This place has changed bar you can’t smoke and no one ever there it’s just amazing ill never be back very boring place to have a night cap at after a long day is a no go!

Best Restaurant around been coming here for years and never been disappointed.

It was very clean and staff was nice too.

What a fabulous hotel from the moment we walked in until the moment we left everything was just brilliant. Reception and check in by Shannon exceptional, room clean and bed soft, bar and staff incredible and the pool was beautiful.

This is the old Holiday Inn. It is cheap and it is readily apparent in the amenities, the cleaning staff has to vacuum with a 15-20year old vacuum. The Laundry Facility needs a bit of upkeep as well. The doors open to the outside, so any riff raff or such can meander the area. The Restaraunt is relatively pricey for the Buffet, other meals such as the Club Sandwich, are prerty tasty. There is a Bar on site as well, its rather Dark, but well stocked. Staff is friendly, and is probably the best part of the hotel.

Dirty! Smelled moldy. My spouse sneezed the whole time bc of the suspected mold. The place is old. Room has a rusted tub with a new shower head. A new tub would've been nice. Uncomfortable beds, to boot!

Mrs Kristy went above and beyond for my bridal shower/wedding! So helpful and if we needed anything she was there! And the food was delicious. If y’all looking for a place to host a event this is the place mrs Kristy is the best and the sweetest!

Room was clean, the bed was soft and somewhat comfortable. Walls were thin, I could hear other guests chatting outside late into the night. The air outside smelled of rotten fish. Rates were affordable.

Friendly staff, Great place to stay and there is a swimming pool and pretty good food on there menu.

Place to stay in Morgan city on the cheap. Decent pool. Morgans restaraunt inside is decent.

Nice and quiet area. Rooms are okay but a bit pricey. Internet is horrible there. Constant drops and low speeds.

The staff is friendly, rooms are clean. They have the usual microwave, refrigerator, cable TV, coffee maker and iron. Free high speed Wi-Fi, swimming pool, restaurant and a Legends bar.

Close to the highway, some rooms can be noisy. Restaurant is very good, with both buffet and menu options. Very nice staff. Has a pub and a swimming pool.

Roaches but good buffie Friday nite butt expensive for that area.

I like Clarion inn I know I will find clarino inn all over the world.

Ok for the money, only complaint is hot water is kinda lacking.

Nice folks, clean room, comfortable bed… But the water for bath would only get about "luke" warm.

Wasn't expecting such an amazing stay at this hotel we first had problem finding it. The room is so well kept, the staff is so friendly. And the dinner at the restaurant is another treat. The waitress is so polite and caring. We'll be back.

It’s a super clean hotel, they take there time to make sure you have everything you need. Kristy is a super big help and the food is awesome.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. It is an older hotel with the room doors on the outside. Used to be a Holliday Inn. Rooms are clean. Has a bar and restaurant both are staffed with great people and serve really good food. Wi-Fi was convenient and uninterrupted I watched Amazon prime on my Kindle with no issues. I would stay here again.

Kristy went above and beyond for our rehearsal luncheon! It was held in the banquet room and everything was absolutely perfect, not to mention the food was delicious!

I hosted a bridal shower at the Clarion Inn this past weekend. From the first moment I got in touch with Kristy, the director of catering and conferences, to the second I walked out of the building after my event I NOT ONCE had an even almost bad experience. Kristy was so helpful with all of my questions and offered great advice. The room was set up when I arrived to decorate, exactly how we had discussed. The staff at the Clarion was just as professional and friendly as Kristy. We actually forgot a cake knife and a spoon for our dip, and when we asked the staff to borrow theirs, they didn't hesitate. I even overheard multiple guest saying how impressed they were with the cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend the Clarion for anyone looking for a family friend environment to host an event. I definitely plan to utilize the Clarion in the future!

I love this place! When I come in town for business or pleasure.

I was there a week ago for business. The room was clean and blanket comfortable… nothing special, but nice. What really surprised me was the sound proof was good that I couldn't hear the pounding rain and outdoor noise… that was a plus. Also, the restaurant (Morgan) lunch buffet was so good that being a vegetarian, I still had lots of cooked vege/fruit/dessert selections. Coffee was too strong though. I ended up having dinner there too. It's nice to be able to stay in a safe and pleasant environment while you travel alone 2, 000 miles away from home.

Clean rooms, Brittany and MiMi we're awesome at the front desk. The security guy Eric was a great guy too. I've stayed in rooms at resorts that cost 5k per night and the staff wasn't any better than theses nice ladies and gentleman. We felt welcome from the time we arrived until we left. The food at Morgan's was great and Legend's is always a good time. We will be back for another stay.

After 5 hrs of driving, I was tired, when I get to the front counter a lovely lady was tried to help me to get a key card. She could not find a card and she ask a lady name Meme for the key card, Meme told both of us, she cannot issue the key and I cannot get into the room without my husband permission. Meme didn't even ask to verify my ID, who I was or offer any way to help a customer. She told me "you can wait at the lobby". Very bad customer services experience from her. I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel for business or leisure.

Very clean. Nice pace to stay while in Morgan City. Nice staff. Amenities lacking. Good restaurant.

I stayed at this holiday inn for two nights. I went to the breakfast to get a coffee and after the waitress told me the buffet was free with the room, I decided to eat some oatmeal. After checking out I found out that I was charged $13.50 for my oatmeal! they said they would not take the charge off and said the buffet was not free. Well maybe they need to retrain all of the staff because both days I was told it was. She printed out receipts and specifically said we just had to sign them so they could keep track of how many buffets they sold. Liars.

There is a night club in this hotel. This night club is located right next to the suites of this hotel. I paid $300.00 for one night in a suite, the room was fantastic and we were very pleased until about 10pm when the club opened. The music was so loud that my glass of water on the night stand was vibrating. I called the front desk, he said that he would ask them to turn it down. 2 hours later i'm in a screaming match with an employee at the front desk. A visitor of the club decided to get in my business and threaten to fight me. I was a GUEST of this hotel and all she was doing was frequenting the night club there. I wonder who was spending more money there, her or me? Security for the hotel comes to my door stating that I started a fight with this woman and saw me do it. So not only does the customer service reps yell at you, the LIE TOO! If I dont get EVERY DIME of my money refunded I will sue this holiday inn and I WILL write a letter to the mayor and ALL who will listen. Worst hotel experience EVER! I'd rather sleep on a cot, in a tent, in the middle of IRAQ! My stay in IRAQ was more pleasent than this hotel.

One of the best hotels in Morgan City. Hotel was clean and personnel helpful. Personnel at the front desk made mistakes on my billing twice, including charging me for a meal I did not have and for a night stay in a room that I did not have. Pay close attention to the bill, the staff have a tendency to make mistakes when they are very busy. The restaurant staff was slow although very accommodating (most likely under staffed). The food was excellent but it took awhile to get it (45 min).
