Nice people, but room was too small for a King Size bed and old A/C unit was loud and. Shower was a phone booth. I learned my lesson about the word Boutique? ⌛

Damn. I came for a week starting in December 2017, and ended up staying until February! This place is truely a home away from home. Excellent, cozy, and great views. Nearly over 700+ TV channels and great 24/7 restaurant. Half a block walk from Albertson's grocery, Burger King, and the 24 Hour Gym. Marcus runs the complex and was extremely accomodating. We will be back. I am nearly in tears…

Very friendly staff that helped us park our uhaul and gave us great service when we came in very late. Glad we came here and if we come this way again, we will make this our place to stay for the night!

Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Great location and friendly staff and owner. Would definitely recommend this place looking to stay somewhere other than Las Vegas. A short drive to Hoover Dam and other area attractions. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

It's a great place. Staff is great and service is impeccable. If you stay here you have to get a couple of drinks at maxxs. Best prices and greatest bar in Boulder. The hotel is a good price and is being renovated as I speak. I hope I can spend time here in the future.

This place is lovely. Price is more than great for what you get. Bar on site is the best in town in my opinion. Drinks are good as with the food. Owner is awesome and improving the place often.

The oasis is very nice comfortable the manager went above and beyond to get our room ready the last minute. All rooms in every motel in town were sold out but he made sure we had a room and he rushed to get it done for us. The room was being lremodeled but he got it done for us. Housekeeping also went above an beyond the call of duty for us we thank them all for their help and hospitality. Again thank you john naomi and chance.

Clean and comfortable rooms with great Amenities. Microwave, mini fridge, free bottled water. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a great bar with food on site. I Love to support small businesses. They make you feel at home.

Clean rooms at a great price! Has a bar attached to the hotel so there’s no need to drive anywhere after having your adult beverages. The staff is friendly as ever!

Last week my buddy Martha and I were directed towards the Oasis Boutique Motel as we searched for a comfortable and safe place to rest awhile. We were greeted by Marcus and the friendliest group of folks, both staff and guests. The 1st night I had an emergency I had to leave for. I left my best friend Martha with Marcus and friends… crazy… the few who know me know I don't leave Martha with anyone… Thank you so much from Martha and I, and my wife Tracy who is excited to meet you all this weekend :)

Maxie's (Marcus) Pub is a nice place to have a cold brew, some pub fare, and play some tunes on the jukebox. Nice decor, friendly service, outside lanai to sit and eat and drink Al Fresco. House acoustic guitar if you want to play. 3 big screen TV's for sports.

Near everything. Staff is super friendly. Bar in same building if you like to have an adult beverage before bed. There are some areas in the room that need updating (bathroom has pink tiles) but you can tell they have put a lot of work in to what has already been updated such as flooring and fridge. Bed was comfy.

I arrived with ny husband to meet for buisness. We were treated like family! The rooms were clean and the workers were friendly! Would recommend to anyone!

The bar has a friendly atmoshere and looks great! Just had some cold beer with some really good pork tacos. I recommend you stop by and enjoy some tacos.

Good prices on drinks. Full bar menu. Friendly bartenders.
