Very nice hotel. Gorgeous views.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, staff was extremely friendly, and it has a beautiful view! Walls are thin so it can be a little noisy but we brought a box fan and it helped!

I would NOT recommend booking a suit here for wedding parties as they did not keep their word. Our group had booked the suit 6 months in advance and spoke with the manager to verify multiple times. In addition, the front check-in staff (Moses Mendoza) was utterly disrespectful to the bride and his unprofessional behavior is damaging to your business. My purpose in writing this review is for anyone who plans on choosing this location for their big day to think twice so that they will not have to encounter what we had to go through.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. We were booked into room 235. The room is a good size and nicely furnished. However, the floor, ceiling and walls are paper thin. You are able to hear everything happening all around you. Saturday night we get back from the wedding we flew in for and there is a live band playing right below our room. Apparently there is a venue attached to the hotel, but is not associated with Courtyard by Marriott. I went to the front desk to find out what time the band would be finished and was told midnight. I find this unacceptable. At checkout I told the woman that no one mentioned the fact that our room was over this venue and that on the weekends the quiet time is midnight. I let the woman know that if I were to have had children or an early flight they would’ve been moving us that night. Not everyone wants to stay in until midnight. The hotel was completely book as there were three different weddings who had guests staying in this hotel. I was also told the GM was the only person that dealt with the other venue. The GM should then realize not to agree to have a party the same night they are at full capacity or they should not book people in those rooms and lose their revenue. I got an “I’m sorry “ and I’ll speak to the GM. I’ve never stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott and after this experience I don’t think I ever will again if I can help it.

We upgraded to an executive suite thinking we would enjoy a little luxury while traveling… We were not informed there would be construction going on so instead of enjoying a nice vacation we are woken up at 7am everyday with power saws. Definitely would have not have "upgraded" if we knew. We complained and asked to be moved to a different room and were told nothing else is available and our clock has a radio option to drown out the noise. Customers spending 150$ a night for a hotel deserve better especially having our reservations set for over a month, expecting the service and comfort we had before here and we are very disappointed in the accommodations and also the way they are handling our requests for a fan for white noise or anything. If you book here be sure to ask for a room away from construction and definitely DO NOT upgrade!
