Friendly staff, great little store and restaurant attached. Clean, comfortable rooms and the food was home made.

Got stuck in Mauston with a broken down car on a Sunday. Have to wait until tomorrow for a shop to open. This a great motel. All in one big building is the Oasis Family Restaurant which has a great menu with great food. Like an all day breakfast, steaks, fried food, pasta sandwiches, everything. What appears to be a nice lounge (but I don't drink), an indoor saltwater pool and jacuzzi. All under one roof. I'm here in the Summer and it is great. All this inside would be good in the winter too. Nice people. Good. Right off I-90. Outdoor pool is closed b/c of COVID-19.

Great hotel and delicious breakfast.

Good clean rooms … little noisy but they provide ear plugs.

I have family that live in Mauston and this is our to go to place every year absolutely love it here and so does my kids :)

Staff is always helpful and cheerful. Rooms are cleane and VERY comfortable.

The staff was exceptionally nice. Always a smile. The hotel was extremely clean. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Coffee was hot and flavorful as well. We would stay again if we come back up here.

First time at this Hotel and I was Impressed nice and clean lobby staff was welcoming. Told us there was coffee and lemon water all day as a complementary. Free breakfast with our stay it was awesome room was big, nice and clean. Pool area was great we were never disturbed overall satisfied. We had a little getaway from home definitely recommend this hotel. Pet friendly.

This is a fairly std run-of-the mill Best Western. Nice and clean — nothing fancy but very clean and comfy. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff, particularly Joe. He was great and very helpful.

We arrived at 8:30:pm with a reservation so had no trouble checking in. Clean hotel. An indoor and outdoor pool, which we did not use, but everyone using them were having a good time. Room was large and clean. The mattress was good but the pillows were a little hard. Standard breakfast but enough options to choose from. We will stay there again the next time we are passing through.

Got there pretty late (3am) but staff was still there to receive us. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The towels in particular were very nice. As weird as it sounds.

Really nice place to stay, room was clean and well kept. Only issue we had was that they allow the public to swim in their outdoor pool. We wish we would’ve known that because we stayed an extra day to have the pool to ourselves. If that was the case we could’ve booked in the Dells and delt with all of that.

We very much enjoyed our 5 night stay! Every area was cleanly & tidy. We found the staff to be very hospitable, accommodating & pleasant! The continental breakfast was excellent! Thank you for making this a great experience.

Nothing special in any aspect given the price. Nothing horrendous, but it felt kind of low rent for the $145 price tag. I would look for a Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn, rather than stay at a Best Western again. They feel more polished, contemporary, and comfortable.

Great rooms, clean, great breakfast, nice indoor and outdoor pools. Tv didn't work right away and they fixed it quickly. A little mix up with booking in a wedding block and ending up with two rooms but the front desk addressed their mistake and fixed it.

Nice hotel. Parking was a little strange. You have to drive around a pond to get to the parking lot. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. Towels were soft. Toilet paper was not. Would not take much for this to be 4 star hotel. Also being a cigar smoker, a heated smoking area would be nice.

Had to stay here unexpectedly during a snow storm. It was one of the few places that accepted pets. The suite we got was nice. It looked like a log cabin. The breakfast was decently good, and it was really nice that they offered almond milk. I wish we would have had the opportunity to explore the pool and other amenities. The only negatives were the only available rooms for us were a bit pricey. Also the area by our room and sometimes our room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

We booked a room at Best Western Park Oasis for an upcoming ball tournament. We booked through a booking site that states "no cancellation". The, tournament was cancelled and I thought we were stuck paying for a room we wouldn't be using. I originally called the hotel. The lady on the phone was very helpful and stated I had to go through the booking site, but could call back to speak with one of the managers. I went through proper, channels and received a call from one of the managers from the hotel letting me know they were able to cancel our reservations at no charge! WOW Best Western Park Oasis! You didn't have to do that, but you did. Very much appreciated and I will be using your services when in the area and tell others of my experience. Thank you!

Recently updated, very clean and modern. Fireplace and hot tub in log cabin like room was enjoyable and spacious. Nice to have a lounge and restaurant/convenience store attached to the hotel via walkway. Great baked goods and friendly staff. Nice pool. Continental breakfast area under construction, they gave me a $6.00 restaurant coupon in lieu of each morning. My only complaint, 3 night stay, housekeeping didn't clean my room after my 2nd night. I didn't notify the hotel. I will stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Best Western. Staff is very nice and helpfull. When we came into our room we tried to adjust the air and were not able to. I called the front desk. The attendant came to the room immediately and showed is the thermostat on the wall. Lol. Room was large and clean. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. Room was quiet. Our room was directly across from the laundry room, but we didnt hear any noise from there. Didnt realize it was there until we were leaving. It was really nice to have a full service restaurant in the hotel (very good food). Very convient location, right off the highway. Having the gas station right there was another plus. I made note in my travel log of this hotel so that the next time we travel we stop here. Thank you for making out stay very pleasant.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Oasis Park in Mauston, Wisconsin and I was pleasantly surprised. When I first walked in I was greeted by two helpful and pleasant employees behind the check in desk, and believe me, that can make or break your hotel experience. They were both fantastic. My room was close off the lobby but surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to the social hub. The room had everything I would hope with a super comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Plenty of towels too, which some hotels tend to skimp on. More importantly though, this hotel is super convenient. Right off the highway, it has a gas station, restaurant/diner and a lounge attached! Plus, it's right next to a cheese shop, which is a very important aspect of every trip to Wisconsin, haha. Another cool thing is that it has both an indoor and an outdoor pool… it is often hard to find an outdoor pool in the midwest, and that is a real plus. Also, the room, and really, the whole hotel was very clean, which is something else you take for granted until you go to a hotel that just isn't. All in all, a great hotel for the cost and it is highly recommended.

Great hotel, friendly front desk workers, it has everything you need all in one place (gas station/gift shop, restaurant, a lounge/bar that serves pizzas), you never have to leave the premises!
