Nice place looks like recent upgrade rooms were in good shape and clean. Breakfast was complete and had fruit available among many high carbohydrates dishes. All in all it was a good value a good place with friendly staff.

Do not stay! If we could give no stars that would be appropriate. Multiple issues with cleanliness and repair. Cleaning is not on the agenda, although there were signs of a staff visit in the odd configuration of the pillows. From the pictures it is evident to leave your shoes on during your stay. Your feet will get dirty but to clean them, you will have to brave the showers with stuff growing under the slip map (see pics).

Very bad experience the beds weren’t bad but the shower and bathroom were extremely dirty I stayed here only because I was driving thru and they had a breakfast selection for my kids. I couldn’t shower for how dirty the shower was. Breakfast was til 930 we went at 830 there was no more yogurts no milk sausage was burnt bananas were bad eggs were disgusting they were out of juice and coffee donuts were hard as a rock and the water had lemons in it I think we’re a few days old warm water I took one drink and spit it out I signed up for rewards but I don’t think I want to go back to any quality inn again especially not this one.

Expected more for the price. I've stayed at quality inns before and the rooms were kept up and nice. This time however not the case. Bed is like a rock. Shower is dirty, the knob is broken and no water pressure. Oh and it stinks. I think the price range should be in the 50-60 range so people know what to expect. I've stayed in plenty hotels that were 80-90 dollar range and they were clean and kept up. If I wasnt so tired I'd leave. Should of paid the extra few bucks for the Drury down the road.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. They even put us close to the coffee and breakfast area to accommodate us. Breakfast was the typical hotel style, with fruit, cereal, waffles and pastries. Coffee is served all day. We had a good experience.

Reasonably priced, offering nice and clean, quiet rooms. Each member of the staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Breakfast area has plenty of options to choose from.

Great bed, nice room, needs updating, but for the price, well worth a good night's sleep!

Good beds. Stops there. Need a lit of help in the care and maintenance of the property. Had to fix a plumbing issue. Second night in an ethnic owned property not familiar with US standards. Not again, at least at this property.

Great Budget Hotel I stayed here on the way home for business. Room was very spacious. I found it to be clean. It has been refreshed (repainted) in the recent past. Everything worked, plenty of outlets for devices. Parking lot was well lit and I was not worried about my person or my stuff. I had plenty of hot water. Breakfast served at 0600. It had: Cereal, Juice, Beagles, Biscuits and Gravy, A little fresh fruit, Eggs and Sausage, and the Waffle. Plus plenty of Coffee. I thought it was great for the price of the room. This is a budget hotel that delivers. If you want a made to order omelets and or 1000 count sheets, drive to Memphis and spend a lot more money. Quality Inn was perfect and delivered everything I wanted at this price point.

Wonderfully quiet for so close to the highway, great breakfast, very friendly, helpful staff.

Stay at Qulity Inn or one of their affiliated hotels, as they have an excellent point/reward system. And a couple times a year you can buy points at a reduced rate. They all offer breakfast that runs the gamut from mediocre to outstanding. Again, main reason I tate so high is their reward system. Have never had a dirty room, or any reason to co. Plain.

Very quick trip but front desk was friendly and room was quiet, easily recommendable.

Staff was nice. Room was clean except for the sheets. Sheets had stains.

Hall carpet soiled. Chrome bars in bathroom corroded and rusty. Bathtub surround needs replacing. Beds comfortable and room very clean. Staff nice. Breakfast could be better with more fresh offerings. Rooms had fridge and microwave — appreciated. Was charged for two nights we did not stay. Took almost a week to get credited back to bank.

Night staff was great, morning staff was more blunt and to the point. Beds were a little dirty, and there were stains on the couch. Overall a pleasant experience though. They do allow animals for a small fee. At the time of this writing it was $20 extra.

Rooms average. Bathrooms old and need updating/remodeling. Bed sheets not clean — found blood on sheets. Breakfast pretty good.

Staff was friendly. Room was not dirty but definitely not clean either. Smelled musty until we had the air running for a while or maybe I just got use to it. Bed cover had some kind of stain. Breakfast was good. The door didn't shut very well unless you shut it really hard.

Location is close to highway as well as several food options. Room was ok. Nothing extraordinary but what you would expect for the price. A clean room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok, typical for a free hotel breakfast.

Travel frequently and stay exclusively at comfort inns/suites. This one just changed to quality inn… prob within a week or so. Same owners/service. No problems.

Room was mostly clean, but obviously dusty. Comfy and quiet, but service was rude and unhelpful. I was told that the room rate was one price over the phone. When I arrived, the price went up. When I checked out the next morning, price had gone up an additional $20! When I asked questions, I was told they needed to run my credit card again. Instead of honoring the price, I was told to call back when the guy I worked with came in. Guy made lots of excuses, saying the guy I originally spoke with was new and didn't speak English (very true statement, but made by a guy whose English was intermediate, at best). Made zero effort to make it right. Finally found my credit card to give me a receipt, and printed a receipt showing my credit card charged for $20 more than what was warranted on the receipt. I was told this was a pet charge, but it wasn't on the receipt. I asked why and got an argument. Zero effort to make it right.

I enjoyed my visit because we were treated with courtesy and respect. I found the room comfortable, inviting, clean and reasonably priced.

For an overnight stay on a chilly night, this Comfort Inn was a delight. Yes, there is a pungent smell on the 2nd floor but it is negligible. Your olfactory nerve will react well afterward. Those people making comments on this are just looking for something to whine about. Additionally, the breakfast food is the same as any hotel this level so there is no such thing as " bare minimum" unless, those reviewers were looking for bacon and sausages of which they should have stayed at Hamilton or other bigger hotels. The room we stayed in was very clean with all the right number of towels for us. The front desk staff was very amiable and the breakfast lady was very polite. I am an avid traveler and very particular about the room amenities for the level of hotel I stay at. I do recommend this hotel and will stay here again with my family if we ever pass this way again.

Comfort Inn at Hayti was very clean. The receptionist was very kind and friendly and the rates was unbelievable. Definitely the cheapest best hotel. We always stay at choice hotels for this reason, great service, clean and always friendly all for an unbelievable price.

Hotel is clean. Staff is nice. Location is just right.

Hotel is unser construction. Room I was in smelled like sour water as if it had a water leak at sometime. I had to use air freshner. The ac didnt work well. Took all night to cool the room. Will not stay again unless I have no other choice.

Ants in the room. Food in the blankets that was not from us. Window cracked and sealed with packing tape and toothpaste on the wall. Not terrible but not good.

Most recent visit was not as nice as previous stays at other locations. This location smelled of wet animals. The bath was dirty and the towels had stains.

Clean, decorated nicely, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice pool, best in this area for the price, would definitely come again!

This was exactly what we needed. Friendly greeting, comfortable bed, clean room and delicious hot breakfast. Everyone was extremely helpful… especially sweet lady making breakfast. Easy freeway access. Would definitely return.

I wipe down everything when I stay at any hotel. I must admit there was not dirt in my paper towels! The room was very clean and beds super comfortable. The water pressure wasn't that good but that's OK. Breakfast was average, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, and waffels for hot items. Staff was nice and helpful. Nice place to stop and stay a night or more than one night. I normally don't stay at 2 star places but we were really tired… glad I stayed, I'll be careful not to judge so quickly again.

Free good breakfast. Right off the highway, perfect for a road trip.

For $75… I've stayed in much better. Its a little run down. Beds were comfy… heat didn't work though … it was cold enough I wore my clothes to bed.

Good prices, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, and friendly staff. Only sit down restaurant is Mexican food, every g hinges else is fast food.

Stayed there on a hunting trip nice rooms. Good breakfast. Would stay there again.

My first problem was the stench on the 2nd floor where my room was. I asked the lady at the front and she said the owners lived there and that was them cooking their dinner. So the owners live there? There's a bad sign to start with. I couldn't leave because I was out of hours for driving. So I get in my room and it wasn't clean. Hair in the tub, floor was dirty, the toilet seat was cracked. The lady at the front already told me there were no more rooms so I just said screw it and didn't bother complaining any more. Turns out I should of slept in my truck because the next day I had bed bug bites on my back. The restaurants are are dives as well. I ate at the KFC and there were ants all over the trash and I also found one into drink. This was a night in hell for me! I stay at motels at least 4 nights out of the week and this one is in my top 10 worst. I'd say # 5
