Staff were very friendly, beds comfortable, room nice and clean.

Thank you GSAs Brenae and Margaret and AGM Nate for a great stay so far. These folks went the extra mile to make our first (and last minute booking) stay so memorable. We discovered an amazing pool area with hot tub, delicious complementary dinner with happy hour and are looking forward to the hot breakfast tomorrow morning. The room is clean and spacious. Brenae also went out of her way to help our 8 year old twins feel so special by making bags of full size snacks, candy and sprite with happy 8th birthday on the bag! We are so grateful for the staff here. Highly recommend.

The way I was treated, was horrible. I'm a amputee and they changed me for my service dog. Front desk employees are soooooo rude!

Manager was % rude. I do not smoke ever in my life and was charged a $250 smoking fee. I'm ex Army Military Police 6yrs and will not be disrespected. My family friends and I stayed there alot! Before this incident. The staff was very helpful, Rooms were clean etc. This had to be a mistake but the manager insisted the room was so solied by smoke that they couldn't rent it out for 2 days. Total lie and Money grab. My Family, Friends and anyone I know haven't been back since. Go to another hotel even another Drury Inn but not this one. This is your warning. Just saying.

We had a great time they even had complimentary dinner and drinks in the evening. Wow. Never had dinner complimentary before. Pork sliders baked potato soup salad hot dogs beans. Great.

Had an amazing time, the staff was so friendly! I was here so my daughter could swim for her Bday she had an amazing time! The rooms were clean, they food was great, loved the kick back! I am now stuck to staying at Drury hotel for all my travel or a night away needs! The pool was great, area was so clean!

Evenings 3 free drinks and dinner. There is also a free breakfast. The pool is both indoor and outdoor. Wi-Fi is really fast, was able to download a lot in a small amount of time (Game and Windows updates). Rooms were clean but a bit musty. Could have been the humidity though. Staff was great.

Had a great stay! The room was super comfortable and the bed was so soft. Also loved the fact that dinner and drinks come with your stay. That alone is convenient and a money saver. Food was very good and you get a few mixed drinks as well. Great stay with a great bargain.

Bananas are bad. Bath is great for 50 pounds and under. Get in and flood the floor if you are over 145 lbs. When walked on, the carpet crackles like a wood floor from so much shampoo residue. They adjust breakfast hours so we had food, not including bananas. At check in the security was very good. The woman was nice, though I was road worn and not as pleasant as normal. The bed is a trampoline spring board. Showers with good pressure and plenty of hot water. Have not and will not have time this entire 100 PGA tournament week to try the evening food and beverages.

First time we stayed at this hotel. I'm usually a fan of the La Quinta or Holiday Inn but they definitely got my business! The indoor/outdoor pool was fun for the kids (11 and 12). The also have a kiddie pool. The tub felt amazing with great temperature. They actually had evening food options like nachos, salad, hot dogs, pasta, sodas, and popcorn for free. Oh, did I mention the free adult beverages.

This is consistent with the other Drurys we have been to. This one is a older one and doesn’t have the plug ins like the newer ones. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the same thing I would change with all Drurys. The food options. If you have any kind of food restrictions then figure on paying for food elsewhere. I have Celiac and lactose intolerance so most of what they have to offer I can’t eat.

Very happy with this hotel. People are very friendly. Rooms are up to date with very comfy beds. Free breakfast. Would not have expected this at this room price. Would definitely recommend. As other have stated the bathrooms are small but clean. Microwave and fridge. Would stay here again.

Very spacious and nice staff. Free food too. The food is okay. But the hallways and bathrooms smells like cheap plastic and cauliflower. The bathrooms are kind of small. The beds are comfy but the pillows are dense and shrink once your head is on them. The pool is a fun place to hang out too. Okay vist and very quiet. Great place to bring pets!

This hotel is great for family travelers. The rooms are large and spacious. Very clean. They serve a hot breakfast every morning and have popcorn and a Pepsi fountain available all day. In the evening they serve dinner and free drinks for the adults. Combine that with a large indoor/ outdoor pool, a wading pool for the kids and a hot tub and you almost don't need any other activities.

Drury Inn in Fenton, MO. Is located close to many places to eat all in walking distance. The hotel has a great late night dinner selection and also has a hot dogs for younger kids. Breakfast is awesome also both meals are hot food. The swimming pool is a indoor/Outdoor pool with a hot tub that feels great. Staff is very engage and friendly. Only down fall is the shower. They have a low pressure shower head and takes a little time to get shampoo out of your hair.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice size room. Breakfast, dinner, drinks and snacks were very good. We're able to eat vegan from the buffet, there was something ggfor everyone. The most friendly staff, and this was EVERYONE that we came in contact with, that we have ever met. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a little dated, but the rooms are very clean and the staff is excellent. There are lots of hot food items available with breakfast, and the coffee is surprisingly good for a hotel. The place is pet friendly. Although we usually stay at Choice Hotels, we always stay at Drury hotels when traveling through St. Louis.

I love this place! My family and I have stayed here 10 or 12 times over the last several years when we visit St Louis. Clean rooms, decent pool and hot tub, great breakfast and good evening snacks. And on week nights you get 3 free cocktails! For the money, Drury inns are always my favorite!

As far as I could tell this was a nice & clean place from the room to the inside /outside pool, hot tub, laundry room and very nice weight room, good quality breakfast assortment. Plus free popcorn, water and soda all day. BUT I'm giving it only three stars because they gave away our room that we had booked and paid for! Driving through a storm to get to your paid room that isn't anymore to have them say they could maybe find us a room to accommodate my family in a different hotel! As I wasn't driving anywhere they put us in a small, tight room! So you'll have to decide for yourself.

What a great bunch of people They make it feel like home. We had an unexpected death in the family and called on Sunday night late and had a toom with a great discount and this is not the first time we have stayed and it is like that every time. Thank you Drury inn and any one that reads this please take my word for I it. It is the best place to stay and they make it feel like you can come kick your feet up and your with family. This place is amazing! Great breakfast to start the day, plus a nice meal in the evening all included. Not to mention 3 adult beverages plus popcorn and soft drinks for the kids every night! There's a heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, and a Denny's that gives a discount on the same parking lot. Shawn was hands down the most hospitable employee at any hotel I've ever seen. He'll point you in the right direction of local activities and won't steer you wrong. The kids loved him as well. I'll be staying here again without a doubt!

This is a very nice hotel, and it's well kept. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around St. Louis and this ranks up there with being one of the best. For the price it is the best. The staff are exceptionally well at doing their job. They make you feel welcome from the minute you walk in. The breakfast was great, and so was the 5:30 kickback. If you haven't stayed here i'd highly recommend it. The pool is indoor outdoor so you can swim outside in cold weather too. I swam for a bit then hit the hot tub. Oh and the free popcorn and soda was a big hit with the grand kids! This will be my new must go to hotel.

Very good hotel for a ever good price! They supply a hot breakfast 5a-7a) and a hot supper (5p-7p). Food was very good. The pool is indoor/outdoor and a hot tub and small wading pool for small children. Rooms were nice. They only have full size beds in the doubles, so. Beds are smaller than we were used to. But they were comfortable. Maid service did a great job and left a towel "dog" on the bed that my daughters really got a kick out of. We plan to stay here every time we come to St. Louis.

While it doesn’t offer luxury accommodations, this Drury Inn consistently offers a clean, comfortable room, friendly staff and added perks like a free breakfast and evening drinks / snacks, making it an excellent value for the price. While this location shows it age a bit more than the nearby Southwest St Louis location, I have no qualms about staying here as the staff genuinely goes out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. And any hotel that offers free popcorn to its guests can not get less than a 4 star rating.

We stay at Drury any time we are able in travels. Fenton/ St. Louis is one we frequently visit, and I cannot say enough good things. The only thing I would change if it could be done is improve the shower head. I like a firm spray in mine, but the one in our room isn’t quite to what I like and is not adjustable. It’s a small thing though, so still 5 out of 5 for overall satisfaction! Thank you staff at Fenton Drury Inn!

People here are always friendly and very helpful. They have good breakfast and supper. Love the popcorn and soda they offer you too. The pool is half inside and half outside. We always stay here when we come up here.

Every employee made our group feel right at home. They were helpful, funny and just plain wonderful. It was a long two weeks for work! I would give it 5 stars except the housekeeping was not so great.

Best place we've ever stayed! The integrity vof their staffvis impressive. I had placed money (about$100) on the night stand the night before. With the hustle in bustle of getting all 7 of us ready and checking out, I completely forgot until we were almost to the Zoo. I called and explained, was placed on a short hold, and housekeeping had found it and turned it in. Will definitely return. Highly recommend this location.

Always love staying at Drury hotels. Rooms are clean and service is great. Only complaint would be the hot tub. We love to relax in the hot tub, but the jets just sprayed water up into everyone's faces instead of in the hot tub itself, other than that, it was a great stay.

I love Drurys so much and this one is just as I expected. Clean, modern, friendly staff. Nice little pool and fitness area. Great heavy snack/dinner buffet and breakfast. Love the 3 free alcoholic drinks on those stressful days and the kids love the evening popcorn snack. I'll continue to make Drury my first choice because of properties like this one.

Extremely quiet for being right over the lobby and breakfast area. Only hotel with indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Good location to Fenton and downtown St Louis. Highly recommended for location, food, and friendly staff.

We love staying at any of the Drury Inns in St Louis. The 5:30 kickback is great as it allows us to feed everyone and slow down so we can get an early start on the morning. The Science Center package is also great as it gives you a lot of bonuses for no extra dough.

Friendly staff, clean bathroom (very small), comfortable bed. Carpet and easy chair in room old, worn, and ceiling was patched. Overall compact low ceilings except for small lobby that's 4 stories.

Booked through Priceline and got a small discount. We love Drury Inn because of their amenities that include an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, free soft drinks (very helpful since we have so many kids), adult drinks too if you partake in such, they offer a really good hot breakfast and also a good dinner. (Yes, they offer a FREE dinner) Since we have so many kids that this helps us out with the overall cost of our mini vacation. They have such a wonderful selection that there is something for each of our very picky eaters. Drury Inn has had very nice rooms and overall facilities at each location we have stayed at and we have always been pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff at each location. We would definitely recommend Drury Inn's family of hotels to friends, family and strangers alike.

The hospitality has been incredible. I'm used to a desk clerk taking my name and giving me a key. Here, Cathy made honest conversation and recommendations for us. The amenities at this hotel chain are second to none. The pool is great and there is even a small kiddie pool. If you take into account the breakfast ($10-$15) and dinner ($25-$30) savings, the value of staying at a Drury in is just stupid good.

This place is very friendly and the free stuff is phenomenal. The evening meal has good taste and give free alcoholic beverages and in the morning breakfast is very good. For the price it is a very good place.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Cheap on the wallet and they offer a free dinner, free breakfast, free adult beverages (limit of 3), free Wi-Fi, hot tub and a indoor/outdoor pool. Clean rooms and comfortable.

Very accessible location, very clean and friendly staff. I went here for a meeting and the place was very beautiful. The staff, though friendly, accidentally gave us the wrong room for the meeting. Also the elevator was out, so it did make us even more lost.

While most of our room was clean, there were pieces of something stuck on the comforter and hair on the bathroom floor. Also the shower curtain rod was too low so I kept stepping in it in the shower. There aren't any large or major issues but it's cleanliness and details that make for a good or great experience. I can't say my stay was a great experience.

I went here a couple of times recently. My family have always stayed here when I visit. It is pretty good. There is a "happy hour" for the guests.

This place is awesome. We were beyond exhausted and hungry once we arrived here, only to find Chicken Alfredo, Baked Potatoes, and fountain drinks waiting in the lobby. THEN they were super friendly to us even when we told them of our lil two dogs with us. This place is definitely getting my business again.

Drury inn and suites provided an excellent happy hour which included free food and drinks. The staff was friendly and the observer was clean. There only issue is that there elevators are super slow.

Very comfortable stay, the only issue was that the bathrooms were small. The breakfast was excellent, best I've had at a hotel, and it was included in the cost. Would absolutely stay here again.

People were very friendly. Rooms were great. Comfy beds and pillows. If I had a problem they fixed it fast and in a hurry. Got breakfast in the morning. And had a kick back time with food and drinks included with the stay.

Pool was dirty nasty. All of the hotel smelt horriable elevators extremely slow. Took stairs. Breakfast was really good and hotel workers were very nice and helpful.

This is the first time I have stayed at a Drury Inn and the experience has left me excited to try other locations. This location was a perfect distance from the main portion of the city in a real nice area; visiting the local tourist attractions (zoo, arch, the magic house, and science museum) proved an easy task. The only hang up we had is the GPS navigation was a little outdated. The amenities were also great. Free adult drinks, heated indoor and outdoor pools, workout rooms, and even a guest laundry room: this place had it all! Next time (and there will be a next time) we visit St Louis we will be staying at this Hotel.

The staff was great! So kind and helpful! Rooms are nice and clean. The housekeeping made an elephant out of our towels, for our kids.

Uncommonly pleasant place to lay your weary head. I've stayed at this hotel twice and have had such good experiences both times. Excellent place for a traveling business person or family on vacation. Great value and the staff is unbelievably pleasant to interact with. Well deserved five stars!

I tried to make a reservation & they kept talking about de background noise. I told them I couldn't do anything about it & I asked them to be patient with me but they kept telling me to step outside. I didn't mind repeating myself but they were just being rude. They could hear me fine, even though there was a lot going on because they knew enough information about what I wanted until de point I said that I just wanted to know about making a single party reservation than they started with de too much noise in de background pretending that they couldn't hear me all of a sudden. I wanted to plan a nice little stay for myself since I heard so much nice things about de place. I guess not there. Big turn off. There's nothing wrong with going alone. Some people just don't have anybody. I deserve to have fun too. I heard they had free zoo tickets. I drove all de ways from Canada they wouldn't let me see de zoo either. De zoo was offering de tickets w/de motel & it sounded fun to do it that way but like I said I guess not) ": I just wanted to see de animals.

The value of this hotel is amazing. Anyone traveling with a family will appreciate all the wonderful extras. The 5:30 kickback and breakfast saved us a lot of money and was very good food. Kris in the food area was very helpful and nice, she went out of her way to be helpful.

Great beds, pretty great complimentary breakfast and dinner, clean room, very friendly staff. Always enjoy Drury inns and this one is no different. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because it isn't quite as nice as the one right up the road.

A bit run down, faint smell of smoke in the halls. The woman behind the counter obviously loves her job and the rooms were recently renovated.

Decent hotel. Clean room and comfortable mattress. Tiny bathroom. Couldn't use my own coffee in the coffee maker.

So glad to have found this place. Free Wi-Fi, spacious parking, friendly staff, indoor/outdoor pool with whirlpool. The room was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Complimentary breakfast was a large spread of varied options. We had such an enjoyable stay. I cannot find anything bad to say about it!

We stayed 3 nights and were very comfortable. Our room always smelled fresh and clean. The pool and hottub area was nice and had towel racks so you didn't have to use the towels from your room. I don't think they were tended to daily however, our first day there there were leaves in the inside portion of the pool and by dark the hot tub water looked pretty bad from obvious overuse or too few chemicals. Overall though, we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and kickback were awesome! We were a family traveling on a budget and this was a fantastic perk! My only complaint is something they honestly probably couldn't help and that was the the elevators are very slow! With all the other positive aspects of this hotel, that was hardly a deal breaker. Will definitely stay here again.

Staying at this hotel has made me change the hotel I always stay at service and everything about this hotel is perfect.

First off let me say, overall great hotel for the price. You get a lot for your money. Microwave, fridge, breakfast and dinner buffet, pool, and laundry. I am staying here for a week and the service was great. I'm leaving in 2 days and I had to ask for housekeeping. They never cleaned my room 2 days in a row. I thought that the buffet ended at 7:30 pm but apparently ends at 7 pm. We had gone down to the buffet a few times about a quarter till and they had plenty of food. This time was closer to 7 pm and they barely had anything. When I politely asked about it they seemed condescending to me. They made me feel uncomfortable about asking while being nice at the same time. So overall great hotel and service is sometimes good. If you are not very demanding, I would recommend this hotel. I say this because I am used to pricey hotels and this is budget for me.

Excellent hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and evening meal. Nathan, one of the managers went out of his way to accommodate us. My parents are both elderly and on oxygen. Nathan re-arranged rooms so my parents could be close to the lobby and enjoy the free food. We will stay at this hotel every time we are in the area. No complaints at all.

Husband and I booked a room for a night! Loving it! We have a king size bed, have been watching t. V. The internet is great! We haven't had the breakfast yet, but we had their free snack/dinner! Tonight was pasta, chicken, bake potato, nachos, hot dogs and soup! We also took advantage of our 3 free alch. Drinks, free popcorn and soda! The room we have is clean and comfy.

— — — — — NEGATIVE POINTS — — — — — : $130 for 2 people and 1 infant. I would understand if it had been a more modern hotel, but it was most definitely not. Furniture was a blast from the past, 70s vintage. Thermostat randomly turned off and wouldn't come back on even when it was set to "ON" and not "AUTO", so we all started getting hot. The power outlet that my son's sound machine was plugged into wasn't working, so the batteries that were in it started dying at around 2 AM and woke everyone up with irregular noises. The bathroom was uncomfortably small. The only "blanket" for our bed was more like a thin, woven blanket that you would sleep with in a hospital bed. When I walked by the pool, the light reflecting off of it revealed a nasty film like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The next morning when we went to check out, there was no one at the front desk and no bell to get their attention. I had to hunt for anyone and finally found a man preparing the kitchen. He told me he was the only one there right then, and it was 5 AM. — — — — POSITIVE POINTS — — — — — : Staff was extremely nice and attentive. No complaints there. Bed was comfortable, and for some odd reason we had an abundance of pillows. Flat-screen TV with clear picture In sum, $130 for a room for not even a full night was a waste of money. Coming back from our destination, we stayed outside of Little Rock at an Econo Lodge for $70 and had no issues. Something's wrong with that.
