Review of Country Inn & Suites 2*

So me and my family went here to stay paid $150 a night for this room was not cleaned well at all I found a covid top with a rapper from a granola bar right under the stand very visible I found. Hair is everywhere in the bathroom including the coffee pot. Ik they have 25 mins but I clean a whole hotel by myself clean mansion 2 ppl no way it should look like this. For this post is one of the reasons is that they charged us for my emotional support dog (cleaning fee) $25 a night because our ac was not working and my dog was barking. She is very scared dog wasn’t treated the best so she barks at every colored male black Mexican even some white men. They wanted us to leave yesterday in the hot weather told me I need to take my dog with me if she a service dog which it is 2 different things. She not a service dog for health the manager was so rude to me then when I was trying to tell him he can’t charge us he said I was so disrespectful I had told him I have legal papers given by my therapist right across the way. He told us after we paid for 2 nights the next day after the 1st night my husband went down stairs and the manager told him you guys have to leave we had to check out he said we need to find somewhere. So I said why are we just now getting informed this with our children a hour before check out an it’s very hot then he said I tell you all what I let you all stay one more night. He said we had to leave today because of snuggles barking and my rudeness checking in. We went to the one in Monona and they did not charge us for a cleaning fee on top of the fee we already had to pay. Never will we be back there. If the hotel going to be a pet friendly hotel dogs are going to bark. also there is dog poop everywhere.
