Room was decent and bed was comfortable. I think my girlfriend and myself were allergic to whatever detergent they use to clean the sheets/pillowcases. Both woke up with puffy/sore faces.

Place was alright. Came here for work. Checked in and the key card wasn't activated. Had to go back to the front desk to get it fixed. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and/or cracked. The shower was slow draining. A few outlets didn't work. The bed was springy. And the hotel ignores your do not disturb sign. There is free Wi-Fi. Free breakfast. Cable. And the air conditioning works real well. The bed was alright but not great. Staff was friendly. Location was great as there is plenty of restaurants and a few department stores around.

I would highly recommend this hotel for guests staying in the Manitowoc area. The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful.

Room was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Refrigerator and microwave in my room were clean and working. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. I'm working nearby, and will definitely be coming back again to this motel.

The room was wonderful. The a/c unit was already running when I arrived so I could relax from the heat. The breakfast bar they have each morning is alright. I would have liked to see a bit more of a variety of foods for breakfast. Otherwise it was overall alright.

I stayed here for 24 nights while traveling for work and loved it! Awesome staff, great rates, clean rooms, and a great location. Would highly recommend.

Pet Friendly, Nice continental breakfast and friendly staff!

The room is nice and clean. There is a hot breakfast that was good. The room rate is okay. Staff is nice. But don't use your Samsung Pay to check in. It messed up their system.

I stay here annually when I go salmon fishing! Inexpensive and perfectly good rooms!

Good place to stay. Booking online I saw good marks and reviews. However when I first saw the place I was taken aback. This place looks plain and old from the outside. I was rethinking what the internet told me. However again, I was surprised when I got into my room. The bed was nice and pillowly, the tile, countertops were new, and everything was clean. So emotionally I went from 9 to 3 to 9 in about 15 mins. They had a good breakfast: bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, milk, coffee, juice, apples, oranges, the normal stuff.

Terrible customer service, I called and was told that they had 10 single rooms available, when I arrived then informed me that they only had doubles at twice the rate I was just quoted. After alot of talking I was offered a discounted rate, then informed that having a credit card on file wasn't enough for them to accept cash as a payment, they had to charge it to my card regardless.

Excellent well kept property. TJ and Jamie will go out of their way to satisfy guests. Pleasant stay.

Nice clean room and decent breakfast, especially for the price.

I really enjoyed that little pup greeter. He was the cutest and just what I needed to smile at the end of a long day of travel and training. The room needed updating but was clean and comfortable. There was a microwave and fridge in the room which was nice. However, there were spiders outside of my window. Not the occasional daddy long leg, but numerous meaty spiders I could see from bed. The fitness room smelled so heavily it was hard to breathe in air let alone do any cardio. It was overpowering and I skipped the workout. My room also smelled like moke and the sink in the bathroom didn't drain.

Stayed one night at this hotel during our travels to another location. The hotel & room were very clean, staff was pleasant and the hot breakfast was as good as could be expected. Will certainly stay here again if the occasion arises.

Our room was dirty. The bathroom was disguesting with bathtub having back ring around it and hair in the tub! Toilet had a ring around the inside very dirty! The free breakfast in the morning was not even eatable! Never will I stay there again!

Everything went without incident, and I had no problems.

Stopped here on our way to San Antonio. I have no idea why this would be rated a two star hotel! Check in was flawless, we were given a 20% discount, and our room was quiet clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is standard fare, but the staff at the desk was willing to cook me up fresh eggs and bacon even though breakfast hours were probably over. That's five star treatment in my book! If we have a reason to visit Manitowoc again, we will definitely stay here.

Everything but the staff. Double charged and didn't review charges with us when we called to extend our stay. Manager Vic patiently worked with us, and Ruby was exceptionally nice, however KJ… not friendly and just RUDE.

I enjoyed my stay. Missed breakfast the first morning. Standard continental with waffles and bacon and eggs. My room was clean, bathroom clean. Its in a good area. Staff was friendly. I would stay here again.
