I am a Hilton rewards member and I’m currently disappointed in my last 24 hour stay. For 24 hours we were not given any towels to handle basic hygiene issues. For the time housekeeping came this morning until after midnight we were told all towels were being washed and someone will call us when they are ready. Unfortunately, when the 11pm crew arrived we were told towels weren’t being washed and they will not be available until tomorrow. When asked if they would be available before we checked out in the morning we were told no. I am very disappointed in a national brand which provides itself on customer service not provide any towels for 24 hours. I am very disappointed and request a refund for one nights stay.

I stayed that this weekend none of the stuff work in the room. They had no towels in the whole building. It was really an unpleasant stay. I would never get a room from them again. Very unprofessional even management the workers. I did not enjoy my stay. When I ask for a refund they told me they they couldn't refund me. So if I was you don't never go to the Hampton Inn ever.

Food for breakfast is alway cold. Someone got sick in the elevator and it took me telling stuff 4 times efore they cleaned it. We was there for a cheer comp and qe qant be staying there again. I was really bothered that the fact the staff parks in handicapped spots and when I asked why they do that the reply was F — — you so yea no more that place for me.

Complimentary breakfast available until 10 am every day. Four pillows per bed on the queen beds in our room. Free USA Today in lobby; coffee/tea/hot chocolate station off lobby always available. In bathroom, make sure to turn on faucet with sufficient flow; low flow will get on counter under faucet. Refrigerator doesn't have freezer compartment.

11 am check out. Breakfast from 6 am until 10 am. Breakfast was at the better end of the standard hotel breakfast range. 4 decent quality pillows on each queen sized bed. Clean hotel. Nice room. Nice staff. Okay area. Quiet hotel when I was there, on the verge of being empty. Coffee available in the room or in the lobby 24 hours. Decent price.

I was here with my college friends of 16 years to celebrate our friends wedding. This is where the rehearsal dinner was held. I'm not sure what it looked like before the grooms family decorated it, but the outcome was beautiful!

The hotel is clean. We arrived at 2:00 a. M and had to call the concierge. He was prompt, kind and very professional. We enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide variety of choices of hot and/or cold offerings. The room in the top floor was very quiet and the beds in our room very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and ours had a microwave and a refrigerator (very convenient) When we come back I would definitely stay here again, excellent for the price!

Room was pretty clean and staff was polite. Property is back away from the main road so car noises and motor cycles cant really be heard.

Great, friendly service. On a good street by a lot of food. Close to the bridge, cleam rooms. Good stay! Shower was huge! Loved that.

Apparently it's ok to have a hotel party at this location. I was awoken to kids jumping, screaming and loud music. We had to report them 3 times waited over 2 hours before I had to get out of my bed to go downstairs and demand a room change. I travel from Texas to visit my father for Father's day and this is how my first night went … So if you don't mind moving your family in the middle of the night due to the noise volume this is the place for you … because apparently the party that was going on to accommodate these kids could not be disturbed. Although I want this review to be noted I also would like to point out on the next night a wonderful front desk staff person named Keshawn went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to my family during my last night at the hotel … I actually appreciate meeting her … I shared with her my experience and she reassured me that this hotel does not tolerate hotel parties or excessive noises. So based on my interaction with her I will give this location another chance when I'm visiting my father … thanks again Keshawn.

Every single staff that I encountered was nice and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was the best free breakfast I've ever had. Room was spacious. I give 4 stars because housekeeping wasn't the best. Upon arrival there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower, no biggie, I just took it down. During our stay, housekeeping didn't replace items such as towels. One day when we returned to the room there were no clean towels, no pillow cases on the pillows and didn't replace to toilet tissue or Kleenex that had emptied. But I just asked for these items from front desk and they were phenomenal!

If your vacationing in new Orleans you wanna stay here it's a bad decision to get a hotel near or in poor neighborhoods like the French quarter the residents aren't the best so the hotels the best decision Evan has a heated indor pool witch feels pretty good on temp with free breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay here while we partied and had a great time at the 2018 New Orleans Jazz festival! Only 20 minutes away. Hospitality and Breakfast was great! Highly recommended.

Great hotel and staff. Hotel is clean and they have a decent breakfast. Very accommodating. Only thing I’d say that was a little negative is the amount. M of chlorine smell from the pool. There was a lot but I guess is rather there be too much than not enough lol.

Called two days ago to get a quote and called back 24 hours later to give card information but they over doubled the room rate because of a “busy weekend. ” Tried to speak with the manager twice, first time she didn’t call back like she said she would and the second time she wouldn’t pick up the phone. Best Western here I come!

Reserved a room with two queen beds and was given a single king. Room was large and appeared to be a small corporate office exec type setup. Stiil, desk staff didn't even attempt to see if it could have been rectified and answered that they were booked up without even checking. We were attending a funeral. We had three adults and two children. The couch bed in the room only sleeps one adult and the mattress on it looks like it was the lowest quality that hadn't been replaced since the hotel last renovated. Fortunately the room was a larger than average or we wouldn't have had enough room for everyone. It was clean and neat though. The breakfast bar had a nice set With ftuit, waffles, cereal, juice and fresh fruit.

We loved the room and accommodation. Perfect location for my needs. But … $200 a night was too much.

I stayed here for 4 nights for my son's spring break. We enjoyed the hotel and had a good experience up until the last night. I was impressed with the property and the rooms were nice. After touring New Orleans for 12 hours, my son and I returned to our room exhausted. He left his wallet in his bag on the table that morning with cards and $60 cash. I had given him the cash earlier that morning to pay him back for chores and good grades. Low and behold upon returning to the room on our last night, the wallet was on the table with a cleaning rag beside it and the cash was gone. I would have given a glowing review of this hotel — but not when staff steal from you. I currently live in Japan and travel frequently to La for business, I will not be returning and will not recommend. If this happens to anyone — my only mistake was not calling the police and making a report.

View from the room window equal to 0. A wall is right in front of the window, Room 214. Window cannot be opened for airing. The air conditioner is very noisy and produces a strong airflow.

The hotel staff were excellent. Very courteous and helpful. The room was well kept daily. I will be returning.

The small group I was traveling with had a very bad experience with this location. We arrive on New Year’s Eve to check in & were told our reservations had been canceled on Dec 29. We had a confirmation for two rooms, and an early check in email dated Dec 30. We were told that we had made some kind of mistake on our end and that they (Hilton) didn’t make mistakes. Of course they were booked. The front desk staff, including the manager, didn’t offer to help us in any way or take any responsibility for the error that had clearly been made by Hilton. We will never use a Hilton property again. I only rated this location one star because negative stars were not available. If they were my rating would be — 10 stars.

Excellent hotel. Beds and pillows are soft. Bathrooms nice and clean. Staff is excellent and super nice.

Great place to stay while in town. Swimming pool and exercise room available. Complimentary breakfast in the morning and has a complimentary snack bag to go. You can pick one up at the checkout counter.

The staff was awesome and the room was very comfy. The general condition of the hotel was not great.

Staff is friendly and very nice. Room we stayed in could use some maintenance though. The trim to the bath tub is missing, looks like it was ripped up and just hasn't been replaced, a few of the light switches in the room do not work, as well as a few of their outlets and our floors were a little dirty (you could tell it had not been vaccumed/swept). Despite that, thanks to the friendly employees and pretty yummy breakfasts made the place a pretty decent stay. They could just use a handy man in a couple spots.

Perfect location and great value just minutes from downtown NOLA with a super friendly staff and lots of amenities! Upon arriving we were offered bottled water. Check in was quick and personable. We were told about breakfast and coffee/tea/hot chocolate available 24 hours a day. It appears to be a new hotel. Everything was maintained like new, modern, and sparkling clean. My room had two comfy beds, fridge, microwave, mini coffee maker, full sized hair dryer and nice toiletries. There is also a small indoor pool and a fitness center. Parking was well lit and easy. An incredibly easy drive into downtown NOLA where we had business and have to have a large vehicle with us made this a real plus for us. Breakfast included cheese omelets, fresh redskin potatoes, smoked sausage, yogurt, cereal, grapefruit, cantaloupe and pineapple as well as whole fruits. A selection of pastries with toppings for oatmeal and more were available. I will definitely be returning here on our next visit — superb staff, clean, exceptional property and a real value in the NOLA area.

The lady at the check in was very courteous and helpful. Our room and the hotel was clean. Hotel management needs to change the address from 5th Street to Manhattan St. We had a difficult time finding this Hotel.

Our client Jennifer Westwood recently stayed here while performing in New Orleans and was very impressed with this property. Traveling entertainers see a lot of hotels while on the road, so they know what it takes to be among the best like this. The rooms are perfect, and quiet. There's a free breakfast in the morning, laundry room, and a very friendly and accommodating staff!

Service was amazing… like always! The hotel is a little hard to find, but other than that it's a great place. Would stay there again if I go back to New Orleans.

Nice clean place to stay with friendly staff. Free continental breakfast. We stayed the night before going on a cruise and were able to leave our car there for free for the whole week. It was only $15 for 3 of us to shuttle to the port.

Great rooms, rented two rooms for myself, and family, I was referred to this hotel because of a state convention so I had my reservation about not being in the French quarter. But now ; great choice. I will stay here again maybe for the Essence Festival.

Great stay! The only issue was that I could hear the running and playing of the many youth that came. Had to move to another room. Enjoyed!

The hotel was fairly new. The front desk was great and very informative. The free breakfast was delicious, best I ever had at a hotel!

I absolutely love this Hotel! All of the staff was so courteous and nice. They had our adjoining rooms all ready for us when we arrived. Everything was so convenient for us and I will definitely stay there again and I will recommend Hampton Inn-Harvey to everyone. We were so pleased from the beginning of our stay until the end!

Great Hotel! Lexi is the best! Made us feel so welcomed. Breakfast was perfect and the rooms are beautiful. Perfect for the price range.

We had a wonderful stay here this past week! Lexi was so nice and friendly, asked about our day every time I saw her. We loved the complimentary breakfast (especially the red potatoes! ), probably one of the best we've ever had! Awesome pool and staff that even checked in on me using it and graciously adjusted the temperature when it was a bit cool. Will stay here again if ever in the area and recommend it highly to anyone else!

Great place. Had a problem with a hotel I booked in new Orleans, at the end of jan, called here and the girl on nights got me right in. Great staff with great personalities. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed here over the quarter. Free parking, breakfast plus indoor pool was worth it. The pool could have been a little warmer though. There is a Little Caesars in walking distance which came in handy. Wi-Fi was fast, hotel was very clean and quiet.

Nice room. One of the nicest bathrooms I've seen at a hotel in this price range. Staff are great. The one thing I wish they had was a printer with a scanner in their business center. That's one of the things that I need when traveling for work, but other than that a great stay.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Suites was very comfortable inviting and pleasurable. The staff was constantly asking if we needed anything or if we needed any help. I would highly recommend staying there again.
