Small pool, poor grab and go breakfast choices, and horrible airport shuttle service.

Staff is friendly and helpful… CLEAN, CLEAN…

We stayed here for a family trip for a few days and we loved every minute the breakfast lady from Hawaii was the best. What was her name? she's a great lady.

This is our first time staying at this hotel. Highly recommend! I usually do a wipe down of all surfaces in the room and they all came up spotless! Also nice, comfortable rooms. Ice machine down the hall. Fridge and microwave in the room. Great heat/temp control in room. Many channels on the TV. Gal working front desk today (lived in the Caribbean and her first winter driving here. Didn’t catch her name) was very personable, friendly, and helpful. Gave us the lowdown and we felt informed about the workings the hotel offered.

Check in was a breeze, the front desk was super sweet & helpful. Room was clean and wonderful. Definitely would stay again! I give 5 stars.

Good staff, rooms, and bed!

The hotel has a shuttle service for hotel guests up to 5 miles. When I arrived at the reception to ask for this service to a restaurant that was 3 miles away was a young man who refused my request. His friend and he tried to show me in every possible way that the distance is more than 5 miles. I told him to write the street of the restaurant on his phone and see that it was 3 miles away. After he wrote this he realized that I was right. But then came his friend (who heard the argument we built) and told him that he had a trip to the airport to pick up new guests. I told him that I was willing to join him on the trip and he also refused. He was really ridiculous and behaved in a way that did not respect the hotel guests. He and his friend planned to do other things and probably I came in the middle. Very disappointing!

Off of the highway, clean and friendly staff. Room was spacious as was the bathroom. Hot tub was nice however I watched a handicapped person have to have 3 people get him in and out of both the hot tub and pool as their lifts were both broken. I had never seen them used and was excited until it was not functioning. Bummer, please fix so all can enjoy easily! Breakfast was tasty and again all was updated and clean!

First off, coming from across the country and having a shuttle available directly going to the hotel, was a delight. I called the shuttle service number and with excellent communication by the driver, we set up a pick up spot and headed to the Fairfield Inn. The hotel was well decorated, clean, and easy to find where I needed to go. The pool area was indoor but had enough space for multiple families to enjoy the water. The gym was a decent size for 3 to 4 guest to exercise, if some are using the cardio machines. I had a really nice workout while I stayed here. A bench, a set of dumbells, and a medicine ball were plenty. The room was great. The bathroom was well lit and had a lot of space. Fit with the usual amenities: microwave, coffee pot, and fridge. The bed and room were comfortable and definitely needed after a long few days off traveling.

The staff are fantastic! The rooms are just big enough so don't expect to use an extra roll away bed. Breakfast was what you would expect. Unfortunately one day the juice machine was broken. The pool was not available but we were able to use a neighboring hotel's pool. If you like really soft beds this is the place for you. Conveniently located near the Rock sports complex, hospital, & Milwaukee attractions. Dropped a star because the beds were actually too soft and due to the inconveniences mentioned above.

Hotel was clean and offered many amenities. The bed was comfortable. They offered free shuttles from and to the airport. We had a little misunderstanding with the shuttle (my fault) but they were very accommodating and polite. The gym was clean complete with dumbbells and cardio machines.

Breakfast was decent. Pool was nice & hot tub was great. Beds were comfortable. Good location.

Stayed here Friday-Sunday, I’m only giving it 3 stars because we had one room that heat didn’t work, checked in got dressed turned the heat on 79 because it was cold out and wanted our room to be very warm when we arrived, returned to a freezing room it was an icebox, called front desk she was really nice and moved our room at this time we had to try and pack up everything then move it (took three trips). Second room took over 20 minutes to get hot water to work in the shower or the whirlpool, after that we had turn on shower, sink and whirlpool waters to get it running faster still took 15 minutes after keeping it on, called front desk and they said they had plumbing issues and she’ll run the water and another room to help it flow better (you would think they would tell you this since I had a whirlpool room) this was very irritating. Breakfast was okay. Room was very clean. No complaints about front desk or housekeeping they were really nice and accommodating.

It was a great place for a short staying. The breakfast and the service was good. The room was comfortable, but since they gave us a accessibility room, the bathroom didn't have a bath tub and it was not easy to take a shower.

Loved staying here with my boyfriend. We got the whirlpool suite and it was great. Will definitely come back!

Attractive and clean hotel with breakfast included. Upon check in had to wait less than 10 minutes for our room but wonder reception desk employee, Adesia, went above and beyond and gave us drink coupons and a room upgrade! Her friendly smile and excellent service were much appreciated!

Both Cindy and Alex were friendly and very helpful. The shuttle to airport is great. The room was spotless. This is a well managed hotel with great staff.

I've stayed at a lot of Marriott properties, and this was certainly one of them. Clean, comfortable, great staff, and very easy and quick access to and from the airport. They have a shuttle, but I did not use it.

Great place to stay and park while on vacation… nice clean rooms and a great breakfast!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was amazing we had a hot tub in our suit, they have good breaksfast the only thing I didn't like was the indoor pool had alot of bleach it smelled super stron but other than that the service was really good.

I'm skipping this hotel next time if I have the chance. I've stayed probably close to 60 nights in Marriot hotels this past year, yet this is most likely the first time I wasn't offered a mere single bottle of water when I arrived. I've had a more thoughtful welcoming at chains where I haven't spent half the money I've left at Marriot — a bottle of water for a tired guest goes a long way. Shower caps are non-existent in these rooms, or at least mine (is this a thing? ) so forget about keeping your hair from getting wet should you need to. It's a petty thing, but presumably hotels still replenish this along with other toiletries, right? And finally, that which unarguably made the rest seem like enough: the bathtub was clogged! So as you'll understand the water kept rising pre-tty quickly, which made it impossible to take a proper shower, so goodbye to that too. I ended up wet, not quite clean, and late. Now, I can understand how something like this could happen, but this is something that was evidently clogged from before I arrived, so I would expect them to notice beforehand. As to the rooms, the were fine, though a bit small and old-looking for the pricetag.

This hotel is always clean and has a nice variety of restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast area is clean and offers a good selection of choices.

Unexpected taxes, this muhado when you get me?

Very small room and when I booked my room I asked if I could pay cash and I was told yes. Upon checking in they said no. I didn't have a credit card so the only choice I besides sleeping outside was to use my debit card which now I have 5 over draft fees. They wouldn't work any thing out with my family and I. I was never told I couldn't pay cash. The lady working in the breakfast area wasn't friendly either and the pool closed at10 pm. Really? I will never stay here again!

Fire door leading up the stairs shakes entire rooms during the night, followed By the careless stomping of people up the stairs all night long. All very easily heard from any room near the ends of the hallways. If noise and cramped rooms don't bother you, you have found the perfect place!

Clean rooms. Nice staff. Well kept gym equipment. Pool hours were not as extended as orher Marriott locations. I would stay here again.

I was there for a business meeting. The breakfast options were nice and tasted good. The woman working that area was very pleasant and accommodating. The public bathroom was clean and the lobby was very well kept.

Terrible lumpy cheap pillows. I used a sweater instead after the first night and serious neck pain the next day. Plastic everything despite their claim to be environmentally considerate. Also really bad front desk service with staff disappearing often for long periods of time.

Bad experience. For a hotel like a Fairfield you expect to quickly check in and then have a decent room. Check in took 30 minutes because they were understaffed and over sold. When I got to my room the TV was on but there was no remote so had to call front desk to send one up. After 30 minutes of waiting I called again and was informed nothing had been sent up since there was only 1 person (front desk) working the hotel and I would have to wait until she was free. Had to unplug TV to be able to turn it off and go to sleep. Hotel room was pretty shabby. Also the bed only had the thick firm pillows which bend my neck. Thought to ask if they had different pillows but see earlier point about staffing level. Ended up using a folded up towel as a pillow. I would say avoid if you can, I know I will.

I have always stayed at Marriott branded hotels for a reason. I have always been treated well by the staff at all the locations and it is one of the reasons I continue to be a patron of Marriott. This hotel is no different. From the friendly professional treating at the front desk to the amenities they have. As a bonus, if you are flying out, it is about 2 miles from the airport for quick and easy access. As always, I will continue to stay at Marriott Hotels.

Great staff. Clean room. Accommodated my truck and trailer after racing at Road America. Even helped us with extra late checkout for my pit crew that had a late flight back home! Four stars because breakfast certainly could have been better.

Nice room. Bed very comfortable. Free shuttle to Summerfest. Hot breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs oatmeal waffles yogurt very good. Enjoyed the pool the hot tub was under repairs but they said we could have used one of their other hot tubs at their other properties.

Pros: seems to have been recently updated. Everything was bright and felt fresh. Small but acceptable gym and pool. Clean comfy beds and linens. Free Wi-Fi. Cons: Housekeeping could be more thorough. One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb. There was a dirty sock on the floor. TV is a bit outdated — HD, but a little fuzzy.

I have stayed here a couple of times when flying out of Milwaukee. They have a shuttle that goes to the airport, the airport is close by, and I have always liked the hotel because it is pretty nice.

Great property. King suite was as nice as anywhere I have stayed.

Everyone was so friendly! They made sure we were all set and comfortable and made sure our daughter (15 months) was happy too! Thanks again! We will definitely be back!
