Checked in and both bed side lamps light bulbs were out. Called to ask if they could send up light bulbs. I had to call three times and 2 hrs later that night maintenance came up. I asked them to look at the bath tub. It was dirty, so bad that I didn't want to take a shower in there. He said he would have housekeeping come up to clean. I tried to clean myself but it was so embedded that no way to clean. Housekeeping never came. I went to eat at restaurant/bar took over 30 min to get someone to come ask me what I wanted to drink. Only about 5 other people in restaurant so not busy. Several people left because of this service. Finally ordered and was brought my soup with no silverware or napkin. I had to ask for some twice. Tub still dirty took pictures, looks like something you might see at a motel 6. Next morning after sleeping in bed I saw dry blood on comforter. It was made with one sheet on bottom and one on top. I messed up bed, put the change bed sign on bed and put the blood stain right by the card. Came back to room that evening and bed was made but blood stain was still on comforter. Bed skirts are also stained. They never changed sheets or comforter. Walls and carpet are very dirty with stains everywhere. I dropped the soap wrapper on tub floor to see if house keeping would actually clean the tub area. Still on tub floor after the room cleaned. This room should never be rented 713. Here for a large company meeting. Very disappointed based on cost of hotel. I felt I was in a geto motel that should cost maybe $30 a night. I should of asked for a new room but based on the amount of people staying I figured they would say it was booked and I would not get moved. If you look around hotel you will see how dirty it is everywhere. Seems this review is consistent with others reviews and Hotel Manager should be taking feedback and making changes!
