Good value. Comfy beds, quiet rooms. Skimpy on towels, toiletries, and coffee but I guess they have to keep the cost down somehow.

Very good staff. Very clean. Nice pool.

I have to stay there for work sometimes. I hate the night manager, no breakfast, good luck trying to get towels, and forget maid service.

October, 2017. I thought this was an okay place until I opened a bath towel and a thick, long, black hair fell out of it and then I noticed a medium sized, reddish brown spot on the towel and wasn't sure whether the towels had even been washed. No senior discount.

Clean rooms, great staff, they went out of their way and gave me a ride to mcdonalds to get food because it was late and no delivery food places were open and I was towing a trailer and couldn’t go through the drive thru with it. Clean rooms and pet friendly. Highly recommend u stay there!

I would recommend this economically priced motel to anyone. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff was professional, attentive and very friendly. I was exhausted from traveling and wanted someplace inexpensive to relax and lay my head. I am extremely glad I chose motel 6 to stay at I got my relaxations (they have 32 inch flat screen televisions and a free Wi-Fi connection) The beds were extremely comfortable (double pillow top mattresses) that I was completely rested and ready to travel again to my destination. Motel 6 was inexpensive and met all my needs. I would like to thank the staff at motel 6 in kingdom city MO. For the wonderful stay.

If I could give zero I would desk clerk was completely rude and would not reply with a nice manner when asked a couple questions. The room was freezing and a couple other things. Never go there again!

As a 7 year veteran of the hobo community we always stay at motel 6 as usually they are very pet friendly. Not this one tho. They saw both of my pups and said that they require a pet deposit of 100$. Now I understand that this motel 6 is private owned and if it was 10$ then I'd be fine but 100$? Come on your not gonna make money like that I can't believe they can even call them self's a motel 6

Bed was clean. Could do with new pillows so guests aren't waking up needing to visit a chiropractor. Floor/carpet needs a date with a deep clean vacuum. Walls are paper thin so you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is … doing. Standard microwave and fridge, although fridges need to be taken out and cleaned from all the ice buildup.

Stayed here recently… Kristie at the front desk was more than accomodating! Very friendly and helpful when I made my reservations and upon checking in. Left a pair of my favorite boots in the room when we left… she was the best in helping me get them back! The bed we had was super comfortable. Would stay here again!

I only had two washcloths two towels it should have had a few more towels maybe larger ones overall extremely good for the price remember this is a No-Frills Hotel there was coffee but that's about it.

Had to stay in a smoking room the 1st night-and it was bad. The room had not been cleaned well (if at all). Moved to a non-smoking room the 2nd night. It was a totally different experience. Clean environment, well-kept. But the staff were courteous and helpful. I should have complained the 1st night. I think they would have made it right. But it was the night before the total eclipse and I think they were overwhelmed with a packed motel. They even had free viewing glasses for their customers. I would stay there again.

Smoke free room was Smokey and I had an asthma attack. They moved us to a different room. There was hair in sink and ice bucket and makeup smudges on doors… clearly not cleaned well. Lots of bugs… lobby smelled like cat urine. When asking for coffee in the morning the person at the desk turned on the heater with a pot of coffee from the day before and said it will be hot later come back. The one person at the front desk was extremely unhelpful. This was one of the worst places I have stayed. Considering how dirty it was… I would never use the pool.

Great basic accommodations. Clean rooms (small) with cool AC, lots of hot water. Take your own shampoo. Room has microwave and small fridge, desk and hanging space for clothes. Reasonable rates.

It's not the worst place I have ever stayed… That's why it's 2 stars. … Pros; it was $80, the hotel staff did NOT try to sell us a prostitute, meth or heroin. Cons; the sheets had clearly not been changed in a long while, the shower was filthier than a crazy cat lady's floor, the gentleman working the front desk has very recently started to learn English (good for him, but he may want to invest in a new tutor), their are many other small things wrong, but I feel like these are the big ones. … When every other hotel is booked up at this exit, there is a reason this hotel is not, I suggest you do what we wish we had and go to the next exit.

Oh my, save your money. The dirtiest and creepiest hotel we stayed in on our whole vacation. Reeked of cigarette smoke, old tv, small room, stained old dirty bedding and towels. We got a double bed with one old flat pillow. There were boogers on the wall in the bathroom! So gross. The guy at the desk also asked for my husband for his drivers license and took info from it. No one ever did that before. We are changing our credit card.

I stayed at the ABV Inn last night in Missouri; a one bed room on the first floor. Nobody was at the front desk when we arrived (it was around 2am), so after trying to sleep in the car until 3 we retried and managed to get a room to sleep in. I spent 4 hours total in it, and the most remarkable things were the poor quality of sheets and blankets, and the open bible next to the bed. I slept well though, and it was better than sleeping in my car.

Only giving it one star so people see the review the bathtub had hair in it the towels had stains and hairs in them that were clearly noticable I travel for a living and spend alot of money at America's best value inns but I never will again because when confronting the man at the front desk he was rude and acted disgusted that I was even asking for clean towels not to mention when we checked in he had an attitude and they don't honor there aarp discounts so they have officially lost my business.

Desk clerk was very rude. And to top it off they wanted $90 to stay in a room that should go for $50. Whole motel smelled like cigarettes and reminded me of a motel in the hood! DID NOT STAY HERE! New Holiday Inn across road for almost same money.

Terrible! I made the reservation online and when I arrived they tried to overcharge me and gave me the wrong room. The room was filthy. It literally had pubes and clumps of hair all over the bed. The toilet wasn't even flushed. The other bed had been stripped and the blankets were just thrown all over the ground. Then the front desk called and accused me of having too many people in the room even though it was just my wife and me. Worst hotel experience I've ever had.

Mangment is very kind rooms are nice and great rate very clean and nice new beds not like the other motel.

Did not stay here. It is a Motel 6 now, owned by rude, barely speak english, towl heads (whatever nationality that is) Called May 2015 to make a reservation. We typically use Motel 6 because of their free pet ploicy. This one is NOT free! They wanted to charge us $90/night because of our dogs (3 small dogs whom weight a total of 40 lbs put together). I have and never will spend that much per night for a Motel 6! They are stripped down rooms with nothing extra to require that much money per night. Yes, it has an indoor pool, maybe nice for some but not a requirement for us. Nothing around this one either other than a cpl truck stops. We drive truck so prefer to go to an actual restaurant than a truck stop. Will never go here.

I love love love the location. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the Interstate and love having a pool inside too! The staff is so friendly and helpful and the Wifi is great.

You definitely get more than what you pay for. Restroom is updated along with a few ammeneties. Some rooms have HDTV! Wi-Fi is exceptional. Original price of these rooms were up to $80.00, but I payed for half just merely $42.00 without tax. (I think this place is losing business) Only thing wrong with this place is some odd smells and weird looking employees. I think this place is in such a bad location. But makes up for it in Value. Definitly a lot less people means a lot less usage. They will let you check out the rooms if you ask, just take a look before you decide to stay it never hurts especially at this price it's definitely asking for people to come stay.

The manager was very nice room was nice.

I stayed in december for 1 night, I asked to be put in a room away from everyone so that I could sleep peacefully. She put me in a corner room on 3rd floor. After noticing a family of flies in it. I called front desk. She gave me a different room right away, but I had to pack up all my things and lug them downstairs to get a key for another room. Then I had to go back up to 2nd floor. The new room she gave me had people running around past it, I heard doors slamming all night. The hostess was nice and all, but the motel was one of the noisiest that i've ever stayed in, and that really irked me considering I specifically asked for a quiet room. And the bed was hard.
