I stayed one night whilst visiting family. The rooms were nice and very clean. Unfortunately we got a room by the ice machine so noise was an issue. Nevertheless my stay went well and I would come back.

No roaches and no bed bugs. The bed itself was comfortable, the sheets were subpar. For someone who's like more details: The moment I walked in I noticed how soiled the rug was, but the decor was nice. I immediately went to the bathroom and noticed it was not prestine either. Besides the mold and mildew in the bathroom as well as the mediocre customer service, the stay comfortable.

Thank goodness they took me with my dog during a home renovation!

Day desk clerk's comments were discourteous at first, but mediated the moment; telephone fixed. Property and parking lighted with LED fixtures; comfortable bed & continental breakfast. Waffle House and Walmart within walking distance. Wonderful coffee served.

The water was way to hot in the shower, but besides that it was great. Nice staff and good service. Kinda pricey.

Everything was good except for BLACK MOLD ROOM 211, Can't excuse that, black mold can and will be. I am on chemotherapy for cancer. The room cost us 108.00 on March 17th 2018 and are exposed to a hazardous situation. Will not stay there again.

The staff was welcoming. The property was a cute little place that belongs beachside, but was still only a mile away from the coast itself. The rooms were exactly what you need and not much more, which was perfect in my opinion. I also appreciated that the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about their town and surrounding areas! (Especially since it is currently carnival season! ) The overnight desk clerk even offered to look up a parade schedule and directions for me. Will most definitely stay again.

No frills place to stay. Affordable and pet friendly.

Room was decent, decorated nice, not the cleanest, but ok. Others found the bed comfortable, I found it hard and cheap. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle House next door would be your best bet. Had to wait 20 min. For coffee.

Nasty, rude, and dirty. Good: The rooms are nicely decorated. Bad: We brought a black light and the sheets lit up like a Christmas tree. Went to the front desk and the man at the front desk and a customer was fighting and the worker called the customers girlfriend a crack head and was screaming at him and I had to step between them because he was so angry. He couldn't even focus on what I was saying because he was angry. Not only is that wrong but infront of another customer? I got new sheets and everything was fine. Went there again. Did the same. Buty boyfriend caught the stomach bug and we told the lady that we were going to check out and she said she'll be back later. But when she came back and it was only 7 minutes passed the check out time, she swung the door open (it had a chain lock so it stopped her) and said extremely rudely "you need to get out now" I told her that I was waiting for my him. She said "who's him". Does it matter? Get out and we will get our stuff together. We aren't an hour over the checkout time. It was not even ten minutes. Was still getting our stuff together. I definitely am not staying here again unless absolutely necessary.

Said had a pool did not see one, breakfast is simple and small more people walk accross parking lot to waffle House. Rooms clean but need work. Does not have proper linen or soap. First stay could be a 3 but 2nd stay was a solid 1. Latch for bath door on backwards.

Nice motel. A little pricey for the area. No pets, but to their credit, but they waved this rule for evacuees from Florida's hurricane Irma. Washer/dryer on premises $$. Excellent staff. Free breakfast with hot waffles, comfortable beds. This is a remodeled property (2 years ago) so the bathrooms are very small. Micro/Fridge in room, also a flat screen TV.

Everything was good. Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful. I'd stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in the area. I didn't see the lobby during breakfast time, but what I could see the night before, it looked like there wasn't mush to offer. The waffle house right next door was nice though.

The one star wasn't for my stay because we didn't get the chance to! I made reservations for a total of 10, rooms for my family and friends, well my friends couldn't make it on the day were supposed to check in because of an emergency! When I called to cancel 6 of the rooms and keep 4 of them for my family because we still came on our getaway! The lady at the front desk tells me I couldn't cancel and I has to pay for one of those nights because they couldn't sell those other rooms. Who in the world would pay for something they can't use and be responsible for them! Super 8 is not a top of the line "MOTEL" and wanted to charge me over $500 she must be was losing her mind! Good thing I always use a old prepaid debit card when I reserve rooms and checkin with my bank card when I take it there because she had sent ran my card to charge me for the rooms before I even made it there! I called back to tell her to cancel all the rooms cause I knew she couldn't charge a old card but she goes to say "I KNOW I RAN TJE CARD AND IT DECLINED" I said I know cause cause its an old card then she go say I won't be able to ever nook with them again like who cares super 8 is not the best brand motel! Y'all would rather lose out on business then working with people shame on you all! I ended up booking them a room across the street at knights inn and they were really nice and up to date they had new beds new ac units and it was clean!

The room was very well maintained and the air conditioner worked wonderful. Being on the beach I definitely wanted a room with a good air conditioner. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is a nice hotel. No complaints about the facility. This would have been a 5 star review except the general manager. He may have been having a bad day, but he was very aggressive and short with me related to a pet charge. Although I provided my card for this fee and incidentals at check in, he felt a need to call me at 8 on a Sunday morning and require I return to the front desk to run card again (even though I showed him the pending charge to my account on my app). While I would stay here agin, it would be my last choice in the area and would seek other available options first.

Very clean and convenient. Nice suprise for a small hotel.

Best motel in Bay St Louis. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was polite and helpful. Right off the Hwy 90.
