Very good staff. Good, quite place to just get away from the world for a night or two.

At least I had the entertainment of watching the crackheads run around until I was tired and went to sleep. And who isn't flattered when they're not at their hotel but more than 10 minutes before being solicited. And besides the AC not working as well as it should and the toilet never stop running I guess it was just fine but their defense they are the only Motel into town so our options were little.

Filthy! I couldn't get past the smell. It smelled like amonia or cat urine. The carpets were filthy, the bed was filthy, walls were filthy. They refused to give my money back 10 mins after I had paid. There was several including children screaming at me to get off the property. They called the police as I was standing by my car making other arrangements. The police were extremely nice and told me they are called there often. The officer gave me the impression they were aware of the problems there and that I didn't want to stay there. It is my opinion the manager and his wife acted wacked out and scary.

I spent 40 to 50$ doing my laundry at the public laundry facility, they closed at 10 pm and I was sitting on the bench waiting for my ride when the management came out and was completely rude to me and said I was loitering. I told her my ride was on its way and she ended up throwing my freshly washed clothes all over the parking lot and all over the freshly cut grass. She called the cops too. My ride came within 10 min. And I left. It was completely horrible. That's the only place to do laundry and I have been banned for what reason I'm not sure, "spending money". Lol it's a joke around there. Who are these people running this place, they need to leave town and take their rude, unacceptable behavior somewhere else! Ok, now that they have seen my review they are mad and harassing me online! These people are very rude! I was just giving the public my encounter with their business, it's something I do. I'm a local guide and I give reviews on all businesses I deal with.

Comfortable bed. Managers wife is well, she's her. Tyler is very understanding and helpful. Very at home feel.

The place was filthy and ran down. The sheets and pillows looked like they never had been changed since the last people had stayed in the room and the laundry mat was way over priced.

Just used the laundromat and you get good dry time for the money, 4.25 a load with no extra money required. That was nice. Usually you just have to keep feeding the machine money to dry at other locations.

Conveniently located right off of Hwy. 54, C&H has vending, cozy rooms, and coin laundry available. Also, several restaurants less than a mile away.

Not bad for Eldo and the price is decent.

The only thing this place is good for… Is not to get hooked up with a room here but if you need a hook up on DRUGS! If your into that. Which by the looks of this place, they hook up ever kid in town… Heave the reviews, they are spot on. I knew something was wrong here when this owner son's friend came up to me to bum a cigarette and said he was 21 and he was waiting on his 16-year-old girlfriend to get out the football game.

I typically try to avoid writing negative reviews, so it takes quite the experience for me to hit this point. We come to El Dorado annually for business. We prefer to stay locally, and this is a good central location. We have stayed here in the past, and never really looked forward to it, but the price is low enough to justify a couple of days. We booked a room for one night, and arrived fairly late, with three kids under 7. We walked into the room to discover no A/C (it is late July, in MO…) and the fridge wasn't working very well. So, after receiving a rude comment about it being so late, from a woman in the office, the nice/apologetic manager named Tyler, came and gave us a room key to another room. We moved our kids into the new room, and got settled in. Within 15 minutes, we discovered separate cock roaches crawling on the wall nearest to the beds, the microwave and the TV. We immediately got our stuff and left… at 4:00am. I understand that the price is low here, even the A/C wasn't a huge issue, but the lowest expectation of bug maintenance should be handled in a place where families are coming to stay while away from their homes. Disappointed would be an understatement. Update: We waited until morning to return to the office, to avoid inconveniencing the aforementioned woman above. After speaking with Tyler this morning, we obviously went in to request a refund due to being forced to re-locate our children for the third time, to a hotel in Nevada, 20 minutes away.

Very nice clean space and comfortable, the people have great hospitality and accommodate you when you need something. They have free Wi-Fi and cable so I cant really ask for much more than what they provide. If ever in the area again I know where to stay and definitely for the cheapest price within the two towns surrounding.

Nice room cable and Wi-Fi nice people and a quiet spot to works and think real clean and comfortable.

The rooms are nasty, can not understand the way they speak you call and ask to speak to someone that is staying there and they have no idea what you ate saying.

I stayed here the first night I got back to town from California. It was about midnight when I checked in. I almost had to leave because the guy didn't want to wake up, I must have waited 20 minutes with my fiance and kids. When he did wake up (the younger guy) he was rude and didn't speak English hardly at all. The rooms were decently clean I guess. Coffee pot didn't work, the bathrooms seemed a little iffy to use but worked ok. If I recall it was around $55 which isn't too bad but then again it is kind of a run down place. The reason for the low rating is the attitude of the people. VERY VERY RUDE! After the first guy was rude I've come back a few times to use the public laundry and have never had a good experience when they are out and about. Also if you're thinking about doing laundry here wait till about noon because it's always "broken" at 8 when they open and the maintenance man magically will fix it at noon every day.

As a touring bicyclist, this hotel met my needs: clean, hot water and a decent bed. Nothing fancy, but also not expensive. But, the wireless was off more than it was on, so I dropped it one star. Funny how a luxury becomes a necessity. Ask for a rate at the office and then book on-line if that is less.

The motel is nothing fancy, but is pretty clean and definitely convenient if you are staying in Eldorado Springs. There are refrigerators and coffee makers in each room.

This is what every motel should be, but so seldom is. I would comfortably book my grandma into this establishment. It's nicely appointed, inexpensive, very well maintained, and exceptionally clean. Flat screen TV (with HBO), microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and icey AC.

You obviously wrote this review yourselves and can barely write english let alone speak it or understand it. I have stayed at both motels and prefer the dogwood inn for those exact reasons. You hike your pricesd up during picnic time and any other time you see the no vacancy sign on at the dogwood inn which is quite often. There are exactely two motels in this area and I would rather sleep in my car then stay with you since I know how you price jack the consumers.
