The service and staff is really good. Our family had a very good time with all tjem. Teresa, debbie, and the cleaning staff were so friendly and made our stay so comfortable.

Two stars because at least the sheets seemed to be clean and there was hot water in the building. However we had to find out through local businesses that the area was under a boil advisory. (Would have been nice to know before I drank the water). The elevator had a distinct smell that might have had to do with the fact that it never worked properly, I was waiting for a tower of terror style of experience to start but it never did. The floor in the room was warped so badly you couldnt shut the bathroom door. On the bright side they seemed to have developed a moisture resistant barrier that repels all water, on the downside it was applied to the bathroom towels. Checkout was a breeze, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the check-in proccess where after standing in line for at least ten minutes I was brushed aside for a phone Call where somebody who had no reservation and was not there in person was a priority. Meanwhile another employee was in the back office doing who knows what. All things being said if I wouldnt have already made the reservation I would have walked out right then and there and frankly all things being said will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Just MEH. Dated decor and rooms. Paid way too much for this. Not your average Holiday Inn Express condition. Clean rooms and nice staff, but I'll be staying somewhere else for this price next trip.

I think they're renovating, so maybe it will be better soon. But the rooms we're not cleaned super thoroughly, and they weren't very friendly. They made it pretty difficult to get enough towels for all 4 of us the mornings we were there. Wasn't terrible though.

The rooms were big and clean, there was even a friendly hotel dog! And the staff was very kind and understanding. Overall very good for a 2 night stay.

Stayed here many times, and always been a pleasant experience, until now. They stopped offering a welcome bag to rewards members upon arrival. When I asked about it, I was told that they had stopped giving automatically and it had to be requested. Then, in the morning there was no coffee and very little food. They were extremely short handed. The one employee that was there was very pleasant and the room was comfortable, but I'll have to think twice about staying there again.

I would highly recommend it to anyone that's going to be in town and need to get a place to stay…

Quiet location with a very friendly staff. The rooms were decent and the beds were comfortable. Comes with a decent breakfast display. It is located about 15 minutes from the historic part of Natchitoches. I will stay here again next time I come to town.

The staff was very friendly at the front desk. The outside of the hotel looks nice like the others within the chain of HIExpress. The inside needs a lot work. The elevator didnt work at night, the wallpaper is coming off in the 2nd floor hall and the stairway looks like a prison episode of lockdown. Serious rennovation needed on the inside of the hotel. The king bed and pillows were great just like the rest of the chain. I'm a serious Holiday Inn Express fanboy but I didn't like this particular hotel. There was beer in my fridge when I made it to my room so I have to assume they were hooking me up due to my Platinum Elite status.

Easy access from the interstate with connecting lots to a large gas station. Comfortable beds, great and friendly service, and clean rooms!

It was great, but the fold out bed was pretty stiff. Other wise id give it a 9/10. Everything was clean and neat.

After having a nightmare at another place this was breathe of fresh air. The location is a little further than I wanted but I'll take it. I was immediately greeted by Teresa. And got our room fast. The room was clean and I always do a thorough checking. Unfortunately our fridge was not working. So I called Teresa she came down fast to check and told us we could move to another room. She was very understanding about it and put us in another room. This room again was clean. After we got settled I received a phone call from Teresa just doing a courtesy call to see if everything was doing well. That was amazing to have. So far our stay is started out way better than staying at the other place.

Two different toilets had continuously running flushes. Numerous mousetraps visible on the ground floor. Bathroom fan was broken, and I asked them to fix it on day 1. By end of day 2, they still had not fixed it. Very noisy, could barely sleep for 2 days, with kids running up and down he hall til midnight and both nights, someone waking up and trudging around n the room above us at 5:00 a. M. No more "Holiday Inn Express" for me.

Great breakfast, rooms are okay, and the staff is kinda stiff. The comfort suite next door is much better.

Great location right off the interstate, check in was quick and they provided plenty of amenities in the room.

Pros: Good internet speeds. Friendly and attentive staff. Cons: Hotel is a little dated. Public areas and rooms showing signs of wear.

The front desk clerk was very nice, curteous, and helpful. Our room was perfect.

Very accommodating staff. Clean, comfortable room. Nice hot breakfast in the morning. Conveniently located near interstate exit and gas stations. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Bed is awful, the hotel is awesome and the staff and breakfast is top notch, but room 318 the inside bed has a Canyon if you Co sleep, and you meet in the middle.

Bathroom sink was clogged full of hair, the bathroom door did not lock and the door to the adjoining room also did not lock. The initial room we received had a very strong smell of nicotine went to front desk and they changed us to the room across the hallway that had all the issues. I do not feel very smart after spending 100 bucks on this place. I told front the desk and he wrote the problems down, but no discount offered for the less than functional room.

First thing we noticed walking in the lobby was it smelled and looked so clean! All the staff were very nice! The rooms were also very nice and up to date! The mascot "Daisy" the pup that stays out front was the highlight of our trip!
