Great accommodations… clean and comfortable. Noisy guests on floor and no late check out! Skipped the free breakfast. I would use this facility again.

The rooms were extremely clean, check in & out was smooth, and the price was amazing.

The night front desk person was super nice! The prices are affordable and the rooms are extremely clean! The whole place was spotless! Will visit again!

I checked in to the Comfort Inn as an overnight guest during a long trip. The night staff was friendly and happily answered any questions we had. Our room was nice enough for the price, and the complementary breakfast was served fresh, and it gave us a good early start the next day.

Clean comfortable rooms. Terrible free breakfast. Sausage cold hard and dry. Fruit old.

The first room that was given to us was dirty. The floor hadn't been cleaned in a awhile and the bed had black and brown spots on it. Sheets were also dirty. Second room was a bit cleaner. Bed was uncomfortable. The only saving grace about this stay was the staff. Very friendly and helpful.

It's not the Embassy Suites, but it's GREAT for what it intends and for the price it's a great bargain. Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff, breakfast & exercise room. I recommend it & will stay here again!

We had a great visit there. Although we were very busy the people were very nice in accommodating.

Great hotel from a travel agent view! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very clean. Even my friend with Asthma had no problems.

Website is deceiving. Ordered a room online while traveling. The amenities with price were NOT as shown. This was non refundable and Comfort would not honor it without an upgrade fee. They blamed it on booking. Com. Room was medium at best. We won't be back. Have had much better quality for less $$.

Nice rooms and front desk service was good, but when we went down for breakfast the girl working the breakfast bar wearing camo seemed mad everytime my mother-in-law who is 83 picked something up and didn't sit it back in it's correct place. Get another job lady. Recommend if she isn't working.

Our stay was for one night and the beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The shuttle to the game was convenient.

This place is ok I had bad luck though none of the soda machines take bills and the vending machines make you buy everything twice due to product getting stuck on the reel pretty irritating beds are comfortable and breakfast was good plenty of options there I'd stay again but avoiding the vending machines would be wise.

The property is in need of some TLC. It generally had a dirty feel to it. The front desk person was kind and helpful. Breakfast was less than stellar with the eggs resembling yellow hockey pucks. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water.

Really surprised with the quality of this hotel. My room was huge. The bed was very comfortable. The bath tub was a little narrow but worked well. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The variety was exceptional. I felt like I was staying at a 4 start hotel. The price was very reasonable. I've paid a lot more for a lot less. I will restore took this hotel when I'm in the area again.

Great service from the front desk. Super personable and friendly. The AC in the rooms can't be adjusted sadly which created some freezing nights and humid others. Also the suite had a pull out bed but it was super thin and the toliet paper holder was super far from the toliet. Which is odd. Great service just odd rooms.

A business has to stick out tremendously for me to do a review, and let me tell you, "2-star" is a HUGE understatement! This is a 4-star hotel with 2-star pricing! From the service to the comfort of the sheets! Let me tell you, this past week was some of the best sleep I have had in a very long time! Delicious breakfast, amazing customer service, beautiful rooms! Spectacular!

It was an average hotel, room and bathroom was nice, breakfast was meh though.

This is the worst hotel in Baton Rouge for one they need to update this whole hotel it looks like something off a old movie where a serial killer who hide and stalk people second my room was on the second room and the room above mines shower and jacuzzi tub leaked down into my room it wasn't just a little leak either the leak was so bad it reach the floor the room had a funky smell and yes the hotel staff tried their best to make my stay better but I just can't plus they didn't want to refund me so I end up getting a room downstairs I wouldn't even come back here or recommend them to anyone to stay.

I booked this hotel for the price, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel could use some updating, but it wasn't dirty or bad. The breakfast was comparable to other hotel hot breakfast bars, but it was kept well stocked. I will say they should definitely invest in automatic doors. The bed was clean and comfortable and the hospitality was perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating. I will definately stay there again!

My wife and I stayed here back in June. Moving our daughter out of her apartment, taking longer than we thought, we had to stay the night in Baton Rouge. We located this hotel on Google maps and called. We got lucky and got close to the last room, around 9PM. When we checked in they were filled up and people coming in hoping for a room had to go somewhere else. I think the Miss America Pageant was in town this weekend. We were so tired we sleep very well till early the next morning. We forgot to hang the DoNotDisturb sign on the door and the maids were knocking. I then put the sign on the door and tried for more sleep. Later they came again and tried to open the door and asked if we had ordered towels. We said no. Our room was across the hall from the hotels laundry room. They were talking loud and slamming things around. Not only that but guest were up and down the hall going to the breakfast buffet talking loud too. If you look in the photos on the website this room is just down the hall, first door on the left, between front desk and BB lobby. Like I said this was last minute reservations. I'm just happy we got to stay somewhere. I would stay again just hoping for a different room.

This place is DIRTY. Stayed overnight and upon a late check in found white stains on the blankets (you can make your own assumptions about what they could be), the shower was dirty, the knob on the tub didn't have that stopping place to shut the water off so you just had to turn it until the water stopped, and when we went across the hall in the morning to the other room we reserved to check on the rest of our party and the cleaning staff went into our room and started working. It wasn't even time to check out! This was around 9 in the morning so it was well before check out time. My husband complained about the stay and the general manager of the hotel (and owner) said sorry but come back and stay with us again. How about no, I don't come back and stay in your nasty hotel ever again. If you have no standards and don't mind stains on the bedding and a dirty shower this is the place for you! If you have some standards and dirt bothers you, I suggest you keep looking because this isn't the place for you.
