Very clean property, spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Employees are very pleasant and friendly.

Couldn’t check in till after 4 Had ants in the bathroom Pool is closed but the hotels around us are open Told room was ready & got to it with housekeeping still in it. They were on their phones, not cleaning. Hair on the floor in bathroom.
Don’t think the bathroom was even mopped.

This is the VERY FIRST time I’ve been disappointed at a comfort inn. I always stay at a comfort inn whenever I travel. Well sadly this will be my last time staying here. I’ve included pictures of some things. First off there was no shower curtain, hair and dirt on the bathroom floor, liquid in the phone.

Staff has neen great, rooms are nice pillows amazing.

The first day at the hotel was fun we went swimming. I wish they would have an indoor pool. Their breakfast hours are like a regular hotel. But the only things was the breakfast bar some of the food the first time she didn't have half the food out and she was taking forever. The next day thie was a guy and he was better then the female he was preparing the food when we asked if he wuz gonna to bring more out.

Checked in Friday July 6th, and almost broke my toe on the door stop in front of the shower. Requested a late check-out on Sunday and after much finagling, was told that we could stay till 12. At 11: 05 housekeeping knocks on the door, and I tell her that we have a late check-out. 10 minutes later she's back beating on the door and yelling that the manager said they were no late checkouts and we've got to get out because she has rooms to clean. When I start asking her if she thought it was appropriate for her to stand in the hallway yelling, her response that was that she wanted to make sure we heard what she had to say. I have never been treated like this at a hotel before, and will not be giving Choice Hotels my business again unless they make this right.

Staff was very friendly. Stayed for a baseball tournament. We were able to check in a little early when our games were rained out. Beds and pillows were comfortable. On site washer and dryer was awesome. Air conditioner worked very well. Room was very clean. I was a little confused about the lady checking on everything with a pit bull attached to her… thinking hopefully that's a service dog.

Nice hotel, pretty new and modern. Nothing amazing, just a nice place for a decent price. Lots of parking, easy to park with a big trailer attached, really good food options pretty much right next door. I personally didn't care much for the continental breakfast, they put onions in the eggs and didn't have a lot of options. The pool is outside and it was raining, I don't think they had a hot tub. There's a CVS right next door and a nice park within a few minutes walking distance. I'd stay here again if I needed to.

Clean and new. Perfect location if you find yourself in Zachary. The staff needs to be trained a little better on customer service. The night staff had her pit bull behind the counter. The cleaning staff was taking up most of the breakfast space. So, not the most professional staff. But, everyone was friendly and helpful when you asked for anything. The rooms are clean and pretty standard for a hotel in this class. The pool is on the small side.

Very nice and friendly environment. We had a very restful night. Will visit again. I recommend this hotel to any one. Very kind hearted and helpful staff.
