Quiet room, spacious room, people at front desk very polite, are very friendly.

The rooms were incredible and the manager is very accommodating. For those looking for lodging, this is the hotel to go to.

This place is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed in a long time. The staff is very friendly and they acomadate you in every way. My hats off to the cleaning people they allways clean the room very well, and they even wash you dish's.

Fantastic staff they really take care of you here the prices are reasonable the longer you stay I highly recommend this place they treat me fantastically they clean my room when I asked him to anyone could stay here and like it.

An extended stay hotel that is about a year old. The rooms have fully-furnished kitchens which are great for the longer than normal hotel stays. The rooms are comfy and very modern. The cleanliness is superb and the service is even better! I find this hotel to be a great value as compared to other hotels in the area, especially if you are in town for plant projects, turnaround, or other industrial projects. Two thumbs up!

Great place very comfortable beds spacious rooms. Defiantly recommend this place. I stayed 45 miles from my job just because so nice. Wish they had some breakfast but I cooked my own. Has stove top dishes and silverware. Staff was was great special thanks to Ms Suttikan for directing me to nice places in town I have stayed at other property's from the same owner and it was nice also. Thanks again.

New building very friendly and helpful staff. Wifi went down one night and the girl at front desk called the cable people and stayed on phone till it was fixed for me. No breakfast here otherwise very nice place to stay extended.

The rooms were very clean. No noise from other guest. The front desk lady was very friendly. Loved it!

Hotel staff were very friendly especially Mr Bhann Desai who went well beyond a hotel normalsy to see that a nephew's wedding went very special, I tip my hat sir, also rooms were clean, plenty amenities also, I and others will be back, *****.

We drove from Houston, Texas and decided to stay in Donaldsonville because New Orleans would be to overcrowded. The location was fine. It was peaceful just how we wanted. We checked in with the front desk rep whom is known by Suri and she gave us Room 203. She was friendly and greeted us as we walked in and went to our room. After checking in, we all decided to take baths to prepare for our 45 minute drive to New Orleans. As we showered we noticed that the water was leaking from the side of the tub so we placed towels on the floor to clean it up. When my mom showered and finished we heard a loud thump. My mom fell and hit her head and back on the toilet and was in excruciating pain. As we preceded to call the front desk, we informed Suri of the incident that had happened and she asked us to come down so that she could move us to a bigger room. When I approached the front desk; Suri advised me that the General Manager (Jay Patel) was headed up to take a look. While being upstairs and explaining the situation to the GM; he never said a word to us and never apologized for the incident that occurred. We felt like it was not of any importance to him. Suri asked if we wanted to go to the emergency room and we told her we would go when we got back home to Houston as we were unfamiliar with the area. No one ever called to check on my mother or even asked us to fill out an incident form. I am not a happy customer as I believe that the room should have been comped.

Clean, quite and everything you need in 5miles away always a great stay when I'm in town.

This is a great hotel. Very clean and the rooms are wonderful.

I booked room at this hotel with full intention of coming as I was visiting family. 3 hours before check in my father unexpectedly passed away. I did not spend night at the hotel as I was grieving and tending to this extremely difficult time and calling to cancel was the last thing on my mind. I called the following morning after seeing I was charged for the 1 nights stay. I spoke with the front desk manager who was very nice and seemed as though she wanted to help me. She informed me that the GM of the hotel was out of town and she would forward my request of a refund or a credit for another night due to the circumstance and my not actually staying. The GM and owner have refused to grant a refund/or give me a credit. They are completely heartless. I suggest no one book with this hotel as they are only about financial gain and have no care for their patrons.

I'm a refugee right now with the great flood and they kicked me out of my room before seeing if I needed any extra nights to stay knowing I had no home to go to. The staff here is very friendly rooms are wonderful management is not so good the owner does not care.
