Rooms are clean. Even though it appears that renovations are ongoing, there was no interruptions due to noise or workers. Rates are better than most. Breakfast need work.

I booked at this hotel for its price and because I had already stayed at other Knights Inn, the facilities were old but that was no problem, what I was most disgusted about was that the walls were super thin I could hear the conversation from the next room besides they had E L TV on until late at night, if you want to sleep quiet it is not a good choice.

Clean room. Clean bathroom. Very reasonably priced. Microfridge included in mine. Not far from French Quarters.

This hotel is awful. The staff are rude and unprofessional, the place looks like a dump, the swimming pool was not clean and the rooms smelled terrible.

Out of the way, older property that has seen it's best years gone by. Is apparently clean and inexpensive, though, in an emergency.

This place deserves no stars at all I stayed here for several nights and hug with a few friends here. This morning after waking up this man I'm guessing he was a manager not sure he didn't introduce himself before he criticised us. He came to our face yelling about how we don't stay there even though we do. They said he wanted us to leave as well as our friends to leave too. People that have paid for rooms to stay here for a few nights and he says they have to leave. Well their breakfast is gross the waffle mix is never changed out nor is the milk, orange juice, cereal, or coffee. The coffee is old same coffee from the day before same for the orange juice and milk. This hotel is disgusting and they don't even really clean their rooms. Like we paid just like everyone else and we get mistreated. Their pool isn't clean I swam in it one time and broke out in a rash the next day ended up going to the hospital. This place is terrible like I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I'd tell them to stay at super 8 first.

The rooms are very small need more decorations and better stairs.

They were very over chargered the rooms were not nice paid 168 and it was not worth it at all canceled for the other nights and found another hotel much nicer and cheaper.

Room was clean, well equiped, convenient location, reasonable rates.

The place looks worn down. The staff tried to rush us to check out. There was used soap in the shower. But the bed was comfortable.

Not a place I would recommend to anyone. Smelly, the cable was faulty, cutting in and out. The other tenants looked like they were using and selling drugs. Did not feel comfortable at all.

Was nice, smelled somehow but we slept good close to a few store.

Only place I could get a room at 3am. The whole place was crawling with roaches. They were even in the continental breakfast.

This is absolutely the most disgusting and crime ridden place I've ever been to. Yeah I get it's cheap and in a area that's close to the heart of New Orleans but it was not worth it. The whole place stunk. In our room when we arrived there was a pair of jeans in the bathroom that had what I believed to be crack in a little bag on top of the jeans. The blankets and mattress had blood stains on it the ac didn't work. And to top it all off I found out from a local there that this hotel is known for prostitution in that area, then when I was sitting by the pool side and killing time I started noticing many men walking in and out of the same hotel room (about 9 in 2 hours). One of these men I also noticed had a fire arm In his hand. When I was going to my car to run to the store I found a man looking inside my car for valuables and when I confronted him he took off Running. I can go on and on about this place it ruined my vacation just don't make the same mistake I made by staying here you will regret it.

About the best that can be said about the motel is that it was close to the airport and the room had good cable TV. It was also quite cheap. The room smelled pretty musty, and everything was dingy and run down. The light switches and outlets were grimy, the tub of the shower felt slimy, and the carpets were gross. The furniture was all mismatched and worn, and although the sheets were clean, the mattresses were not. It was not a reassuring place to sleep, but we needed a cheap place to stay to fly home, and it provided that much. There was breakfast provided in the morning, although we did not eat there. The man behind the desk in the lobby was able to schedule a taxi to take us to the airport in the morning, which was helpful.

A decent, no frills hotel for a low price. The decor may be outdated, but the room was clean and even had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A basic breakfast was included (5-9AM) which included cereal, waffles, and toast. Nice big pool in the courtyard. Overall a fine value!

An interesting combination of economic (read: cheap) and decent for what you should expect. They appear to struggle to make the facilities and your stay nice while cutting every corner possible, and they do a respectable job of it. Clean (that's mainly what you want to know, right? :-) Front desk guy was sure to point out free breakfast is AT 8. I can't speak on the quality of that because they were putting away the last of it (cereal is all we saw, I'm sure there was more) at 9:20 when we got there. Staff are darn nice, and usually don't notice or care about that. One of our beds had a little disfigurement within the mattress, but was fine. Pool seemed nice. Ground in courtyard well kept.

Staff is illiterate! Can't read name from driving license and online booking! Took 20 minutes to checkin! Specially at night time in most unsafe area of Metairie! Parking had people who seemed high Corridor is broken ceiling has broken areas! Can be compared with homeless shelter! Actually, homeless shelters are better managed! Not safe area! Room given to me was bad. Too small smelling like cockroach infestation combined with humidity! Got out right away and spent night at other motel nearby! Can't believe health department is letting this kind of crappy hotels run!

Stayed one night. The rooms had some nice amenities like fridge and microwave. Note that the staff isn't the most attentive when it comes to upkeep. Our freezer had a previous guests pizza pockets, the shower drain was backed up causing very slow drainage resulting in ankle-deep water. The breakfast bar similarly lacked attention. That said, I'd like to state that this was the lowest priced room available on Expedia in the area (near the airport). I didn't expect miracles out of the listed amenities and just want to manage expectations out there. You be the judge on whether the service described is up to your standards.

We have the basic accommodation but it's good to stay at night.

Stayed for 2 nights, and it was fine. It served our needs. The room was clean, shower sucked though barely any hot water. The breakfast was a joke and the other guest were rude. But what do expect for the price. If you just need to rest your head for a night and do not want to spend a fortune this will work.

Everything was fine except for the shower. Either scalding hot or freezing cold.

Customer Service is great! This is my second return.

THIS PLACE TOTALLY SUC$ED,,,,,,,,,,,,, the TV did not work any say for the entire 10 days I was there and the manager could not give a SH** one way or another. The maintenance man was a 100% USELESS JERK. Mold mildew insects slime. Do not stay here warning! do not stay here! stay anywhere else! danger! warning do not stay here!

They really have bed bugs my baby had bed bugs bite all over I called front desk and he lied right to my face about house keeping was not in but I walk outside an who do I see.

It was pretty regular, nothing special, but nothing bad, altogether it was an ok experience, although it looks a bit sketchy.

Terrible experience. Was told that they would hold a room for my while I drive from New Orleans. After driving 30 minutes and try to check-in I was told they no longer had rooms. Not to be trusted.

Stayed here a few times, really had no choice. Horrible! Poor service, stingy with the tissue. One TV had a lock on a certain channel, which the other tvs in the other rooms worked fine, had the hotel repairman come out and he did nothing. He acted like I (paying guest) was bothering him. Smh. I really don't know how they get 3.2 stars. It should be 1 star. It's got a roof and 2 beds.

Me and my husband stay here every time we visited New Orleans. Nice people comfortable beds.

This place is dirty and not suitable for anyone to stay. My family and I went traveled to attend an open house at Tulane University for our daughter. The room and bathroom were dirty and when I brought it up to their attention nothing was done. The place is old, dirty and combined with lack of service there are better places to stay. We were forced to stay due to the NBA all star game going on the the same weekend in New Orleans. Luckily we only stayed overnight and got the heck out of dodge. Avoid at all cost. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Room was filthy. Cockroaches live in the microwave and the door locks were broken. I complained to HQ with the video — no response.

My husband, three children, and I stayed at this Knights Inn March 15-17, 2013. Our stay was horrible. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet had a brownish, blackish, muck behind it, as for the tub also. My son had lost his phone in the room, so we lifted up the bed to see if it was under it, and we found a condom wrapper under it. I didn't want my youngest daughter exposed to that yet. Our last night there, three men were standing outside drunk throwing up and messing with door handles. I think they were drunk. The cleaning service was horrible. We came to the hotel room for the night, and realized that the staff had came in while we were out, and situated our things! Also, our whole stay, there was a dead bird outside our door. Horrible horrible service. Do not give in to this false advertisement.

My 20 year old son traveled from Ohio, to New Orleans and had booked a room for 3 nights, when he got there they refused to give him the room because he was not 21. Thank goodness Days Inn had no problem with his age especially considering that he traveled all the way from Ohio.
