If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and shower, this is it. On a saturday in July I paid $56 with tax for a queen bed,. Definitely an older place. Has your basics. Shower, toilet, ac, mini fridge, microwave Wi-Fi was good, but could be better. TV was very small, no cable. Bed was ok. I would stay here again just because of the price. Just remember what you get what you paid.
Cool City Motel used to be a Very Nice place to stay about 20 some years ago. Today and for quite some years already is a place where they Rent the Rooms by the, probability by the week or Month. I would say they maintain the building pretty well. A nice looking building from the HWY 42 Going North threw the various towns along the lake all the way up to Gills Rock. That’s were you take the faery across to Washington Island.
