Always nice but they need a frequent stay card. Like spend 10 nights get one free!

Ms. Greta brings the place an overwhelming sense of love and comfort. The owners provide a feeling of welcome.

Worst. Parking lot full of catfish water thrown all over. Smell was horrendous! Flies swarming inside and outside the room. Rooms are aweful! .

Great people. Great place to visit. Nice and comfortable rooms at an affordable price.

There is so much perfume deodorant sprayed in the room I can't breathe. I can taste it in my mouth. I left at midnight but my home is without power so I had to return. It knocked me back. I have bathroom exhaust fan on. Leaving the door open don't help. I have never smelled such a strong deodorizer in my life. I would rather smell a skunk than this. It is like a flowered skunk strong tasterisk horrible and my headache is throbbing. The owner may like it but I paid good money for a room I can't sleep in. Found what appears to be bedbug. Nice friendly place with a quiet atmosphere.

It's a workers motel. Nothing fancy, room was clean yet worn and strong odor of smoke. It did it's purpose for the night but if I was vacationing I would stay elsewhere.

I stayed here overnight​ for a business trip and the rooms were cleaner than I expected going in.

Better than the other not a good town police will harass u if they see you at ether.

I stayed here on a round trip weekend bicycle ride on the Longleaf Trace from Hattiesburg MS to Prentiss and back. The place has apparently been remodeled since some earlier reviews because it is very clean and comfortable. The pool is also nice. With 2 improvements in the room and one at the level of customer service, I'd happily have given this place another star. Room issues: 1. No hair dryer. This is the only decent place I've stayed in 20 years where there was no hair dryer, so I am not accustomed to having to pack a travel dryer. We stayed during warm weather and I have short hair, but this omission could be a problem under other circumstances. 2. No coffee maker. The clerk assured us we could get it in the lobby, but none was available at 6:30, and our group got up early to leave on our bicycles. On the plus side, there is a fridge and microwave in the room. Customer service: Unfortunately the issue is the language barrier. Everyone from the phone clerk who took my reservation to the desk clerks have English as a second language, and in this case that fact created problems. They lost my reservation, and while they did their best to be friendly and helpful, we had trouble communicating when I checked in. This place could be really attractive if they'd add the hair dryer, coffee pot, and keep working on their language skills. I admire anyone for moving to another country and running a business, and I wish them the best.

Thank you. I visited from San Diego, CA and the motel was of high standards. The staff was accommodating and resourceful. I had to end my trip short and they provided a full refund on my unused day. Highly recommended. I foresee myself staying there the next time — I'm in town.

Old, a lot worn and a motel in the worst sense of the word, but its cheap, it quiet and it right across from some pretty good food. We always stop in a the local family dollar and pick up a set of cheap sheets and some lysol. We come back whenever we are in Prentiss, no bugs so we are happy and as comfortable as we can be. Jeffersonian has bugs, don't go there.
