Across from beach, nice pool, clean rooms, kind of pricey but nice. Don't bother paying extra for the "view" side of hotel because the trees block most of view…

My stay at this hotel was during a really difficult time in my life. I had just lost my sister and then a nephew soon after. The entire staff were so friendly and accommodating. Aja and JJ were particularly helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here as we passed through town. Loved being able to walk across to the beautiful beach for an evening stroll. This is the perfect hotel for people who are passing through town. Watch out for the Jelly fish! Holy cow!

Rooms were very clean, pool looked great but it was raining so we never swam. Easily accessible amenities.

Nice and clean. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. The hotel is right in front of the beach and away from the touristy attractions. The only issue I had is that there is a huge tree in front of the window of our hotel room blocking the view of the ocean.

The staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. The only down fall was the carpet at the door entry was not hooked down properly. It could have caused a horrible accident.

The staff was very attentive. The breakfast bar was excellant. And the room was very clean. I enjoyed the beachfront.

I was comfortable here. My room was clean. The pillows were marked soft or firm on the pillow cases. The frig had enough room. The breakfast selections were awesome! I had something different every day. My only drawback was my view. I didn't get a room facing the beach (I didn't make the reservation). The staff was courteous and polite.

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean. The internet could be faster it's very slow for "high speed". Ended up just using my phone as a hot spot and got way better speeds.

Rooms are very nice and in good repair. Elevator was close to the front doors and luggage carts are available. Continental breakfast had plenty of choices including a pancake machine. My only complaint is the shower head had 3 settings but I didn't like any. I dealt with it and picked one that worked best.

5th floor was messed up, so they upgraded us to beach side 6th floor. Nostalgic visit for me. Go to Mugshots for the best burgers ever, best part of Biloxi and Gulfport.

This is a quiet hotel with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The staff was kind and receptive and I'd recommend to anyone passing through or staying in the area.

We stayed here last weekend when we evacuated south Florida due to Hurricane Irma. The staff was wonderful and accommodating to all the evacuees. Very clean, comfortable hotel with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf of Mexico with restaurants within walking distance. Bedding was very high quality and the complementary breakfast was the best we've ever had… I want a pancake machine now!

We reserved a King bed, but got queen room. We could not connect to the FREE Wi-Fi. When asked for help, front desk clerk said we had to call 1 800 #. Clerk was not accommodating for a hotel listed as 3star… Our experience was definitely 2STAR.

Clean, quiet and modern. We stayed here in July '17. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Across hwy 90 from the Gulf. We could walk to the white sandy beach—2 min walk. Rooms on the Gulf side has a cool view of the ocean. Great quiet location minutes from Biloxi. I'd stay here again.

Very nice! Beautiful rooms and view, great breakfast, friendly staff. The pool under the great oaks is truly amazing with a view of the beach.

Fairly clean. Ice machines on odd numbered floors only, an irritation. Front desk person exttemely unhelpful and unfriendly esp since this is the hospitality state. The beach here is horrible … extensive amounts of seaweed when tide is out making it difficult to walk on the firm sand and this black muck that you cannot get off your shoes. The Gulf water here is brackish and brown. Not the beautiful blue of the Florida panhandle on south. I would not stay here but for helping a friend move. .

Overall a very poor experience here. Stayed 1.5 days. Booked a room here about 3 months in advance. Arrived after 5PM to check in and was told our room still wasn't ready. Had to ask the desk clerk when our room would be available and I was told to go take my family and find something to do and try back in an hour. This was after a 12 hour drive. Came back over an hour later and still had to wait several more minutes before being told our room was ready. Only got a response after I began searching for other hotels on my phone and discussing options openly in the lobby. The GM hid in his office and didn't come out to apologize or speak with us. I was just told they had a busy weekend and just couldn't keep up. Watched another guest get told his room had been given away. The room was okay, some fixtures in the bathroom were broken. Overall, the room was clean, but nothing exceptionally clean. Found food crumbs on a table. Don't bother booking or paying extra for the gulf view here, its mostly blocked by trees. The breakfast area can only can only hold about 12 people, makes for no place to sit if more than a few people show up at once. Had to leave for an emergency early during our stay in the evening around 9pm. I spoke with a different desk clerk from check in, and she acted like I was bothering her to speak with her and was rude about telling me I was going to be changed for the night anyway, which I had told her I was already aware of.

We booked the hotel through their site but on arrival they increased their rate for two rooms and didnt honor our reservation. After our argument they accepted for cancellation.

It was great service. Clean room. We came early and we got the room around 11 AM, but check in at 3PM.

Such a find. Our first stop since New Orleans and wow what a difference. We loved everything about this hotel from checking in to checking out. Breakfast was good but views enhanced the experience. Ask for a sea view room watching the sun go down was amazing. Perfect place. We stayed in 14 different hotels this holiday and this was my out and out favourite.

Clean, courteous staff and quiet even though it's next to the road. The breakfast was hot and pretty well stocked. The view would've been great of the beach… except for the fog the day I left. Would stay here again, if I was back in the area. One downside: not a lot of extras nearby. There's a seafood restaurant, McDonald's, Burger King and BP gas down the road… but that's pretty much it.

Perfect getaway. Room was spacious and very clean and had a nice view of beach, pool and the lovely trees in front. Felt more like a b&b.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Never been to this part of the country and I was visiting my son in the Navy. I would come back here on vacation. Loved the area, restaurants and everyone has been very hospitable.

Very nice hotel Except the elevator sounds terrible! I was scared everytime I went on the elevator, because the elevator was making terrible sounds and shaking at some points Also, the breakfast should be wayyy better especially paying 140 a night! I.

Clean and comfortable, this hotel is just a short walk to campus, with a downtown coffee shop and good restaurants in-between. It is only a few blocks walk to a good local grocery store — Rouses. My only wish is that the hotel (or some Long Beach business) had bikes to rent. It would be fun to ride around campus, downtown and the beach.

Location location location! It is right across the street from Gulf of Mexico and in plain view. Nice! Get up before sunrise, eat breakfast and go to their front porch to watch the sun rise over the water. I did this morning. Clean room. Typical HI express breakfast bar (not great) but nicely clean and prepared. Nice shower pressure. Room nicely cleaned and prepared for use.

The hotel was clean, and quiet. The staff was more than helpful and friendly. We stayed a week and had planned to move to another more expensive hotel but decided to stay because it was so comfortable. The new Mexican restaurant close by has excellent food! Juan Tequila's was fair priced and fantastic.
