They have really nice rooms great service in door pool.

Used to be a comfort inn so I see why this property couldn't keep up. Dated. Old. Bad service. Owners rude. Overpriced in non scenic unsafe part of town south jackson. Pool closed. Broke struggling hotel.

Nice hotel to stay. Don't stay on account of the breakfast. It is much to be desired.

Hotel manager is very rude. Calls every morning before check out time. Breakfast is horrible. Indoor Pool has been out of service since they changed companies to the Red Lion. I asked for a late check out he only gave 30 extra minutes and I need to be gone by that time. Only nice person I encountered was housekeeping.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was really nice. The bathroom as you can see is kind of wide, which I like. The mirrors are great if you love to take selfies. Lol. We were offered breakfast when we arrived that morning. Its located in a nice safe area. I would stay here again. ☺

I received a phone call from Pak while in route to the hotel. I had booked the room about 2 weeks prior. Pak said my credit card had declined. I asked Pak why did he run my credit card when I chose the option to pay at the hotel and when I arrived payment wouldn't b an issue. Pak began to talk to me in a very demeaning way stating he was just giving me a courtesy call & he didn't have to do it. He told me I needed to give him another cc or I would lose my booking. I told him I didn't like his tone & asked for the manager. He said he was the manager. Who would stay at a hotel that gives bad customer service b4 u get there. Needless to say, I booked another hotel.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. My family booked enough rooms to accommodate 28 people. Many of us flew in from other states and some drove over four hours to be here for a memorial service for a loved one who passed. We paid for the rooms under one bill, and were treated like trash. I have never had a worse experience at a hotel. First of all when I went to wash my coffee pot I found a maggot on the glass as it fell off into the bathroom sink. I looked under the microwave to try to see where the maggot came from and it was filthy. Another family member found a syringe, condoms, and anal needs in their room. The wife of the hotel manager rushed us out before breakfast was supposed to be over at 9:30 while many children were still eating and fixing food, and the following morning we were threatened to be charged another night for not checking out until 11:10. Our family just spent 2k here to stay at your establishment and you were so rude and disrespectful. If you don't like to be in the service industry then find another career. People deserve to be treated with respect.

Terrible experience. General manager is a complete jerk. Worst hotel management I have ever experience. Don't stay here, find somewhere else.

Stayed to escape Hurricane Irma. Spacious rooms, very nice and clean. Stayed one night because of their animal policy, which we were dissapointed that it wasn't lifted because of the hurricane, but overall very nice rooms.

Not a well known chain but very well maintained. It is every bit as good as a Comfort Inn. The manager ensures that your experience there is good. Has a pool and fitness area. Both are well kept. Excellent location. Right off the highyway and the price is right. We will be returning.

The room was okay. I do not want stay at this hotel again. It needs a real good cleaning. It would not hurt to do a renovation either.

Hotel itself is nice… but they charged my card 3 extra timea and said I didnt check out when I did, I even have reservation email to prove it. They have charged my credit card for $450. And My card went missing while I was there! Be careful.

Everything was great I went for a Valentines Day getaway the food was good the rooms pool & workout area was so nice and clean. My fiance and I really enjoyed our stay!

Great room, great coffee and breakfast. So many restaurants to choose from nearby.

This hotel is awful. The customer service is terrible. It is not clean we found the room to have ants from leftover food that was not cleaned. The mattress had stains all over it. It was a horrible experience. Room service was old food and cold. The breakfast looked like it was from the previous day.

The front desk person is very very very unprofessional! I just called and he told me we don't give information over the phone and that's not the way to look for a job and hung up in my face. I'm very displeased! He doesn't need a job himself with an attitude like that!

We have stayed at the Comfort Inn in Byram, Ms. Several times while traveling. The beds, pillows and rooms are always clean. The breakfast bar is delicious and well stocked. The indoor pool is nice and we always enjoy our stay.
