Hotel is in a good location with a few restaurants within walking distance. Hotel and room was well kept.

Nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Super comfy bed. Lots of shops and restaurants near by.

Solid Wifi. Breakfast so so (I guess okay from a US hotel type of standard). Everything is a bit dated and could use some work. TV remotes are not intuitive (is the best I can say). I had one room where the closet doors fell off. I was moved to another room that I rejected as somebody had clearly smoked in there. My third room was fine. All rooms seem to have issues with the key cards (no, didn't store them next to my cell phone). Very nice people work there. Very clean!

This hotel is my absolute favorite when staying in Denver for work. Staff is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. The management here gets it. Breakfast offered here is great! The biscuits and gravy they serve are always fantastic. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are up to date. Rooms are always clean. Wi-Fi consistently 5mb+ in any room I have stayed. Fridges and microwaves in every room. Quiet and functional always. In addition, I had the pleasure to stay in one of their rooms with a spa! Amazing. I will drive clear over 30 miles from a worksite to stay here. And thank you to everyone here that makes this place such an enjoyable stay.

This was the best hotel that Louisville Mississippi had to offer. I especially love the jacuzzi tub that was in my room.

Nice cleaning staff and very friendly. Rooms are pretty good and they give more than just two to a bed. Take out is literally 100ft away from there.

Refused a refund after I found used rubber in fridge. Manager is a moron and told me to deal with it. Daughter had to go to Dr for bed bugs.

Location was pretty easy to find. Rooms are ok, weird to have a whirlpool bath tub 3 feet from the bed. Service was great. Breakfast was ok. Overall it's a nice place to lay your head and move on.

Stayed there for a week on a job loved this place and the people they were awesome … love the cleaning guys they were great to visit with … love from Texas.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. It's on the inexpensive side, but I never felt like I was in a cheap hotel. Our King room with jacuzzi was spacious, and we were able to fill the jacuzzi with the perfect temperature water with no issue. There were a number of restaurants nearby within walking distance, and we weren't bother by the sounds of the highway, despite its nearness. The free breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast, but there was plenty and enough tables to sit at. It's also roughly 10 minutes from downtown Boulder. Will absolutely stay at again.

Staff was very rude. They told me it was pet OK and took my money. I had one cat. They refused to let me stay or give my money back. The clerk laughed at me and the bathroom smelled like piss. I keep hearing about bed bugs here too.

Staff very attentive and was able to accommodate requests. Food is nice and hot. Very clean!

We were coming to Starkville for my son's graduation, and was looking for a reasonably priced hotel. This hotel fit the bill. The room was clean & comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. We would stay there again.

Low priced, the staff was very friendly but there were no elevators so we had to carry our heavy suitcases up the stairs. Breakfast was simple and the location was very convenient. Overall it was an okay economy hotel.

My stay was very nice and the room was nice and clean, everyone behind the counter was very respectful. I would highly recommend the quality inn in Louisville.

Bed Bugs. The bed was not cleaned on the 2nd day. We itched for one week after this stay. Never had this before in my life. We are super cleanly, so they did not come from us. Never again quality inn!

The motel itself is acceptable if a little unkempt and poorly maintained. There is some identifiable food in a tidy breakfast nook and a small but reasonable workout room. Some (most of those observed) cleaning and maintenance staff are oddly bad behaved and loudly so — and seem to entertain each other by inappropriate yet noisy chatter. Somewhere between a typical junior high school and a typical 60-days-in vibe. Cleaners loudly commented on guests taking too long to dress, for instance, while two cleaners waited together at the door to enter a room, laughing. Another one dispensed a loud commentary on "people parking wherever they (liked), " referring to guests. A maintenance worker then called a guest car "an eyesore" — the car was not on hotel property or even in front of the property. He went on to share another guest's 2-day vehicle breakdown, which he complained about to other guests and staff in a oddly over-concerned attitude. Upping the creepy factor for the woman with the "eyesore" car, he coincidentally showed up at the front desk to interrupt her checking in with the front desk staff to confirm that her car was ok as-is. Not too far removed from aggressive, but soundly rude. Apparently, the worker was less concerned about the neighboring businesses, where he was seen walking his dog during the day on the property of adjacent businesses — and without visible means to tidy after the dog (dog was seen crated in a maintenance room).

Been here for about 5 weeks for work. The bad: key cards almost never work, the TV turns off randomly in the middle of a game on my Xbox. Internet sucks. Vending machines don't work. The good: nice staff, comfy beds, and quiet, clean rooms. They allow service animals.

I loved it the pool was heated and the room was clean every time we left, overall a great hotel.

We were very happy with our room, and how easy it was to book. Everything was clean, and we had a very relaxing night.

I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and had plenty of options. The room had a microfridge, microwave, coffee pot and coffee. It also had the best pricing in the area.

Stayed in room 120. Nov. 24-26. We have LOTS of BITES ALL over our bodies that ARE ITCHY! Toilet was dirty, tub had long curly hair in and on it, coffee pot was so dirty I could not clean it, sat with coffee in it to long, had dust all over the entire coffee maker, hair dryer came on turned hot red and went off. Girl gave me a new one Sunday morning. Carpet had centipedes all around floor lamp and trim around the room. AC didn't cool room to sleep. It got cold Sunday just before check out. Weed being sold upstairs and traffic coming and going to that same room from Fri to Sat night nonstop! Loud music booming from cars waiting for guys to come back to them all hours.

Bed bugs — Such a bummer! I’ve stayed here multiple times. The first time was pleasant but the second was terrible. I got covered in itchy bites that look like bed bug bites (dark center) and was miserable the rest of the week. Don’t stay here — there are plenty of better options nearby (I also stayed at the Marriott on a separate occasion across the road and had a better time)

There was a used condom in the room and the bed had a stain. Didn’t check the room any further.

Best value for the your money. Might be difficult finding a better pet-friendly hotel with the same ratings, and rates, and room quality. The shopping center across the street is just the cherry on top.

Staff was excellent! Breakfast had lots of variety — coffee delicious. Beds/pillows very comfortable. Dressing area/bathroom very small and could use a new updating.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel was clean and room was spacious with fast Wi-Fi. However, it doesn't seem to have been updated in quite some time. Things feel a bit old but not too bad. Decent breakfast, pretty affordable too.

Location is great, right near a ton of restaurants, including some with gluten-free options. Room was clean and comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. Plenty of towels and wash cloths were provided in our 2-Queen room. The clerk at the front desk was super-helpful and friendly, even going so far as to offer to carry our luggage up to our room (something we've not experienced before or since). The only negative I can come up with is that the building doesn't have an elevator, which can be a deal-breaker for disabled people. All in all, this hotel was a great place to stay.

They shower and the door handle didn't want to work.

Clean, reasonably priced rooms, with a lovely view of the traffic on Highway 15!

1) the front desk staff were kind and helpful. 2) the AC did not cool. 3) both beds had been previously slept in as evidenced by hair, dirt, and food stains. 4) the carpet had not been vacuumed and there were trash and bugs scattered about. 5) the manager offered to have the night clerk move me, but by then I was settled in and figured all the rooms were the same. 6) I requested new sheets and put them on myself. 7) furniture hadn't been cleaned or dusted for months. 8) I have pictures to corroborate all these claims. 9) I will ask to have my stay comped but I'm not sure if the manager, Mr. Patel, will comply. 10) stay in Starkville if you can.

As soon as I walking I was hit with the smell of marijuana or weed or whatever you want to call it. I was traveling to my grandparents home town from Washington Dc. For a funeral and I had kids with me and I did not appreciate that. I knew it wasn't going to be the best hotel but I was disappointed but felt I had no other choice. I called to tell front desk it was food chips crumbs In bed and it was made up. They handed me the sheets to change my own sheets because it also had grape soda stain on the sheets as well. Nasty! Bathroom had broken towel bar on wall and I got harassed from workers at the hotel because we ask for extra hand towels because we had 4 women in the room they came and knocked on my door early in morning, day of grandfathers funeral I didn't get the point. But I understand the type of hotel I'm dealing with. It's probley hard to trust people. I didn't feel like a full priced paying customer.

The stay was quite nice. The room was very clean other than what seemed like blue taffy-like candy squished in the floor. Hotel staff was nice. For a location right off a major highway, road noise was at a minimum.

I was only there to visit family. The room was clean but the lamp didn't work. It was spacious though.

The worst hotel that's a part of a chain I have ever been to. My room and my aunt's both had duck tape holding the door handles, my aunt's door handle still came off locking her in the room. One roll of tissue and when the attendant came to make the bed. She took the linen out left the bed naked for two hours. Most times I returned from being out the key wouldn't work had to be scanned over and over.

Ihave stayed in many hotels. Pleasantly surprised th breakfast had real Meagan u coul cook or burn you own waffle plenty of fresh fruit too I left somethings, nosing of them light electrical, but they said we took the towels, actually I had to negotiate min back from th staff, we commuted four hours so I Br afresh one from home and wrapped my iPad in it. Sheofferedanotheras replacement! What nerve it was plain white and clean too but not with typical hotel branding room was clean, no smells overall good, I was kinda impressed with the brand Ithink I'm switching from my long time favorite, more costly, they had both a Walmart and McDonald's closebyadded plus. Easy walk. Made location great.

They have great customer service. They are very dog friendly. They are very accessible to movie theaters and other public places. They offer respite care. They offer free breakfast. They have free Wi-Fi and cable. They're not very far from the Boulder Valley Humane Society where service dogs are treated like kings and queens. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Super nice staff, booked on Priceline but even their regular rates are fair ($99 2 beds on a Friday night) & best of all PET FRIENDLY! Not just service dogs but all dogs… yay! What a relief to not have to sneak mine in lol. They let me check in at 2pm which was great & the management was nice. My room was still dirty under beds & I found a torch lighter but aside from that it was a good comfy stay. Slightly turned off by the breakfast crowd; looks like lots of hard drug users staying here. Breakfast was typical American white bread products, scrambled eggs, sausage patties.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent visit to the Louisville, Co area. While I was there, one of the receptionist was an excellent example of customer service. It was my experience that Erica is the true MVP of this hotel's staff.

The perfect hotel if you're planning to explore Boulder or Denver. They let us check in early, it was quiet, and the breakfast was great. Only complaint was the bathroom could have been cleaner, but the room was otherwise fantastic.

Very convenient to theater and restaurants. Was a little loud. Sleep timer function disabled on TV. Staff were very friendly. Shower temperature fluctuated a lot.

This hotel is horrible! Do not stay if you're not a smoker! We made reservations when we got there they gave us a smoking room, the worst smell and had no more rooms but the girl behind the desk was a smoker so she thought nothing about it, the room was dirty and nasty! Worst experience at a quality Inn!

We hit a deer one night and were stranded in Louisville. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating, they even let us bring our cat in with us. The next day we had no way to get to a rental car place and the rental company was unwilling to get us. There are no taxis in this town nor any public transportation. One of the employees lent their car to us (complete strangers) in order so that we may get a town over and rent a car. Needless to say, we were impressed with the staff.

TERRIBLE MOTEL! STAY AWAY! There's a lot wrong with the rooms… if you're a business person that needs a place for your laptop and business work… this is NOT the MOTEL. No desk, just a bluky table, the plug in did not work, I had to unplug my clock to plug in my laptop. The walls have NASTY stains on them, Musty smelling rooms, Old TV with limited channels, Hand towel had rips in it, A big gap at the bottom of the door hoping that a rat or bugs don't crawl in, Stains on the mattress cover, the air conditioning unit all beat up… I could keep going but I think I've made my point… It's owned by Indians which have a reputation of being cheap and dirty… well they sure fit this. I hope I never have to stay here again. The lady at the front desk is a very nice lady. It's sad she has to work for a NASTY, OLD MOTEL.
