The building and facilities we're all very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. Over all a great place with great staff and great prices.

Very nice room, clean & fresh. Very friendly front desk people. Breakfast was typical for a modest hotel. Extra bonus that they have a bar with pizza and snacks for evening munchies. Good value.

Rooms were nice. The breakfast was pretty good. Decent selection. The pool area was nice. We'd stay here again if we're ever back in Waupun. We were there for a baseball tournament.

Rooms are so nice and the second service was so good the girl at the front desk was so niceand helpful over all a great expirience.

I just wanted to personally thank this particular Americinn. I work on beaver dam and we had a woman come in very late at night, and her cluth had gone out in her car. She was travelling from Minnesota with her dog. I called all the hotels in Beaver Dam but they were all either booked or denied her because of her dog (even though she has a card for her service animal status). I called Americinn Waupun and Crystal was able to get this woman a room, and only charged her for half rate because she was having car problems. So nice guys, thank you so much!

I would've given this 5☆'s but the elevator was out of commission the day we stayed there, which meant using a few flights of stairs. For me that was a challenge because of the ailments that I suffer from. Even more rewarding, being a minority, I felt very much welcomed by the staff, I didn't feel the need to keep myself hidden in the room until my stay was up. I REALLY did appreciate the hospitality. I definitely would recommend this hotel for those passing through.

The hotel is newer. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the food. The bar sells frozen pizza and the continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

Decided to take the wife and kids for an overnighter here so the kids could swim. We all had fun and the staff was great. The breakfast was good too!

There room looks great and was very comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast and I was able to use a travel router. We did not try the pool. The breakfast was good for a free one. I did not try and see if there HDMI was unlocked to use a Chromecast. I would stay there again.

I got a room for my mother when she was in Waupun visiting family. She loved it. She said it was the best sleep she's had in years and that the staff was very friendly.

The lady who worked the weekend on Sunday has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I recommend the hotel. Update. 01/17/18. Have been here for weeks now. This team of workers is amazing. Had to have things mailed to me twice. Any question I have asked or of the few things I have needed, they have done. Truly old-school, wonderful customer service by a caring and friendly staff. I changed my review to 5 stars from 4 stars.

Nice staff. Initial room smelled like sewage so I had to get a second room. Something wrong with the vents. The pool was small, but nice.

The roomes are super nice and I loved the lounge area. The second shift girl behind the desk was so nice and made me feel verry welcome, along with the girl in the bar. Some of the best service I've had at a hotel.

Very nice hotel and they have a nice little lounge where they serve beer, wine, drinks, and pizza.

Ive been here numerous times in the last month. The entrance and lobby make a great first impression as it is always very clean and inviting. The entire front office and breakfast staff are outstanding. I was fortunate to have lead a team to become 2nd best Holiday Inn in the US. I'd hire any of this team. They are fortunate to have a great crew… always focused and the guest… very accommodating.

Clean, helpful, and gracious. The breakfast was well stocked and the staff made sure there was a enough bacon! They checked to see if we needed anything else before they closed it down, and treated us like a guest in their home.

Nicole is the best bartender in town! The rooms are great and it is a very nice place!

We stayed on Friday night for the Waupun homecoming game. Great service, nice room.

Very nice staff, nice Bar, Free drink ticket, very clean. This is a new hotel within a year I'd say.

Was very surprised and impressed. Wonderful room, laid out very well. Bathroom is spacious but shower is a bit werid, a walk in style shower that felt cramped. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delish.

Extremely friendly staff. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Room includes a microwave and small fridge which nowadays is a must! Breakfast was good and included eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit, muffins… a large variety.

Rooms were very nice and the staff treated us wonderfully! The pool area is small but it still worked out great for my family. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to stay for a night or two.

The hotel was very clean but the pool had so much chlorine we had to leave after 15 min because it was hard to breathe.

Very small pool but a good hot breakfast makes up for it.

Room was modern and clean. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was decent. I would stay again in the future.
