Breakfast was very eloquent. Yet seemed to derive a very ghetto mood. Very invigorating to have had the oppurtunity to stay in this Crime riddled-hooker infested — dirty hotel rooms with stains on the bedsheets. And the walls. HOW DOES one get a stain on the wall. Poorly Managed with a lack there of workers who actually care. And it shows. The rooms are disgusting, they have actual bed bugs! I love the atmosphere of workers sitting at the bar. While drinking on the clock in uniform. Will never stay here again. And will go out of my way to make sure no one else does. Not even worth a star. But decor was on point — Zachary Josiah.

Our family stayed there over the weekend for a wedding. So much room for us all to gather at breakfast or hang in the lobby. Lots of options to choose for breakfast. We had the most beautiful view from our room. Since it is right downtown we were able to walk to the farmers market and so many restaurants. A truly lovely hotel.

I've stayed at the Wyndham Garden Kenosha Harborside many times, and I can say that this is one of the finest hotels I've stayed in! The lake views are breathtaking, the staff is all excellent, the prices are overall reasonable, the rooms are very updated, clean, roomy and manageable! I absolutely love the pool and Fitness room! The only thing that needs work is the elevator, it's slow and seems to be off a bit! Otherwise this place is a 5 star experience for my fiance and myself!

Wyndham Garden hotel is beautiful location of a hotel to stay in you wish to view the harbor waters out of the room windows of downtown Kenosha, WI. I give an A+ grade on cleanliness. The service is excellent and very friendly only complaint I have is about the elevator, which could definitely use updating. Also, a very personal complaint is about breakfast. The quality of the food is absolutely nice, the best of a hotel I have ever tasted, however for meat I prefer a non-pork option.

Nice location right in the heart of Kenosha with a lovely view of the harbor and lake. You can tell it was an older property that has been given some attention to update and refresh it. Has a good breakfast buffet to start your morning and a welcoming bar to help you relax before bed. Walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and shops in the downtown.

Nice place. A lot of things to do with in the hotel itself. Very nice bar. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It walking distance of any local stores and bars. Nice view of the lake. Indoor pool and hot tub always a plus!

It's a breathtaking view. The suite is huge and comfy… immaculately cleaned. I look forward to comedy night on Friday, that's a very nice perk to staying here. Long walks along the water while watching the mallard ducks paddle around is romantic as well. A very short, peaceful getaway from Chicago.

I love Wyndham hotels. This one was a total disappointment! We were given a room that had not been cleaned. We then checked into an upgraded room that had garbage left in front of the door for our whole stay. This room was located down the hall of the lobby. The spa and pool were dirty with no towels available. At checkout I was treated like I did something wrong by asking for the discount that was offered for the room mix up. I will never visit this location again.

Rooms clean, beds comfortable, but breakfast was very poor. I know I'm not going to get a 5 star experience, but eggs did not even look like eggs, juice machine was out of juice, no yogurt. All stuff that can be fixed easily.

The modern update was cool. Construction was very messy and made the entrance inconvenient. I also really miss the arcade and bar that used to be there. I think they are missing some big things that could make tis better. Also the hot tub was cold. But breakfast was free and nice.

Really nice view to the lake, good price, beautiful rooms and nice showers. They have indoor swimming pool at 3 feet deep and a Jacuzzi. They also have a good breakfast. I enjoyed my stay there hopefully I'll be staying there many more times.

One of the worst experiences in a hotel I've ever had. Staff was impolite and short, we never had our room serviced over the two night stay despite repeated requests, and had to beg for a couple of extra towels since their were only two in our room. There are plenty of other options in the area and I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

My experience with this hotel was absolutely horrible! My boyfriend and I booked a room here to stay after our friends' wedding. Our friends had chosen this hotel because they were told they would be given a shuttle service for booking a block of rooms. On the day of the wedding, myself and some other guests went to the front desk after checking in to ask about the shuttle to the wedding reception. First of all, there was only one person working behind the desk ON A SATURDAY NIGHT. Second of all, this person had NO IDEA about the shuttle. She then told us (after about 10 minutes of pure confusion) that we were not granted a shuttle service because there were not 10 rooms blocked for the wedding party and that there had only been 7 rooms blocked. This is despite the fact that several of the guests had a difficult time booking a room and were told months in advance that the hotel blocked was booked and they had to book a room outside of the block. Plus no one informed the bride and groom of this "10-room" booking rule from the outset at all! There were many more than 10 guests/parties from this wedding who booked a room. The receptionist also told us that the manager was unavailable to speak to until the next morning, and was very rude with the bride ON HER WEDDING DAY on the phone. The lack of communication between staff, management, and guests is unbelievable, not to mention the disrespect for the guests. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had nothing but issues with Wyndham from the beginning. We stayed here for our Kenosha wedding and reserved room blocks when it was still Best Western. They reserved the wrong number of rooms and I had a horrendous time getting in touch with someone who could help. They eventually comped one of our nights as the bride and groom. The rooms were very expensive for how small and crappy the rooms are, and they didn't have any suites so having wedding parties get ready was a nightmare. If you are getting married in Kenosha, please try to find somewhere else to stay. The Wyndham could be a goldmine if they ran it correctly and upgraded all the rooms, as the view is undeniably beautiful. They also messed up my sister's reservation, putting her down for 3 nights compared to the correct 2, and she was supposed to get two queen beds and was instead given a king. The front desk was rude and told her there was nothing they could do. Bummer, Wyndham. Very disappointed.

Check in was easy and fast. As for Kenosha goes this is by far my favorite stay. Friendly staff and a good continental breakfast.

Elevator was janky, room was nice. The breakfast was good and had lots of options. Within walking distance of downtown Kenosha.

Had a great time staying here for one night. Hotel is clean and looks like it was recently renovated. Staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet was stocked the whole time. Room with lake view was fantastic. Only downside was the pool, 3 feet deep and felt filthy.

Okay, not great. For the price, I expected something a little better. Rooms need some maintenance done. Some rooms are missing numbers, doors close roughly, etc. Elevator is very slow. "Indoor pool" is a maximum depth of 3ft so tough to swim in, and is very small. Great location though; beautiful harborside and boardwalk, great bar and grill right across the street.

Upon check in my credit card was declined. I provided an alternate card, however I knew my card was valid. I called my bank and was informed the hotel attempted to cage an additional $100 to my card. I recall the other desk clerk explain this process to another customer however I was just informed. I feel this is ridiculous to charge a $100 deposit for "incidental use". I was not informed and I have never experienced this beforehand. The hotel itself is clean, bed comfy. Parking is minimal.

The hotel was nice. The beds are big and comfy. The view is amazing. Though the pool is a little small, it was still nice. It's close to plenty of great places to eat and see, all within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was there for the weekend. Wanted to use the pool with my young nephew and niece thank goodness they were busy. The pool walls are full of black mold, needs some exhaust fan or ventilation. The hot tub was hot but no jets. The pool was closed the first night. Big disappointment! The rooms were nice, but there too the bathroom has no exhaust fan. Would not stay there again especially for the price they charge a night.
