a great buffet. It has a Starbucks for all coffee drinkers, a pizza joint, and even an inexpensive Mexican spot with tacos, burritos and more. For all the parents who can't find a babysitter there's a kids quest where you can bring your child to be supervised under the care of a professional staff for a low cost hourly fee that you pay when you pick them up and what's great is you can use your boarding pass points to pay! And you choose from there list of food items what you want them to eat if they get hungry. For the older kids they also have an arcade. If it's a family night out then nothing better than spending it watching a movie at there movie theater. They have it all!

Ate at Viva Salsa with my husband. Food was decent. Not the best I've ever had, but good for the price. The casino was decent. Overall no complaints, but I wasn't blown away by anything either. Want to try coming back on a Tuesday, though, as the theater does $6 tickets on movies for the day hours.

Rooms recently updated and very clean and modern looking given they are standard. For locals during the summer they offer Excellent room rates. I believe they offer a movie and dinner package. The employees throughout the hotel are very attentive and helpful. The buffet is affordable and the food decent. They have various bars and a concert room that from time to time have some decent Acts. Locals spot but very clean given the location (Boulder Strip). Always a delight to stay here.

We went to Guadalajara for dinner because I absolutely love the salsa bar and bean dip. What was also nice was that we got $10 off for being boarding pass members and using a coupon we got in the mail. I've been here in the past as well to watch the golden knights games while we eat. Its great.

The hotel was a lot nicer than we expected. We felt safe in our rooms knowing nobody can get on the elevator without a room key and also that the elevator will not move without a key~ How awesome! The restaurants in the hotel had a good variety of food for a decent price. We will definitely be back.

I love their sports book. I have spent several good evenings, drinking 99 cent margaritas. You get drink tickets while you're betting. However if you don't tip the waitresses they will ignore you.

After paying almost $700 for a weekend, we were greeted with extra charges that weren’t disclosed on our receipt before we arrived. After deciding to just pay the extra and move on, we walked into a room with no lights and stained sheets and towels. When we called to get the problem addressed, there was no sense of urgency and no action taken until the hotel was called for a FOURTH time the day after. The buffet and pool were the only good parts of the experience. The hotel and hotel workers are absolutely subpar. Do not spend your money here.

Eat there every Sunday, 5 minute drive so convenient. Guadalajara restaurant is excellent, staff is above average. Grand cafe, food is good, specials are great, staff leaves something to be desired. Slots are horrible, doesn’t even let you get any fun out of your money. Will take your money quick and leave you not entertained. Kiosk games are very lame. Shopping for different casino for entertainment.

Terrible buffet… Not recommended. Over priced For food that was obviously thrown out without any care or worry about flavor or taste in mind. Banking on the fact Las Vegas has a reputation for Great buffets. This was not one of them. Very disappointed! Only given a second star because they do offer a veteran discount.

I visit this hotel casino on an average once a week. I typically meet a friend there for breakfast or lunch. About half the time I'm there I gamble and I am, at best, about even. : — (the food in the buffet is excellent and they have a wonderful coffee shop with excellent prices and great food as well. It's an excellent neighborhood Casino and is always busy. I highly recommend it.

We went to eat with my family at the buffet and had a nice afternoon. I didn't uvo lines to wait to get in so Q was fast. Our waitress was very friendly and she was all over our table. We enjoyed being there.

This place is a pleasant surprise. Our room is. Modern and CLEAN. Housekeeping is awesome! Security opens the door for is ebery time we r coming or going. We park by pool so we r closer to elevators. We asked for Non smoking I told themnits a must my hubby is on o2. We r on 9th floor a non smoking floor and about 3 rooms away from elevators. Very nice. These people have bent over backward for us. I. Called front desk to ask for 2 extra blankets they answered the phone good evening Mrs Maynard how can I help u tonight? No problem anythng else I can get u? In 5. Mins I had 2 blankets at my door.
Every employee we have had contact with has been awesome! My player card wasnt working a floor lady in the casino spent an hour fixing it. She was wonderful! The waitress in the casino was the only one I seen but she took care of us. Drinks are free yall. Tip them!
Yes the casino is smoky. Its a casino and they havent banned smoking from them. My husband dealt with it. Keep ur expectations realistic. And u will be pleasantly surprised. We have spent twice as much on the strip and didnt get half as good treatment or half as clean hotel/room.
Parking is free so is valet! Tip them!

Rooms were clean. Hotel clean. Staff was friendly. Buffet restaurant was well staffed and huge buffet. Garden Cafe restaurant was clean. Staff was fantastic. Sheila waitress was great! Fast. Friendly. Food was very good and well priced. Enjoyed our stay!

The buffet is pretty decent. If it were more expensive it wouldn't be worth it at all. But for the price it's good. Other restaurant's are good. Movie theatre is nice. Don't care too much for gambling here though machine's seem kinda tight and not enough poker and keno machine's for my taste. Plus the ventilation sucks so it's very smokey. Cocktail waitresses are rude and not friendly at all.

Very happy this casino I loved a lot of vigilance I felt safe and very quiet in Berda I recommend almost all we won.

I only went to the hotel/casino because inside there is one of the best cinemas in Las Vegas: Regal Cinemas.

While our room was fully complimentary during our stay, it was less than hygienic. Mold was present in the bathroom, mirror frame was peeling due to exposure to moisture, sink faucet dripped and drain smelled like the sewer. Two days into our four day stay, we left and moved to a different hotel. Prior to leaving, we notified front desk in person and by phone that we were checking out only to be told by hotel staff two days later we were still registered at the property. Unless you're on extreme low budget, we would not in good conscience recommend staying there. It is a very old property with little or no sign of improvement now or in the near future.

Was only there to eat at the Guadalajara Resturant to celebrate a family member's birthday. While good, very slow service and several mistakes were made with our order. Clean casino area though as well. Have been a hotel guest in the past as well, which I highly recommend! Better rooms / beds than some other station casino's.

The last time I visited Boulder Station was over 20 years ago. The atmosphere was good, except for the indoor smoking. I would pay more to eat and stay at a casino that did not allow smoking. While there was no smoking in the Feast Buffet area, smoke from the gambling area wafted into the restaurant. Gross. Also, the desserts weren't as good as they could have been, with the exception of the cheesecake. Avoid the pecan pie.

I liked the food of that place and above all super clean but very bad to play.

Love this place! Really like The Broiler! Old school friendly customer service, good food and an intimate ambiance! Comfortable, quiet seating in the booths away from the noise and bustle of the casino only a few feet away! I love the place more than studio B at M resort, which, although the food is great there, feels like you're eating in a cafeteria. Little kids drinking around and loud chatter all the time.

Had dinner at the buffet. Service was excellent. The food was wonderful with one exception and that was the pork roast at the carving table was dry. Everything else was excellent. Great desserts including ice cream. Our server had a kind and pleasant demeanor. We certainly will be returning.

I did not like the buffet, no variety of beef cuts and only give you a slice very skinny as if you were given…

Station Casinos is a chain of mostly off-strip hotels/casinos. Boulder is one of my favorite places to stay. Having grown up in Vegas, we try to avoid the Strip (Las Vegas Blvd). Its a place that locals like to play and send friends and family to stay. The rooms are nice, for a fraction of the price. If you are looking for a gem off the strip scene, look no further. A funny thing about Vegas: most people want all the excitement of Vegas, but most of us don't really like shelling out big bucks for a hotel room that you barely use. What many people don't realize is that Vegas isn't really that big. You can stay on the East side of town (Boulder Station) and generally reach the Strip in 15-20 min (depending on traffic, it can be a lot faster). See a show or something with the $$ you save. Btw, you can often book the suite (large & lovely) for the cost of a basic room on the strip. Maybe I am giving away too much info. I may regret it when I can't book a room later.

A place. Very dirty. Very bad attention. We were two days. And they didn't clean up. The room. He didn't know any toilet paper. The lights don't work. The hallway very dirty. The Veradad. In Las Vegas ay many hotels much cheaper and with much better attention… do not go to this prick hotel called Arizona Charlys…

Great budget and family casino. Children will love the huge play area in "Kid's Quest", where they will tend to your child for up to 4 hours. Get a membership card, and the buffet is as low as $6. Grand Cafe is a nice 24 hour Cafe, with the best and biggest chicken fried beefsteak in town. Awesome discounts after midnight. Casino also features a full size movie theater.

For a casino, it's just okay. When you walk in you immediately notice just how much darker the lighting is here versus other casinos in the area. I'm not sure why they do that but it seems all of the Station brands do this. I do like their restaurants though so I'm not making a big deal about the lighting. The Feast Buffet restaurant is great. So many choices and cuisines to choose from. I could eat here every day.

Most of the times the buffet is good. Sometimes it's great. I've had some really good food at both the breakfast and dinner buffets. Sometimes it was just ok but still worth the money with coupon from players card. Nice hand carved ham and corned beef hash and potatoes for breakfast and hand carved beef that was really good one night at dinner. Service is good… I don't hesitate eating there.

Great games and good food! I love all the station casinos, they are the best. Boulder Station sometimes gets some questionable guests due to the area where it's located but still very nice. The rooms are very nice and staff is for the most part very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Boulder station to anyone. Happy gaming!

It was my birthday when we arrived to enjoy. It was evening and went to the area where I won before. I was ready to have fun and the machines were ready for me. It was a Great night and pleasantly enjoyable. We all had a wonderful evening. If, you go to have fun, you will have fun! Positive thinking!

There are ethnic offerings Chinese, Mexican, Italian. As well as American fare, burgers and Friday is BBQ night. Ribs seemed VERY popular Cut to order. As was turkey, brisket, ham, amongst other carnivore staples. Great salad bar, everything very fresh. There seems to be something for everyone. Even vegetarians, like me. *edit… midnight player's club specials have been changed… these are the super discounted late night specials, exclusives for players card holders only. Only one breakfast offering.

The jungle saw was great. They were very kind.

Went to the railhead at boulder station to see Reel big fish. Venue is nice and clean, drinks were about 7 dollars. The show and experience were great but the price for tickets was outrageous. They wanted 70 dollars a piece before offering 2 for 1 tickets. With no opening or supporting bands. Reel big fish could've done better, but Boulder station could absolutely have made a better effort.

This hotel charges DAILY FEES — — AND HIGHER ROOM RATES on weekends, holidays, and special events. They focus on what the market will bear to maximize profits. Room rates go up with occupancy. They also puff the bill for food by requiring drinks OTHER THAN WATER on all cafe specials! Greed has no bounds. Management is TOO LOW to score on any scale or reference. You get NO VALUE for your money based upon the business model they have put in place here. NOT RECOMMENDED to the thrifty and wise traveler! $$$$ TOO LOW TO SCORE!

The room is spacious, we were on the 9th floor, no noise.
If you want to start from happiness in the morning do not take the ptd to the hotel restaurant, service from 8am in the morning. There is a cafe in the gallery open 24 hours. The buffet restaurant is advisable, very many choices, good quality food.

We stayed here for 6 nights and overall it was a pleasant experience. The Good: Large room with refrigerator and a window that opens a little bit to let in fresh air. Bed was comfortable, there were 2 chairs in the room, bathroom was spacious and had a hair dryer. Food choices were good — from Starbucks to Buffet to several Dining options and all were good Staff was friendly from the check in desk to the security and everyone in between. We did not encounter a rude employee the entire visit. Location is easy access to the main roads and highways. Elevators were fast enough we never had to wait long for them. The hotel is older but everything was in good condition and clean. The Not So Good: 1) First morning our room was not cleaned and we did not get fresh towels. A call to housekeeping revealed that if you have your Do Not Disturb sign out after about 7:30 — 8:00 am they mark your room to skip for that day. We did not put it out after that and we were not disturbed before we could get ready and out of the room — around 9-10 am. 2) They only give you 3 towels and there are only 3 pillows on the King size bed. 3) There was no safe in our room (I assume in no rooms) and that was inconvenient when I hit a rather large jackpot and wanted to secure some of the money. 4) The shower has a misty over-spray that made it impossible to take a shower without getting my hair wet. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again if we were looking for an off-strip hotel.

I visit Boulder Station Hotel and Casino on average once a week to eat at their Wonderful Buffet. The cost of the buffet is very reasonable the variety of food is great and the quality is excellent. The atmosphere at the hotel is excellent. I've never stayed there but I have been to concerts there which were well presented and well done. I would rank this hotel casino as one of my top two or three favorites here in Las Vegas… Where I live.

Surprised the moment we walked into our room. Clean, updated with everything needed including a refrigerator. Love the buffet. Our food was hot and fresh with lots of variety. A Starbucks makes my husband happy and the casino was clean with friendly employees from check in to our waitress and the rewards desk. Our first visit here will not be our last.

The place was nice. It was fun because we were there on a Tuesday. So the movie theatre was really cheap! I think it was like 6 bucks if I can remember. There Buffet was also really nice and good food for the price! There is a lot of buffets in Las Vegas and some are horrible and some are delicious but cost a fortune. This one was cheap and tasted very good. Of course, I had better ones in Vegas but those cost way more.

This place is pretty neat! The casino is pretty large and the rooms were really clean. The shower was really nice too. There is always security roaming the casino and also a guard before the elevators checking room cards before allowing you to access the elevator to the rooms which is really nice and not an inconvenience at all. Also the restaurant inside the hotel is a buffet and really good providing a variety of options for the whole family. Also, the hotel staff is extremely accommodating and welcoming when you call and enter the hotel. My main complaint is that the slot machines aren't very organized well because it is hard to know how much the minimum bet is and we end up throwing away more money on accident which is smart on their part because they get more money but irritating on our end because we lose money we didn't want to spend. Very nice place with very nice staff.

I've been to a lot of Station Casinos. Boulder is not the prettiest but I enjoyed it the most. It had way more games elections as far as slot machine a lot of unique ones that you don't see at all done the casinos for instance you can play video craps Blackjack and backgammon all at once they also had a machine where we can go against three other friends and win money. Like all the other Station Casinos me personally wish they had a night entertainment like nightclubs. Boulder Station does attract small selections of Riff Raff. But security seems to be on their job. With my luck I think I won the most money at Boulder.

Far from the strip, not particularly beautiful, one does not feel much the theme inside, but the buffet has a good value for money.

It was a very nice hotel. Local universe. The buffet is excellent value for money! The casino offers an anthology of slots Machines of last generation, as well as more vintage that will delight all the nostalgic!
I did not have the opportunity to stay there, but it seems that hotel service is quite correct!

Awful… Dirty, scary, skanks, thugs, thieves, beggars, smells like urine and you WILL WIN NOTHING! I never would have thought the non-regulated native american casinos back home would actually be a nicer alternative to Vegas. Sadly it's not true. Save your money. Stay home. Vegas sucks…

Just got back home from a 3 night stay at Boulder Station. The best hotel I have ever stayed at in Vegas. Extremely comfortable bed, no noise on my floor very quiet. Very courteous people at the reception desk. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, the best being the Italian restaurant, excellent food reasonably priced great wait staff. However the buffet left a lot to be desired both for breakfast and dinner. At breakfast only 2 choices for fruit, oranges or watermelon at dinner the food was barely warm. Luckily there were other places to eat at Boulder Station. I highly recommend the Cafe, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Would I book another stay? absolutely!

I stayed at Boulder station for the first time in November of 2014 enjoyed myself had a great room package that included dinner and a movie. Decided to come back again but this time upgrade to a king suite. Big mistake. The host was rude telling me that my room was not ready on time and I would just have to come back. This in my opinion is unacceptable especially since I'm spending my money to be here. The room was average and for what I paid it was definitely not worth the price. I would recommend forgetting about luxury at this place and find somewhere else to stay.

Sucks dick its the crappiest movie theather I have ever been to, people are rude and they have like 3movie choices this literally is the crappiest movie theater ever dont ever go here. Dont know why I gave this piece of crap theater a second chance. I dont even rate this a 1 this is just the lowest it gives us when really it shoukd have some negative number choices.

Went to have dinner at Cabo. Must say I'm chile relleno luvrrrrr. It was the best ever! we make it a must visit when we're in Las Vegas. Ole!
