Really nice hotel. Nice clean rooms. Kind people. Great breakfast. Close to Walmart. Would stay again.

DON'T LEAVE TIPS! The owners strip the rooms and don't give the tips to the housekeeping staff. I've seen it for myself. If there was a negative rating I would put it, it would be a — 10. Also, they don't pay the full amount to the employees of what they earned as well as taking unreal amount of taxes from them when they didn't fill out any w4 forms or 1099 forms. Or just plain use our younger generation for free labor. These people are real snakes! I'd take my money else where.

There was zero service in the morning. The food was old and the coffee very weak. Nobody was at the front desk from 6:30 to 7:30 am. The beds were comfortable and the room cool though.

No! no. No. Does not honor wyndam or Priceline or MILITARY rate. It costs $97 Sunday nt. Don't deal with MANAGER (India) rudeness. He told me I could stay @Super8 for cheaper rate. Outdoor pool dirty. Small breakfast. Small room&tiny bathroom. And im &i had to squeeze thru bed &desk. Plz plz… stay away… he made my girls upset — they just wanted 2 leave after I had paid. We came@8:30pm and left 8:25am.

Low price but breakfast isn't the best.

Where do I start first of this place is a dump the first thing I experienced was the overwhelming odor of food and cigarettes accompanied by a intimidatingly unwelcomeing man at the desk once I walked past the cat in the hallway I walked into my outdated slightly unsanitary room I then slept one night in peace and came back the next day to a room left unnatended and took a shower with the 220 grit sandpaper towls then slept to lovley aroma of camel cigarettes and curry NOT A FUN EXPIERANCE.

It is a motel 8. Clean but a 2 star hotel.

WORST EXPERIENCE My husband and I had to go to Butler Mo for a funeral. Not to many places to stay. I was not expecting a luxury hotel but I do require it to be clean. Our room was nasty. Trash from the last people that stayed was the least of it. The coffeepot, ice bucket, walls, and mirror were all filthy. The bathroom floor was so sticky that you could hear it when you walked on it. Lights didn't work nor did the clock radio. It was late and we were tired so called the manager and he told us he would give us another room and that he was sure our room had been cleaned because he had looked it up and the cleaning lady had signed something that said it had been cleaned. I went and checked the new room and told him it was acceptable. (not much cleaner than the first room). We packed our things and moved to the new room to discover that there was no heat on in the room. The temp outside was 12 degree! The next morning we couldn't wait to get out of this place. Once again when I complained there was no apology only an excuse. I was told that the heat was never turned on ahead of time because he had a $4000 light bill. NOT MY PROBLEM! When I ask for a discount, I was told I didn't have to stay there. The room was not expensive but you couldn't pay me enough to stay there again!

I wish I could give them a thumbs down, this franchise owner is clearly taking advantage of the hard working friends and families of this community. It is a running joke in our family on what kind of mess we will see at the Days Inn. I stayed here because my family in-law (longtime residents probably the founders of Butler) patriarch passed away and I wanted to sleep outside and take a bath outside with the waterhose. The breakfast was sub standard, beds linens were filthy, bathtubs were stained, and the hallway carpet had a smell of rotten egg and curry. Horrible, Horrible, … save yourself the trouble. I also think he owns the hotel across the street which is even worse.

"Five Stars" not because it's a Hilton, but because it's a "2 Star Hotel" (Google rating) that exceeded expectations. Would stay here again and recommend it. Room was clean, Wifi faster than most hotels (>100Mbps), room got as cold or hot as I wanted, bed was pretty comfortable, shower hot, small complimentary breakfast. Within walking distance is a gas station & Taco Bell, Walmart, and some fast food chains. I stayed at the Days Inn Butler, MO while doing some astronomy observing away from KC light pollution. The owner/operator was very nice and generous enough to allow me to check in a bit early, which translated to one night's stay when I planned on paying for two. Most other hotels would have required purchasing two nights or waiting a couple more hours until official check-in time.

Nice rooms, fast internet. Big parking lot. Loby not really big.

I stayed at the Days Inn for a week when my niece got married. The rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. The staff is very helpful and quickly supplied what we requested. Mr Patel was very helpful in getting reservations changed around to accommodate wedding guests last minute. I would definitely stay at this hotel when in Butler again.

Be ready for a hot room. They turn off the a/c. It didn't cool down untill late at nite.

Nice rooms but the walls are paper-thin because it was loud. Lots of street noise and we could hear people talking in the room next to us, paper thin, not kidding. The desk clerk at check in was rude; my husband asked how he was doing tonight and the clerk totally ignored him. Probably wont stay again unless were desperate.

Staff was really friendly and accommodating. I asked for several things and they were really nice about it. I felt that for the quality of the area & selection this hotel was nice for what I paid for it. It was clean, neat, nice clean sheets, bathroom was nice, air worked, TV worked etc. I would stay here again.

Very comfortable beds and nice pillows. Our room was clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast was very good (with a waffle maker too). The pool is small and outdoor. For the price, it is a GREAT VALUE!

Inexpensive, clean. Very comfortable bed. Shower is a bit dated, new towels, but small, typical hotel towels. Pretty good Wi-Fi. I'd recommend.

We were involved in a car wreck and stayed at the hotel during a ice storm. Could not have been more pleased with the friendly and accommodating staff and management. They made a very unpleasant experience a whole lot less miserable. The manager or owner what ever his position is. Was great to us!

Found a hotel after Joplin and before Kansas city on my route. A little high on price but its cool. Girl running the place is cool.

It could b a little cleaner, such as dusting. But the curtains are clean. Blankets and pillows clean. No stains on anything which is always awesome. Overall, it is decents But you can hear people inside their rooms feom the hallway. That's a little weird. Should be more soundproof.
