I have stayed here on two visits to Milwaukee. It is a nice clean convieniently located hotel. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. My son spilled juice in the breakfast room, let the woman working know and she was so nice to him, acknowledged it was an accident and thanked him for telling her what happened. Will definately stay here again.

Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The shower head was higher up than most and had lots of settings which was pretty cool. The bed was super soft and the pillows too.

Nice new hotel. Clean. Had a burger at the restaurant and it was tasty. Good beer choices in the bar. If you are an early to bed person ask for a room facing McDonald's; the other side has a bar that was playing out door music until about 10pm.

My husband and I just had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hampton Inn and Suites Milwaukee West and everything was fantastic from start to finish. Joe was amazing and the whole staff went above and beyond to not only us but our guests. The food was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. Girls weekend for the Kenny Chesney concert. We to the bar after the concert and the Bartender Maureen was awesome. It was late and she could have closed the bar but was very accommodating to everyone that came in.

Nice location close to a lot of things. I came here and stayed for a baseball game in which they have a shuttle that will drop you off and pick you up from the game. The rooms were nice as well here. Overall another great stay at a Hilton property.

I have stayed here several times and always had a good experience! Rooms are clean and modern. Guest service is always friendly and provides suggestions for local amenities. If you in town and looking for somewhere to stay this place is great! My only complaint is that the food service closes down early frequently, but not a big deal. Thanks!

Great experience! We upgraded to the bigger room. Very spacious. The breakfast was great too. Plenty of choices. We had to leave early on last day and we received grab bags that were perfect for the plane ride. Parking wasnt bad, we could always easily find a spot. The pool was indoors, so my daughter enjoyed the nice pool.

My friend lives across the street, and it looks really nice. They have a pool and it's close to the freeway. It would be a good place to stay if attending the State Fair or a game at Miller Park.

Nice hotel despite the lower ratings you see online. The hotel holds the classy feel of a Hilton brand while giving you all the amenities. My room was a normal room rate, yet I felt as if I had upgraded bed/pillows/and ultra plush soft sheets. I was pleasantly surprised. Best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time (I'm in hotels every week for business, staying at Hilton honors hotels). There is a FANTASTIC gym. Dumbbells up to 50lbs, ellipticals, treadmills, cycles, a full adjustable cable system rack, ab station and multiple adjustable workout benches. If you need a good gym while you travel, you won't find a better hotel gym than this. They have a restaurant in the hotel that looks nice but I did not have a chance to enjoy it There is a CVS, McDonald's and local burger joint in the same parking lot as the hotel. free parking. Overall I will stay here moving forward every time, 5 out of 5 for sure!

It's a standard Hampton inn, clean and comfortable. It's outside Milwaukee, but within a few miles of shopping and restaurants. Wi-Fi is good. Breakfast is pretty average for a Hampton. Free parking.

Looks to be a newer Hotel. Everything was very clean and very fresh. Everything worked the way should. Staff was very helpful. Location and price were great for me.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in awhile. The front desk personnel we're wonderful and so we're the breakfast people. Everything was perfect!

It's a nice newer hotel with clean and decent size rooms. Breakfast is mediocre to okay. The grab-and-go sacks have the same contents each day. We use their conference room for a meeting. It was spacious enough for our group of ~10 which included some activities around the room.

The hotel was neat and clean, felt comfortable being there. Beds were ok, quiet at night. There was a breakfast buffet, just ok, but they kept up with all the coffee drinkers and there were a lot of us there!

Was working a recruiting session for the day. The hotel provided lunch which was chicken Cordon Bleu and it was fantastic. Banquet room we were in was very nice.

Had a wonderful stay. We were given a free upgrade for our anniversary. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean modern room with plenty of outlets. Breakfast was complimentary and there were a lot of options.

Fairly new hotel with modern design. Different look and feel compare to most other "older" Hampton Inns. The bathroom is nicely designed and I like the sliding door shower than bathtub. Good breakfast options. Very friendly staffs as well.

The hotel room was nice and clean with all the amenities you need in a room. I wish there was a safe for me to lock my valuables. The fan was poorly positioned, when ac turned on the fan was blowing right at my face. There was no option to turn off fan. Breakfast was good good selection of fruits and breads along with fried egg and sausage options. Wish there were yogurts to choose from. I did not see any. Over all satisfied with stay.

Stayed a few nights. This is a newly built hotel so everything should be fresh and clean, and in working order. And it was! The hotel staff is the most kind and helpful ive encountered in my 3 week journey of US. The pool is small, however.

The hotel appeared like new. Everything was extremely clean and the staff were all professional and accommodating. We took the shuttle to the Brewers game and Paco, the driver, was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to stay at this hotel anytime I visit Milwaukee.

Wow! Place is virtually brand new. Fantastic staff, awesome room, awesome breakfast. Would definitely stay here again. Girls running the breakfast food court were wonderful. Offered to refill drinks and clean away dishes… that never happens unless it is the Ritz… good job eve everyone!

Staff was friendly. I requested an extra hour to check out and they obliged, no problem at all. However, there was one minor annoyance. The air conditioning/heating system uses a motion sensor to turn the system on when it senses motion and off when it doesn't. My stay was in July. The room got very warm multiple times while sleeping. I had to wave my arms around and once I had to just get out of bed to get the air conditioning activated again. It seems the hotel is placing energy saving measures above the comfort of the guests.

Hampton Inn Suites is a nice hotel with reasonable rates. My family & I were very satisfied & happy with the service we received during our stay at one of their locations recently. Would definitely recommend to other family and friends.

If I could give them a 10 I would! We were 4 hours from home with major car troubles. The staff got us to a parts store, shuttle drive us everywhere we needed and brought my husband rags and cardboard while he repaired the vehicle in the parking lot in the rain for over 2 hours. Pretty sure most places would have told us to leave. They let my son hang out in the lobby and watch TV since we were already checked out. We will stay there anytime we travel to Milwaukee now and will recommend to all our friends. A+ service with a smile all around!

I love this place, so reto! The staff is helpful and friendly. Awesome beds, great selection of pillows. Very centrally located which makes it a dream hotel when you're here to see the sites. Awesome on site pool and bar. The staff are so helpful and friendly everybody is happy you're here.

Had a family emergency shortly after checking in. Hotel didn't care and charged for a room NO one stayed in. When they say 24 cancellation they mean it, NO exceptions. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. I'd also suggest, keep an eye on how much the hotel charges. I was quoted one price and another price hit my credit card.

I attended a lunch time networking event. The space was fabulous, staff were very friendly, and all provided was a pleasurable experience!

I always have the best, most courteous service at this hotel. They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable away from home, and all of the facilities are very well cared for, clean, and inviting.

The "view" is the McDonald's parking lot… this should be something during State Fair week… haha…

The staff greeted us promptly upon arrival and check-in was a breeze. The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The rooms were modern and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included and the food offerings were fantastic. Overall, a very nice stay. Family friendly and a convenient location. I would stay here again.
