Peter Fodes and Tim Montgomery Were very personal and went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We were there for my brothers funeral. They listened to my heart…. Thank you Drury Inn for such caring managers!

Really clean and have had no problems, I do wish they served dinner a little later but that’s okay. But staff is super sweet!

10/10 recommend! We as a family had a rough week. And unfortunately our plans eariler in the week didn’t go as planned. So I wanted to take our kids somewhere fun but reasonable. The drury in is always the best option. The kids/us received dinner which is called a kick back. They also received snacks and unlimited drinks. And each adult in your party receives 3 drink tickets for the bar. Along with hours of swimming and last but not least breakfast in the morning. Peter the general manger was top notch! We had no issues because he was always aware and on it. If you want a quick get away for reset and regroup! I promise you will not be disappointed.

The staff was top notch! Kitty at the front desk made it so much fun for us. She was so friendly and she is amazing at her job! The entire hotel was spotless and our rooms were perfect (thanks, Heather! ) The bartender Sandy was amazing too… very delicious drinks and she happily chatted with us as she made them. Nick always greeted us with a big smile 😁 Always fresh towels in the pool/hot tub area. 5 stars from me! We can't wait to come see you all again!

When we have to stay in hotel it's drury inn. Love that they provide breakfast, dinner and 3 adult drink per adult at no extra charge!

Everyone was so friendly and made our experience great. We stayed three nights, perfect location to be able to hit St Louis attractions while not having to stay in the city. Our kids enjoyed the pool and our room was great!

Always so friendly and go out of their way to please guests. Cannot recommend this location enough!

I highly recommend Drury Inn & Suites in Arnold, MO. Hands down, the BEST hotel I've stayed in. Tim definitely runs a tight ship, and the entire staff is friendly, attentive, and personable. There are other Drury's in the area that are more convenient for me to stay in during travel, but I will always come to this one. They are a cut above the rest, including their other properties within the same chain. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, breakfast is always great, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. 10/10 would recommend!

Great evening, they gave us supper and a few drinks. If this continues at other Drury inns I just found my new favorite hotel.

Shout out to the Drury Inn in Arnold. Our 11u baseball team was there for a tournament that was rained out. The manager and staff worked with each family, allowing us to checkout a night early with no penalty. The hotel was clean, food bar was good, and all staff were helpful, welcoming, & extremely friendly! Thank you Drury Inn for another great experience! The 11u Madisonville Miners thank you!

We've always loved Drury for the value, friendliness, and quality. It feels like an all-inclusive resort. I wish they had more locations around the country. This stay was exceptional, though. Every single person we dealt with was genuinely friendly, helpful, and treated you like family. The manager (Tim), bartender (Christie), cook, the Andys at the front desk, and everyone else were all happy and going above and beyond. They made great service look effortless and were the best team of employees I've ever seen at a hotel. Keep up the great work, guys!

This drury is the best! I've been at dozens and they're all amazing but this particular drury has extra friendly and helpful management and team members! Go Dillan and Tim and all the rest are wonderful! God Bless!

Everyone that we have encountered on the staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. From the check-in to housekeeping, who called to verify that we didn't need anything even though we had our do not disturb sign out. We had a one year old who had some stomach issues, and they had us just put the bag of dirty diapers out in the hall and they came and collected it right away for us so it didn't stay in the room. Everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast is unbelievably good, Everything feels like it's higher quality. Every area of the hotel is neat and tidy… I've yet to encounter an area that was unclean. The rooms even feel updated. We stayed here last year, and it still felt like it was new and in very good repair.

We just checked in for a 3 night stay and so far I am Very impressed! The price is great for everything that is included. Every employee I have encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place! I will certainly choose Drury Inn so from now on!

I don't know how they do it, but Drury hotels have always had the friendliest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. They had great service and didn't even bat an eye when my son tried to cook a biscuit for 30 minutes in our microwave. They may have cursed is behind the scenes but I think they probably just took it as hilarious, because that's the impression that I get from the employees there every time.

My girlfriend and I stayed and the hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly and the price was very reasonable. Definitely a great stay.

Great place to stay overnight. Amenities are modern, breakfast is good, and access to St Louis is convenient as well as access to interstate 55. Connie at the front desk was great!

Clean rooms nice pool great staff. Only thing I did not care for was the vending machine area. However plenty of places to see and eat and shop within walking distance or a short drive. Will stay here again.

Rooms are medium size, clean and elegant. Bathroom and shower are very nice. Front desk and staff very nice. Loved and enjoyed my stay. Aside from too many kids running around in the pool area which we avoided.

Room was clean. Morning breakfast was free but timed. Dinner is free but timed and three drinks were free. You can also pay for the breakfast or dinner. Nice 3 star hotel. The only thing is iron was working but then it is dripping water all the time. But everything else is superb.

Appreciate the current staff. It's nice they remember us each month and have a good sense of humor. The food and drink selection is… included. ^Quite a bit of room for improvement, but gets the job done. Breakfast is a bit better. Showers and water pressure is fantastic. Good location, adjacent to half-decent restaurants and other amenities.

The location is great rooms are very neat clean and tidy and the staff was phenomenal I've stayed at a lot of places for work before but they're Drury definitely makes a person feel welcome when they walk in from the professionalism of the staff right down to the food in the morning and it dinner time just an all-around great place to stay.

Excellent service we loved our stay been to several actually was checking into downtown stl drury inn and the ladies were rude af we left and came here … drinks were perfect we had a blast for our birthday Easter staycation we had 3 kids and rented the suite wasn't over priced at all considering your getting well took care of breakfast n dinner buffet with bloody Mary's milk and fountain drinks for the girls all night my husband hooked us up on this rainy weekend.

My husband and I couldn't be more happy with this Hotel! Not only do you get an amazingly soft bed, a nice size bathroom with a walk in shower but you get happy hour in the evening. They provide a small mini buffet ranging from soups to hot dogs to tacos and more, as well as 3 yummy and strong cocktails! We have been to this hotel at least 3 times and have had the best customer service. The only down was there was a minor power outage which caused us to wake up bc my husband uses a CPAP and the cleaning lady vacuuming at 7am right outside our door. But we will always go to this hotel at this particular location whenever we are in the area. Thank you Drury Inn and Suites and Chris!

Very clean and modern rooms. The 5:30-7pm kickback meal featured fried chicken, pasta, hot dogs, and nachos. Free beer and wine was included with the meal. The staff is very polite and helpful, will definitely be returning here.

I checked in with Dylan, and he was so enthusiastic and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff are incredible. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice place and great staff. The bartender was amazing at drinks but the pm kickback food and breakfast were not good at all. I would stay here again but eat out for sure.

Stay here on bi-weekly basis staff is great and friendly. Kick off free food and drink is always good. Free breakfast is always good as well. Has pool and hot tub never any issues Would highly reccomend!

We were immediately welcomed with a great smile, and welcoming voice. Our room was very nice, and very clean. We also received free dinner and breakfast for everyone. The adults received 3 free alcoholic drinks each. The kids got free soda and popcorn. There is a great sports bar called sybergs, that is just outside their door.

Friendly staff. Went above and beyond our needs. Comfortable beds. Kickback food and drinks were amazing. And as always, breakfast was top notch, I always look forward to the waffles. Great job Drury. Keep it up.

THERE IS A CLERK AT THE FRONT DESK (HIS NAME IS AARON) He is always so kind and very friendly. The manager interacts with all the guests when they're there at the 5 to 7 p. M. Kick back… I recommend this Drury if you're ever in the Arnold, MISSOURI area or at least heading to St. Louis. My wife and I stay here every time we are going to St. Louis…

Called and booked two weeks in advance for a 13th birthday party. Got there and they said are all these your kids we said no it’s for a party. They said that we couldn’t have a party there and if we had cake that we had to keep it in our room and we couldn’t order pizza. We had other people coming and they said we couldn’t let me come in and watch the kids swim. And that if the kids were loud that they are kicking us out. The front desk lady was rude and had a attitude the whole time.

Great place for every reason you can think of. Every Drury Inn we've stayed at has excellent customer service. Always clean and comfortable rooms. Food is also good and comes with the room. Arnold is exceptionally nice. Highly recommend!

As with every Drury I've stayed in, it has been wonderful! Nice, new location, clean rooms and lobby. Food is ok but free so you can't complain. :) Many restaurant choices nearby, several within walking distance. I will be back.

Check-in was smooth and friendly. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Evening happy hour was included in the room rate. Great quality for the hot food bar and 3 drink card. Plenty of parking and disability access.

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel chain. And let me just tell you, it was amazing! The staff is so helpfully and very nice. My kids loved the pool. You can swim under a glass wall to the other side! The room was great! Nice and clean. The bathroom and shower was very nice also. The breakfast is amazing. This morning we had home fries, sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, make your own Belgian waffles. All kinds of cereal and donuts and oatmeal. Oh and make your own breakfast burritos. The kick backs are amazing. We had tacos last night along with chili, salad and nachos and hot dogs. With 3 free adult beverages and free soft drinks we will most definitely stay here again! Thank you all for such a wonderful stay!

Excellent service and quiet rooms. Room was very modern and clean. Everything worked as it should and the breakfast and snack time was also very good. Stayed for business so not much time to enjoy the recreational facility but it appeared to be clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi speed was excellent.

The staff was extremely friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very nice. The free breakfast and dinner was great. The free dinner was different every night and the free alcoholic beverages were good. The pool and hot tub we're relaxing and the children had fun.

This Dury Inn is what you come to love about this hotel chain. Clean, comfortable, friendly, spacious, food included, comfy beds, flat screen TVs, almost 70 cable channels including The Golf Channel, indoor/outdoor pool, exercise room, free coffee, and the list goes on… So yes, stay here.

Spent 5 days here the end of April and found this to be the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and the best value per dollar. From the full breakfast, hot food at dinner, and free cocktails, not to mention the indoor-outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and gym, I couldn't have asked for more. Other hotels could learn something from them.

My wife and a have stayed at the Arnold Mo Inn several times. Always enjoyed it. Nice new Building, nice room, pool, hot tub, friendly staff. It's always busy there. This time was a absolute mess. There were children ranging in age from 6-16 yrs old running around unsupervised. They took over the pool and hot tub. Diving screaming just being wild. Jumped in the hot tub so much the water level was below the jets. My wife and I were the ONLY adults in the pool area. We were watching our grand children. We actually had to take our grandkids ages 3-5 out of the pool because the UNSUPERVISED kids were just to wild. We were constantly thinking they were (unintentionally of course) going to get hurt. Every time we got onto a elevator every floor button had been pushed. Where were the parents. They were in the lobby drinking beer out of several ice chest that were scattered around the lobby. 20-30 "Adults" we're partying in the lobby. Loud as a rock concert. Popping tops and acting like they were in a club somewhere. We had a tough time negotiating our way through. Now it's not that I don't drink. My wife and I are bikers. Scrum of the earth right? The week before we were in Arnold Mo we were in Indianola Ms for a bike run. Yes we checked into the Motel about 14 of us. We didn't go take over the motel and show our asses like the "Parents" did in Arnold Mo.

We reserved a double bed room. The room was spacious and included a microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable, but nothing fancy. We never heard any other guests. The staff was friendly and knowledge. The complimentary breakfast was superb with an abundance of options to choose from. The staff were on-hand and provided assistance when needed. The staff were warm and genuine. I remember one staff attendant taking the time to give her condolences to an couple who were staying at the hotel for a funeral. In the short time the couple had been there this staff attendant built a rapport with the couple and showed genuine interest in them. It was a great experience and I will likely stay there again.

Check in was quick, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and updated. Need a better gym. Lacks weights and equipment.

We enjoyed our night at Drury. The front desk staff Brian was so pleasant. Heidi (I think that was her name) was great too. The pool and hottub were full of kids splashing and running but it wasn't so bad. They have complimentary soda and popcorn all day and the breakfast they serve is definitely one of the better ones I've had. They have quite the selection. Overall, a good stay.

Service was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Shower was nice. TV was HD. Popcorn and drinks were free.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was quiet, the staff was friendly and attentive, it was very clean, they had free popcorn and soda, a light dinner and hot breakfast were included. We will absolutely be staying here again when we come back to St. Louis. Specifically, Jess was there every evening and answered any and all questions we had. She was there to get any thing we needed and we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel, as well as our suite, was beautiful. The front desk, bistro and breakfast staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were especially impressed with General Manager Kevin Wheeler and his enviable work ethic.

Limited parking. I loved this hotel. But the comp dinner had all burnt hot dogs. Lol. Fenton drury is way better location.

I have stayed at this location several times and it was always good. This last time though I ha driven over 750 miles in one day and was very much looking forward to a restful night at the Drury. Instead I didnt get any sleep becasue the people in the room next to me had a drunken brawl, also had a barking dog, and were smoking so much that my room was filled with cigarette smoke. In the morning I saw one of the maids and she had fans in the hallway trying to clear out the smoke on the 4th floor. I told her it was the people next to me and she responded that the owner of Drury Hotels was paying for that room and it may have been a relative of his (the hotel owner). When I checked out the girl at the front told me that it was an EMPLOYEE staying in room 432 and that my money would be refunded. My money was never refunded and I will never stay there again. I work for the federal government and we frequently use Drury, I will make it a point to never reccomend or use this hotel for official work trips either.

I love this hotel. I stay here twice a year with my scrapbooking friends. I love the sausage gravy and biscuits. We stay in the conference room and have free coke all day and fresh popcorn every night. I have never had a complaint and there is always a lot of food.

This is one of the larger Drury inns we've stayed at and probably the nicest. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and a great location. You won't go hungry either. We will be back.

This particular location is great. The rooms are clean. The staff is super friendly and they accommodate dogs which is a big plus. This is our 3rd stay and will not be our last. Drury inn is wonderful.

Will not be back. Our brand new room had a filthy microwave. We went to the kickback time just a few minutes after it started and they were out of everything. No buns, ketchup, mac n cheese, carbonation in the soda, etc. We got back to our room around 11:30pm and could not go to sleep because there is a bright light right outside and the room does not have dark curtains that cover the window. I have woken up at least once an hour thinking it was morning. Same for my husband. And now I have been up since six because of the sun and no curtain problem.

This place looks brand new, it must have just opened. Immaculately clean, friendly service, classy decor, great hot breakfast and surprisingly low rates. Definitely recommend.
