The hotel was probably the best Choice Brand hotel I've stayed in. Wifi was acceptable. However, I saw so many raves about the morning breakfast. Don't be fooled. If you travel a lot, you'll know this breakfast is nothing spectacular.

My stay here was wonderful & I would stay there again! … everyone was beautiful & very helpful if we needed anything! … I pray they are blessed for life! … see you all again & very soon.

My biggest concern was will my room look like the photos I saw on the website. It looked exactly like the room I saw on the website. Enjoying my stay.

This hotel would have been rated a five except that when my husband called to make a reservation his call was routed to price line unbeknown to him. He has only discovered it because he didn’t have a receipt. When he called the Hotel he was told too bad he booked it thru price line therefore the hotel doesn’t give receipts to Priceline customers. Not only is my husband furious that he thought he was talking to the Hotel only to discover he wasn’t when booking his room he now can not get reimbursed from his company because this hotel will not give him a receipt for his stay with him. Poor customer service as far as we are concerned!

King suite — great tub in room. Soft bed comfortable clean room. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent by Comfort Inn standards. Very clean, rooms were recently renovated, and the staff was very nice.

I mean there usually isn't anything wrong with any of these places, so this place was no exception. Everything went smoothly which is exactly what you want to happen right?

Google said this was a pet friendly hotel. But when I tried to check in at the front desk I was informed that that they are not pet friendly and recommended me to another hotel.

Th rooms were cleaned and the staff was very friendly and catered to our needs.

Room exceptionally clean, friendly staff, breakfast delicious and thanks Nora for finding our laptop and calling to returning. Would recommend to friends.

Tom and I enjoyed our stay… breakfast was fantastic.

If you list a pool as an amenity, you should have a heated one. It's useless otherwise. Our room heard traffic noise all night long. Tractor trailers, sirens, horns… on the plus side, the staff was excellent.

Very pleased. Clean room. With lots of room to move. Housekeeping was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. When I return to the area I will definitely be a returning guest. Also, very centrally located. Less than 2-3 minutes from lots of really great restaurants and about 5-10 from museums.

Very nice hotel. Large and immaculate rooms. You can stay a little cheaper around here, but the extra $20 or so a night on this place is worth it.

Great staff in fairly new hotel. Easy access to shopping, like Target and Kroger, but also restaurants and"mall like" stores.

Not as clean as I would have liked and the beds were way too soft. All the employees we encountered were very nice and aside from the above mentioned issues, it was a comfortable room and adequate overall.

All of the staff we encountered were very nice. The room was fairly comfortable though the beds were way too soft for our tastes. The a/c and mini fridge worked well. The ice from the ice machine had some weird particles in it so we decided to stay away. The room was quiet aside from a teen ball team who were stomping around well into the night and early in the morning but that's certainly not the fault of the hotel. The drapes in the room definitely needed to be washed, they had some stains on them, some of which looked like blood. Ick! They also didn't block the morning sunlight all that well. Breakfast was free and had the usual hotel fare. So, adequate room overall.

For the price (114 in my case), the is an exceptional value. The suite was spacious and comfortable. And perfectly clean! Friendly staff. Continental breakfast. Good Internet. Many good dining options nearby. No airport noise. This will probably be the only place we stay when traveling through Jackson from now on.

Great safe homely suites… I wouldn't recommend the sofa bed though.

Great stay, friendly staff, breakfast was awesome, the room was clean and neat. Pool was clean, although I didn't swim this trip. I would stay again.

Staff was courteous and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Overallwas a very pleasant experiencewould stay at this location again.

I stayed here with my family and let me say that this hotel is awful. One of their workers stole a lot of my personnel belongings. A short, little man kept flirting with me which I feel was very inappropriate. The rooms were also crawling with bed bugs. They're very racist as well to their workers. If you are planning on staying there, don't.

Will not stay here again. We stay here a couple times with church group. Front desk people were a nightmare. The girl was to busy talking on her cell phone to pay attention to guest, the breakfast was horrible, who doesn't have food at 8am and the girl when asked if there was any waffle mix left was so rude. Will say the housekeeping was very friendly and nice. Will say another thing do not stay in room 115 because u will have to put up with a smoke smell coming in from side door. Place supposed to be a smoke free not do to their workers. My poor grandson had a bad coughing fit because it. This place so not worth it will find a better place to stay next time.

Exceptionally friendly staff.

Surprisingly high quality rooms for this product line. Very comfortable rooms, quiet location with lid nearby in walking distance. TV stations was the only letdown.

Great service, excellent rooms, extremely polite and helpful staff and very humble manager.

Clean & extremely comfy! A lot of restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint was we booked due to it had an airport shuttle & breakfast. No one told us breakfast wasn't until 6am and shuttle wasn't until 5am. We had to be at airport by 5am and had to get a taxi last minute.
