Nice room! beautiful atmosphere… lot of shoppin.

Absolutely loved my stay here! manager is very amazing and he met all my standards! totally recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.

Service and location we're convenient. The rooms were nice but I dont think they are the cleanest. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and they were able to remove it after I trapped it under an ice bucket. There was no follow up by management afterward.

Everything was so amazing the food was good everything I enjoy staying there when we don't want to go into the big city New Orleans even the rooms and the beds.

Trina the office "manager" was extremely rude, combative and unprofessional during check in and when we found fingernail clippings and hairs in the bed. She lied and said housekeeping was gone and we could change the sheets ourselves. Housekeeper walked up in the middle of her lying to us. She never offered an apology, just rudeness and lies. She needs some serious training.

When I checked in at 7pm the female at the front desk would not acknowledge me at all. I waited for 15 minutes thinking she was waiting on another guest who was using the front desk phone. After I took the General Manager's card, she asked if I needed help. I told her I was checking in and and had two rooms, she handed me two cards. She did not welcome me to the hotel or tell me about the hotel amenities. The bed had had hair and fingernails in it. When my husband called down and asked for housekeeping, Trina Bankston, the Front Office Manager, the person who checked me in as I later learned, said housekeeping was not availabe and he was welcome to come down and get sheets and change the bed himself. We had just seen housekeeping two rooms down from s 5 minutes ago. She hung up on him. When he called back down to ask for housekeeping, she hung up on him again. We went downstairs to ask why she was being so rude to us. She again stated housekeeping was gone, and then the housekeeper walked to the front desk. We asked the housekeeper if we could get the bed changed and she said sure. We did not want to move rooms because we were next to our other party. When I asked Trina Bankston why she was being so short and rude to us, she just kept saying ok. When I checked in she asked me for my employee card and I had to tell her I was not a Marriott employee that I had booked on points, so maybe she was rude because she thought I was another Marriott employee?

The hotel is nice looking and stylish. The best part is the Comfy beds! The breakfast was ok… my and myself didnt like it. Area was packed and stuff seemed everywhere. Only 1 TV on fitness machines worked. And business center had no ink to print. Customer service was subpar… And there are no sidewalks to walk to outlet malls as the marriot websites states. Overall. Ok hotel. Not the best marriot or the worst.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely welcoming and the rooms were very comfy. Honestly, I am super impressed and am definitely converting over to the Marriott chain. Kudos to the management for doing an excellent job taking care of the guest.

Nice place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The beds are really comfortable. My only complaint was that there is quite a bit of noise from the rooms above you.

This is a great Marriott property just a short drive to Baton Rouge. Rooms are large and they have a great breakfast included in the price. Rooms are contemporary, clean and well maintained.

It’s clean, the receptionist was very sweet, and the rooms have a great setup. The mirrors in the bathrooms are awesome! (Take it from me I’m a woman) they have a big lit LED circle light in the middle of the mirror around you for applying makeup and getting good lighting! Also I️ hate it when u get a room and the room is damp from the AC unit. This room was nice and dry and the AC blows super cold. I️ will book again.

The room was clean and nice. There was a wedding party on the same floor so there was a bit of noise in the hall, but nothing too bad. The breakfast was nice, just the right amount of variety. Nothing spectacular, just a good night stay and responsive customer service.

As usual at a Marriott brand, is clean and friendly. Breakfast is nice and better than most other chains. Desk personnel were sociable and nice.

Room was adequate. Clean with a few stains. The hotel was told we would have 4 persons in our room but only gave us three towels and no floor towel for outside the tub The A/C let the room cool but had to be turned off several times through the night because it was extremely loud when cooling (made an unusual noise not normal for those units). Bed was comfy and pillow were just right. Typical breakfast available — nothing special but it got our day started. All of the staff was courteous and helpful when needed. Lastly, they had ample parking, including places big enough to park a vehicle with a trailer. Next time I am in the area I would consider staying here unless I can get a simliar size room for around the same price from their competition, then I would probably give the competitor a try.

When I stay at a hotel the most important that it be very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I also have a strong preference for a sleeping temp around 68°. My stay at this location was slightly above adequate. The room was clean, though there were some permanent stains. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Sadly I had to keep getting up to turn off the A/C because the unit would get so loud when it was cooling it would wake me up. I was also disappointed that there were not enough towels and NO floor towel for outside the tub. Additionally, something was wrong with the room door that caused it to slam closed on you (first time it happened it hit my arm — ouch). Room price included a breakfast which had a decent variety and tasted decent. I would consider staying here again, but if I found another comparable room at a competitive hotel chain for the same price range I would probably stay with the competition. I have included pictures taken at the end of our stay.

Nice hotel with a friendly staff. Newer facility with clean rooms. Convenient access to fast food and the highway.

Excellent service, great staff, easily accessible to restaurants and Tangers Outlet Mall.

Very poor service, simply asked to bring up towel off the room phone and was hung up on repeatedly 3 times until I had to call off my personal phone to asked for towel only to receive the same treatment. Also, had police called to my room for literally have the TV to loud. Guy at the front desk is completely worthless and told the police to ask me to leave my room.

For a newer property we were disappointed. Room 413 has stains on the carpet and couch. Walking anywhere in the room made the desk partition rattle, shake and wobble. Location was great. Three stars for that.

Staff and rooms were excellent. Breakfast was delicious, too! The Wi-Fi wasn't the best — no one in our party of 4 could connect to it. Good thing we have unlimited cellular service.

The hotel was close to shopping areas, which was convenient. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The shower was also very spacious. It was very clean.

Fanciest place I've ever been to for $149 a night. We got the parents night package, and we missed out on the free cocktails (only special part of the package) because we showed up at 11 pm. The only thing I'd like to see different is for them to state when the bar closes beforehand. I assumed it would still be available, but I guess that was my fault. Would have likely saved me a good $20. I can't complain, though, because this place was fantastic. We'll definitely be returning, and at an earlier hour. Lol.

Very clean and updated rooms. Wonderful front entry way. Great parking. Lovely confortable place to stay if you are visiting the outlet malls down the road. Camel's is right across the parking lot. Very quiet place to stay even though the location is near a major highway. Friendly customer service orientated staff. Would go back there.

Everything was nice. Springhill is one of my now favorite places to stay.

Good surprise. Good price of $120 with tax for a double room. Clean, good size room, comfortable beds with breakfast included. Drove here from Hilton Garden Inn, which I got horrible service from their front desk and even worst from the manager Natoya Porter. Avoid that hotel.

The room was good, a friend and I went for hot rod power tour 2016. Very nice hotel, breakfast was free but not great.

Ok hotel. Ran out of hot water at 5:30am! Stingy with the towels. Poor hotel security — the back door was broken and at the end of our stay it was still broken. HORRIBLE ROOM PRICING STRUCTURE! Stay away from this place unless you don't care what rate you will be charged! We checked for one week and were given a rate of $95/night and was told our stay was considered long-term. We ended up staying 3 weeks and our rate started to change daily. The GM told me the rates changed daily and they had no control of the rate until each morning when the HQs sent out the rate. This is rubbish! I spoke with another guest (who was working as a contractor in the area) and had been there 6 months. He said his rate changed daily and was anywhere between $60/night to $130/night on a long-term stay. He said he was on a per diem and was just too tired at night to change hotels. This is a newer hotel but this is not the way other hotels work. We checked into the front desk almost every night but were still locked out of our room on two occasions and completely out of the hotel on one occasion. This was quite upsetting. We will NEVER stay at this property again and that's a loss to them because we go to Gonzales several times each year. They have lost our business and I am giving them a poor review.

Everything was great except for the smell, our floor & room had a musty mildew smell. It was so bad it made my wife sick.

The hotel is very nice and clean but when the lights went out that night the manager the next morning she didn't even apologize or even offer us half off the next room or something I just think that was a bad deal. Smh.
