Staff was amazing. Very clean.

Me and my husband had stayed there for a night and we really enjoyed our stay. This hotel was very clean and nice. While the pool was closed it is very nice from what we saw. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone who needs a hotel in Covington. And we will definitely stay there again if we ever need a place to stay.

I stayed here back in February for a wedding and it was very enjoyable. I drove here from Florida and got here significantly early and they made adjustments and checked me in early. They’re VERY accommodating, clean, and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for an affordable great hotel!

I stayed here about 2 months ago for my wedding! This hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my day and also my stay be as perfect as it could be. Thank you for all that y’all did for me, I am so glad we decided to go with this hotel! The rooms were so nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious. They also have shuttle which was so convenient for my wedding guest that were also staying at the hotel! I would hands down recommend this hotel and I can’t wait till I get to stay there again.

Very dirty shower with Black stuff on the floor of shower, mold on walls of shower and one cockroach! Obviously it hasn’t been cleaned in sometime… in room 212 don’t stay here!

New (at least it looks new), modern yet welcoming hotel; the hotel & grounds are immaculate. Spacious, comfortable, well-appointed rooms. The staff is professional, courteous and goes above & beyond to assist with whatever they can.

Fabulous. Compared to other Holiday Inn hotels I visited from Florida to California last week. This is a full service hotel with restaurant and bar, sparkling saltwater pool and impeccable staff to match. Everything was clean and everything worked. Period. Great job!

I didn't stay in a room but was here for a conference. Common area was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. The food, I'm guessing preps by the staff, was delicious every day. Pool area looked relaxing as well.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in service was quick and easy, and the entire hotel was very nice. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel. The food was great and the bartender was extraordinary. There is a pool and fire pit, but no hot tub.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room and public areas were very clean, the breakfast was good and there was a nice selection of food. As usual, the beds were very comfortable and there were medium and soft pillows.

Went there for a catered party. The staff were wonderful and the food was great. Their chicken and sausage gumbo was outstanding. We spent time at the bar, too, and the bartender was really good along as were the drinks. The hotel is pristine. If highly recommend it for catered events and overnight stays.

Nice hotel to check in, The room is clean and good. Staff are great, welcoming and full of life. They welcome you with a smile. Free breakfast, but you pay for the drink only. Free Wi-Fi. You will enjoy your stay I guess.

The front desk staff was very friendly. Both of our rooms were clean. We all enjoyed the comfortable beds after a long day's drive! We would definitely stay here again as we drive through.

Clean safe very friendly accommodating staff excellent service. Room was clean and I definitely inspected. We searched hard for a clean room that wasn't dated and we found it here modern but not fancy couldn't ask for more rate was very reasonable too. Thank y'all. Rooms have nice view of the parking lot so I could watch my truck over night even tho this is a safe residential area. Great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Water was hot. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Pillows were too fluffy… I tend to get headaches if my neck is at an extreme angle. I prefer flat and firm pillows. I spoke with the cook, and she made some fried mushrooms even though they were not on the menu. The waitress was very friendly. Lady that checked me in was a delight. Overall, I had a good stay.

Clean and quite. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. There's a restaurant in the lobby and they handout coupons for breakfast.

This location is modern and nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We stayed here three nights in one week over two stays. (One single night and later a two nights stay) I was not greeted as a rewards member like I normally am in IHG properties and wasn't given any amenities points like normal. No idea why. On the second stay I pre-paid for the breakfast because it was quite a bit of savings. ($10 coupon for $1) However, the first day the waitress was apparently new and struggled just to take the order. No biggie. The second day was Thanksgiving day. We walked into the restaurant at 9:00 am and was promptly told they were closing in 15 minutes because of the holiday. This was unacceptable as I had already paid for the breakfast and there was no sign indicating they would be closing early nor any notification from the front desk. I got my breakfast but only after much attitude from the wait staff.

Stayed here a couple of nights and the place is amazing. The rooms are big and bar in the lobby is fully stocked with your favorite beverages. Ginny is fabulous, brilliant and funny to boot!

My husband and I recently stayed one night, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Covington, for a wedding. When we walked in the front door we were immediately impressed. And greeted very politely. Once we made our way to our room we found it very clean. The bed was extremely comfy and you could choose your bed style, whether you wanted super soft or super firm. Let me tell you it was the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. (I am a mother of an 18 month old that sleeps in the bed with me so getting to sleep all through the night is a luxury) Anyway, once we woke up the next morning and started to get our things together and get dressed for the day I opened our curtains to a beautiful foggy morning over a tree line. It was so serene and helped us start our day off on the right foot. Once we loaded our car with our luggage we made our way to eat breakfast. This was the cherry on top! Hands down the BEST hotel breakfast we've ever had. REAL scrambled eggs (not those powered ones that look like eggs but don't taste anything like eggs), delicious chewy bacon, pork sausage, potatoes, they had a station to make waffles and they offered grits and oatmeal with an assortment of toppings. The coffee was up to par and to top off your whole delicious filling breakfast they had a fruit bar with some of the best strawberries and grapes. We went on our way happy and satisfied. All in all I was very very pleased.

Ac would have been nice for the night of our wedding. Was poorly handled by the staff. Never got a call from management like I requested. I will say the front desk worker that night attempted to handle the situation as best he could but couldn’t reach those above him who make decisions apparently.

Very upbeat almost European decor. Good lounge and restaurant. Great menu choices. Super comfy bed nice pillow options. Wonderful friendly staff. Great value. Excellent customer service. Great location easy to access.

Very cute, clean hotel with an excellent staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and accommodating from the young woman behind the front desk, to Ginny and Trina who helped us out in the bar. Both ladies made the night fun, and our drinks were always full. At one point, an angry guest started an altercation, but Trina made sure to handle it professionally and kept all the bar guests happy during the unfortunate incident. Overall, a great place to crash for the night! Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 10 days when we had to evacuate Florida during a hurricane. Margaret and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating! Very clean hotel. Great price too.

I'm a truck driver that stays at hotels most nights… In the past year … I must say, this is the best, quietest, cleanest, most well staffed, and pleasant place I've been this year. I'll make a special trip across the lake to stay at this one again. The restaurant food and service was great, the bar, and bar staff was great. The atmosphere was relaxing… need I keep going? A, 200$ room for half the price.

The location is well designed and well situated. The 1st floor layout is open concept and provides plenty of space for traffic flow and work when necessary. Interior decor complements the space nicely. Rooms are excellent and the facility is always well manicured. The building is situated far enough from Hwy 190 that traffic and noise are never an issue. The staff is excellent. They're both flexible and courteous and will certainly go the extra mile to assist you in any way they're able.

Easy access. Clean. Friendly courteous staff. Guestrooms were well appointed and spacious. Public areas were nicely furnished, spacious and clean.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a big ole smile. I felt so at ease and comfort. Room was very comfy, had the best night sleep that night. I recommend everyone to at least spend one night in this comfy friendly hotel…

I'm a truck driver and I am constantly on the road and staying at hotels. My stay at this wonderful hotel was beyond awesome. The ladies at the front desk are super nice, was treated like a king. Ms. Jenny at the restaurant is super awesome. One Saturday it was so busy for breakfast and they were short handed, Mike the waiter was constantly apologizing for the tardiness of my food, heck… the staff was awesome I didn't mind to wait.

OMG! My stay was wonderful! The staff was extremely awesome and friendly. My room was so comfortable and clean. Was there for a week with my 5 year old daughter. Everyday they made the bed and placed my daughter's stuff animals on the bed so neatly. I thought it was the cutest thing ever. Awesome HOTEL E-V-E-R!

Definitely the best hotel in the area. I stay at this location at least once a month and the staff is always friendly. The restaurant and bar are a very nice feature for a hotel of this kind. Rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. If you find yourself having to stay in this area, this hotel is a great option.

We live in Mandeville and have stayed here 4 times in the past few years! We have also hosted a wedding and red carpet event here. Everyrhjng is SUPER clean. Super nice. I literally forget I'm so close to home sometimes. Good service at breakfast and again, the cleanest hotel ever. Definitely makes me consider staying HI when traveling but I'm not sure any would top this one!

Great service decent price! We rented out number of rooms for a wedding. And we received excellent service. The rooms are very nice. There is a pool, although it was still to cold to use. The breakfast was not worth it. It is not complimentary, and there is a waffle house and an IHOP down the street. We ordered an extra room just to hang out in and have a small get together. The staff took out the bed, put together a nice long table for us to sit at and another one to put food and drinks on. They were very accommodating.

Amazing beds and great service.

My room is huge and very well decorated. The staff is very nice and helpful. If you haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn in a while this one will definitely change any negative ideas you have about the chain. I will definitely be back.
