Review of Studio 6-Sulphur, LA 2*

The front desk Clerk at this location is so rude I mean rude enough to make you tell her a few words but that doesn’t solve anything because then she start yelling saying you can leave because we’re letting her know that our room hasn’t been getting cleaned. The look on her face was as if she didn’t care and she honestly didn’t we had mold specs in the toilet we basically had to clean our own room we reported this to someone but they never got back with me due to all the lies that was being told. The Fromt desk Clerk told me the reason our room doesn’t get cleaned is bc her and a housekeeper dug into my things and took towels out of my basket now the towels we’re white I got them from our job at the man camp in sulphur it’s honestly still no way that she thought we was stealing bc my towels are way thicker and very white not nothing like the dingy towels they supplied us with everyday that really looked like the rags they cleaned with I took plenty of pictures even when a coke busted two months ago in our freezer forgot it was in the freezer and that’s what happened housekeeping NEVER bothered to clean it up… and only the worst after fema stopped paying for the room on April 22, 2018 they never notified us to tell us this she finally decided she would do it sunday after a nice hot day of cleaning rooms ourselves, we get to our room key doesn’t work so my sister goes down to front desk and a guy is explaining what’s going on with fema not paying my sister show him that she received a email saying the room was extended until May 31, 2018 Check out Date June 1, 2018 she wanted us to pay 960 and some change to either get our things and leave or to stay and then pay another four hundred dollars to stay another week but she proceeds to say how she didn’t have any problem with us staying but my sister still ended up paying 194 for two nights which we only stayed one but some how out of the two weeks she only mentioned she tried reaching out three time now i’ve worked front desk before and it’s no way ur going to let someone stay for two full weeks and not at least come knock on the door once we got off to let us know since she said she couldn’t get in touch by phone but I recorded just about everything she’s done except for following me out of her hotel left my phone in the room but i’d really like my towels at this point the stealing from the housekeeper I will not miss and I sure will notmiss the lying front desk clerks ALL OF THEM… Get rid of the whole staff including housekeeping i’d say you would have a better hotel. Especially the y’all African American housekeeper that was smoking a cigarette in a check on third floor she had on a black v-cut shirt with burgundy scrub bottoms. My sister was sick throwing up and they never went in the room to take trash nothing all that stayed in the room I have plenty of pictures and videos.
