Very nice, clean and comfortable.

The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel appears to be new construction, located just off I-20 in the vicinity of other hotels and general tourist areas. Room was clean, beds were nice, no complaints all around. The outdoor pool is on the small side but serves the purpose. Guest laundry is $2 to wash, $2 to dry; new Maytag commercial washers. Front lobby is very upscale. Guest services were friendly upon check-in. No additional services were required.

The staff is super friendly. I enjoyed the view from the room. The bed is nice and comfortable! The sheets smelled wonderful and the pillows are amazing! The flat screen television makes you feel like you're at home, not to mention the free Wi-Fi The staff is helpful when it comes to information. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend, or not a friend, or anyone who wants to have a wonderful night's rest. I wish someone would tell me what kind of detergent they use :) I absolutely love this place!

Great place to stay! New, clean, modern, and comfy! Just wish the 2 folks answering the front desk calls knew a little more about phone etiquette!

Great hotel. Big room and everything was clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing and got us checked in and out really quick. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Terrible customer service. We only picked this hotel because it had a bistro in the hotel. Upon calling and asking if they provided room service, I was told “if they weren’t busy. ” So, we made reservations. When we checked in we were charged above the quoted price, and only after I asked were we told why — for incidentals. Then, when we went to order dinner, despite the signs in the hotel saying “open 7 days a week, ” and the phone call prior to booking, we were informed the manager decided to close the bistro for Father’s Day. Then when I called corporate to complain, I was on hold for 32 out of a 36 minute phone call which only resulted in a case being opened. I had to ask for a discount, which we didn’t not end up receiving. Finally, the next morning when we got up to order breakfast from the, finally open, bistro, they claimed they were out of bananas which were listed in about half of the meals. Highly disappointed with the service. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1, is because the room was clean and spacious.

The desk staff and the bistro/bar staff are the friendliest, most helpful and kindest of any motel group I've been around. Thank you for your kindness and help.

Except for the fact that we are in Mississippi the hotel is nice. Newer establishment. Nice area by the baseball stadium and outlet shopping.

Great hotel, Clean rooms and nice folks! Also a VERY good location near I-20 and plenty of food and entertainment nearby.

I have stayed with my wife about a year ago when it opened. We enjoyed every minute of our time. It was around valentines day and staff even offered valentines baskets to guest. Couldnt have had a much more pleasurable expierience. I recommend any to stop by and try it out. Plenty off food places to eat at also that includes ichiban, baskin robins, o charleys, steak house and much much more. The movie theater has been upgraded also with reclinable chair for a pleasurable experience also… I give it an A+

Fine hotel. Right by the movie theater and a plethora of restaurants. I wish the fitness center had dime more weight equipment. There's room for it.

This is the only Marriott property dare stay in the Jackson area the sister property located in Richland is the most horrible accommodations Marriott has ever put forth their staff is incompetent arrogant and ignorant what a difference this place makes truly upholds the standerds that Marriott is known for… Great job Pearl River courtyard.

It was very accessible. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are very nice… beds confortable… no Hotel smell that you somtimes get. Lots of places to dine and are easy to get to and close to a very nice shopping mall. I would recommend it to anyone coming this way.

Bad customer service! For business, I made a reservation this hotel for 6/22/2017. Unfortunately, due to Tropical Storm Cindy, which created a lot of flooding and made it too dangerous for travel, I had to cancel my reservation. On the day of my reservation at 3:30 in the afternoon, when there was so much flooding and no conceivable ability to travel safely, I called the hotel to inform them that I had to cancel due to the hazardous conditions, and was told that I would be contacted by the General Manager to discuss the cancellation. The General Manager never called. They charged my credit card for the cancellation. When I contacted the agency that I booked the reservation under, the agent on the phone contacted this hotel to discuss the charge. The General Manager would not budge and told the person helping me that there were no exclusions for weather. Further more, when I called simply to ask for a receipt, the lady on the phone was exceptionally rude. I asked if she could e-mail me the receipt, and she said that she could only send it by fax or mail… In two weeks I will be re-booking my trip to Jackson, but instead of staying one night, I will be staying 4 nights. And every 2 months after, I will be staying in Jackson, MS for 3-4 nights at a time. So instead of staying at this hotel, I am writing this negative review, because they deserve it. They are a great example of how "Your systems can make you stupid. "

This room was incredible! Beautiful modern decor, luxury details everywhere, and amenities way above the price paid for the room. There is a fire pit and pool outside, a Starbucks inside, and helpful friendly staff everywhere. It was a dream to stay here. I'd fully recommend it to anyone.

The room was stylish and immaculately clean. It made for a very peaceful and restful stay. Though I didn't interact much with three staff, they were very polite and the overall atmosphere was very friendly. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Location is in a dry county, but Jackson proper is not. Rooms are spacious, staff courteous, and free Wi-Fi for guests!

These people are so friendly. Stayed only one night passing through but it made such a great impression on us. We'd stay again.

The atmosphere is nice, the hotel staff is very friendly. Upon entering and leaving they speak making you feel welcome. I will be staying here often when I travel to the area.

Very welcoming and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was mediocre. They do offer an evening happy hour, with samplings of bar food. Starbucks coffee is served only when the bar is open, and no coffee available in lobby. There are in-room coffee makers that they direct you to, but that's standard in any hotel these days. Staff is friendly and helpful. I give it 4 stars because of the food. If you don't want to go out, you are stuck with overpriced, mediocre fare.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Airport. I have been unable to get a return phone call from the southern hospitality services (the Hotel owner). I have reached out by phone, email & Facebook with no response. Seems you can't go higher than the hotel manager. My family and I had booked 2 rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Jackson Airport on December 25, 2015. There were major storms between Natchez and Jackson that night. We were on our way to Jackson and had to turn around and go back to Natchez due to tornadoes. I immediately called the hotel to explain our situation, and was told there was nothing they could do to help me. I called the next morning and spoke to Ms. Buckley, the manager, who informed me that it was an advance purchase therefore there was nothing she would do to help me. I understand that there are policies in place. As a business owner, I also realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances, and good customer service recognizes these circumstances. I could not travel & put my children & elderly mother in harm’s way. I read on their website that their mission is to provide the best lodging experience. Unfortunately they did not provide the best experience this time. Not only was it not the best experience, but I was met with rudeness and inflexibility from the hotel manager. I would not recommend this hotel because of their rigid policy & inflexibility of the manager.

Clean, quiet, modern. Rooms are new with a modern style. Lots of places to eat nearby and easy access to highways for travel to/from Jackson, the Airport or other desired destinations. The staff are friendly and greeted me each time I returned from being out. I had no issues personally so am unable to speak to their ability to handle anything that may arise. The hotel bistro is convenient. There seemed to be a staff shortage during my stay so new people were being trained but there were always trained staff around who were available to help the new folks out. Overall, a great stay.
