Very clean hotel, friendly staff and overall great experience! Will definitely stay again.

Never been here before. It’s nice.

We stayed there for a state tournament this past weekend and I decided to eat there breakfast well the food had mold on it which I are and didn't notice till it was almost gone I brought it to the front desk they apologized and said they would make it right I left a contact number and 2 days later never heard from them so I called and left a message for the manager he called back the next day and said I got your message as in he never received one from the front desk and that he called the manufacturer and told them and he would comp 10 dollars for the food first of all it's not the manufacturers fault that you dont follow the dates on it and that you dont check the food before it is put out and ten dollars no I'll just put up posts about it everywhere that's more worth to me than ten dollars thanks.

No hot water for 3 days. Jacuzzi not working. Super unfriendly staff. Not recommended. Yellow water coming out of the faucets. Much better choices are available in this area.

Always like country inn and suites. Use them all the time. Reasonable rates for nice rooms.

This was one of the best stays we've had. The staff was caring and very helpful. The room was clean and neat. We would definitely stay there again. We highly recommend it!

Could be our new go to place when we travel. Just under $100 for a nice room. We used the pool and hot tub which were nice. Fantastic breakfast with hot and cold items including homemade oatmeal with fresh fruit, real eggs Etc.

I thought it was a good place to stay for a short period of time. The breakfast was good and the pool was nice. Rooms were comfortable. I would come back if I were in the area.

The location is very nice. Right next to a beautiful family restaurant. The rooms are good sized and bathrooms are clean. The pool and hot tubs are comfy.

Everything was great except that the second morning when we got into the previously hot hot tub, it was ice cold.

Updates to rooms. Clean throughout. Small but well maintained pool area. Firm beds were great. Pillows are very soft/small and head isn't supported. Other than pillows, no complaints. Will be staying here again.

Rooms were very nice and well cleaned. Breakfast was top notch all through the area was little small. Did not interact with staff besides as check in but the desk attendant was helpful and welcomed us warmly.

This is a nice hotel, especially compared to the other (cost-similar) options in Wausau. Lovely and welcoming front desk area, nice facilities (although the breakfast area is a bit small). Quite clean. Very friendly staff. The only complaints we had involved the beds and the shower. The beds were about average in comfort but the pillows didn’t hold up well overnight. Much too soft — our heads went right through them. The shower head in our room wasn’t clean (lime/rust on it), so that was a bit unpleasant. Overall though, a good experience.

I paid a visit to a friend who was staying at the hotel, and the rooms were very clean and tidy. I really liked the hotel's appearance.

Never was told pool and hot tub wasout of order till after she gave us a room near the pool … very disappointed especially

Ok if you do not want a cool suite, we had the suite and the outside space would not cool, staff told us to turn it on and off and then said well they are old. They did seem to care. Will not come back.

Great location a few minutes from the airport, with attractive rooms — even USB ports. Didn't visit the pool, but breakfast was hearty.

The hotel was recently remodeled. Our room was fresh and clean. The beds were comfortable. Overall an excellent stay.

Cold showers and the pillows were really bad. It was it heroine really clean and looked newly renovated.

The service was great and friendly. Breakfast was satisfying. Check out was expedious. The room was very clean and the beds was very inviting.

Very nice and clean hotel. Poor employees were having a hard time keeping it cleaned after so many kids.

Front desk person was very accomodating and we had every request filled within minutes of asking, even for a phillips head screwdriver to put batteries in a Christmas gift!

The only reason for a two… is because when you get a suite in current times… one expects flat screen tvs… not bubble tvs… otherwise great people and facility.
