We arrived later in the evening, exhausted and emotional as we were in town for a death in the family. Veronica checked us in and was extremely pleasant, helpful and sweet. The room was exactly as described and pictured online, with a fantastic shower. Veronica even called up to our room after we got settled in to make sure everything was okay in the room. I've traveled a lot and that's the first I've ever had someone do that at a hotel. Breakfast the next morning was better than I had hoped, with a ton of options and great food. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable for the whole family. All the ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, as well. We only come to Batesville about once a year but we will most definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean property! Great location. Staff was extremely helpful. My first room was too tight for my wheelchair (extra wide wheels). Veronica at the front desk switched it immediately & called down to make sure the new room was right. I will definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my kids for three nights. The hotel was clean, and newly remodeled. The staff was attentive and helpful, Ben even provided plates for us when we ordered pizza and the restaurant wouldn't bring them. The pool and gym were both great. Easy access to highways, eating and stores. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms and staff were great! Great price too. You can stream your hulu and Netflix in your room. The pool was great. Average breakfast but good. Wi-Fi sucks unless you buy the high speed access. We loved the place.

Absolutely horrible. Barbecuing and loud music in parking lot til 1130. One customer complained. Yet they did nothing. Someone with a pass key stole 400.00 from my purse as it sat in my locked room for 25 minutes. My purse never left my side, except for that short time while we were at breakfast. I discovered 7 hrs and 300 miles down the road. I knew they would not do anything and money was long gone. Plan to inform BBB also. Going to call corporate also over stolen money. Will be sure to inform all that I can.

Right off I-55 at Batesville exit. Staff is helpful, pool is good. Fairly quiet even being close to the highway…

Stay AWAY! I can not comment about the condition of the rooms, only their business practices. I tried to cancel my room due to a family medical emergency 5 days ahead of time, but they refused! My room could easily be rebooked at a higher rate, but they stand by their 30 day cancellation policy to "protect them from folks who cancel due to college sports teams performance". Well, Ole Miss is at the top of their game, so that should not be a qualifier for this situation! Awful business owner!

The hotel staff were very professional and sweet. We had a problem with the ac/heat not working and we called the front desk who immediately walked up and fixed it. The pictures need to be updated, they now have flat screens. It's not your 5 start hotel, but it is clean. Towels were nice and fresh, as well as the sheets. I would recommend staying here!

Its a dump. The room was just ok. Suface clean, Not clean, not dirty. The pillows smelled bad. We eventually got ok ones. The water pressure in the sink was slightly more than a trikle. The towel shelf in the shower area was broken and half off the wall. Bathroom floor looks dirty. The ceiling in the bathroom has partially fallen down and been painted over. One of the bedspreads is obviously soiled. The wall socket that the bedside lamp is plugged into is touching the matress and has a short so I had to unplug it. It looked like a "trucker room". The ONLY saving grace was the really helpful and courteous man at the desk — Caleb.

Well, all the other post that are making it seem it's a 5 star MOTEL, must be paid off by the owner to make it better than it actually is. First room they put me in, the floor must have been mopped with super glue. Nasty foot prints and very sticky. They changed my room and it was a little better. This is an OLD and OUTDATED MOTEL, not a HOTEL. I am a Diamond member and I travel 6 states and use the Comfort Inn/ Quality Inn properties. I do not make up lies or under rate or over rate any of them. They get what they deserve. You can listen to all the lies being posted all you want, but you come and see for yourself. Nasty Carpet, Torn up furniture, stained bed spreads, dust an inch thick on the TV, and my key wouldn't open the door half the time, and the guy at the front desk had to come and open it. He said that the batteries must be about dead. I bet! I am not a politically correct type of person, that's folks that are afraid to tell the truth or don't know what the truth is, but any time you go to a motel or hotel owned by Indians (India) you can expect dirty rooms. That's their culture, and the government promotes them to own business in the U. S. I have seen dead people being pulled from rooms, feces on sheets and walls, roaches and big black hairs on the food at the breakfast bar and that's just part of the problems. We must demand better service and CLEAN rooms, after all, they are not giving it to us FREE.

What a great hotel… such a relief after some of the places I've stayed. I'm on an extended stay for work, and it's nice, clean, friendly, in good repair, good location. I got the side opposite the highway as another reader suggested and it's nice and quiet. I can't say enough good things about the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. I have a king, it comes with a very nice desk chair, mini fridge and microwave area, necessities for me. There's also a little couch. The road there is a little confusing, just keep going, past the other hotels. It's worth it for this comfy little spot.
