Great staff at this hotel. Wonderful location.

Nice, clean, and Delafield is a Quaint little town.

Stayed here overnight for a local wedding, allowed us to check in early in order to get ready and we're great all around.

Great people who helped me make comfort with my burned foot from the motorcycle. The dark hair lady looked all around for something to help me with then she suggested that I do go to urgent care. I’d go back. But I always recommend staying there when I traveled with my family in the military too. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast bar too.

Lovely hotel stayed in it a few times. I mean it's not over the top but a good breakfast and comfortable rooms.

All the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and the Breakfast was the standard but the area was well kept.

Location was great — easy to fund right off the highway, right in the middle of the shopping centers/restaurants. Employees were kind and helpful from beginning to end. Room was clean with cable and internet included. Continental breakfast, and they even invited me to an ice cream social in the lobby.

Very friendly and caring staff. Rooms are clean. Breakfast offers lots of options.

Staff was excellent — happy, kind, competent, and more! Breakfast was better than anticipated. The gal that worked breakfast both Sat. And Sun. (July 28 and 29) was the best. The world needs more people like her — so incredibly pleasant and positive!

It was a lovely stay. I enjoyed the the clean rooms & breakfast in the morning.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed over Christmas and they were great (and brought us extra garbage bags) when my family was using the lobby to open gifts. The breakfast was also good — — a nice variety of hot and cold items.

The room was very nice and clean but there was a ton of highway noise. It seems that the windows do not keep much sound out. Overall, it's a nice hotel though.

Stayed here for a friends wedding. Staff was very warm and inviting. They were very accommodating as my wife and I showed up earlier than they were expecting. I love all the free amenaties including free cookies and tea! Definitely would stay here again.

Nice hotel, room was very comfortable and clean. Pool was a little smaller, but completely empty when we went, so made no difference to us. Great items offered in the free breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean but there was a funny smell on the top floor. The breakfast was the same as any other breakfast as a holiday in express, and they all need significant improvement. The staff was friendly and attentive. There were some children that were pretty loud which made sleeping in a little difficult.

Horrible Air conditioning in the room. Be prepared for a sleepless night… the AC doesn't cools enough and is the loudest making it an awful experience.

Nice property with clean rooms right off of I94. Breakfast has a nice selection and the gal working in the dining area was wonderful.

It was just ok. Rooms are dated, nothing special at all for the rate. Also, the movie channels were listed on the TV guide but not available? Not a huge deal, but I expect what is advertised to be available and the front desk staff did not seem to know why.

Property is well kept, but outdated. Rooms are very clean and larger than most comparable brands. Great outlet location is a big plus for charging multiple electronics and being able to iron clothes. Another big plus is the irons, stayed here twice and booth times looked like the iron was new. Bathroom had a working fan when you turn the light on. Beds are comfortable enough with soft or firm choices for pillows.

My stay was fantastic and and the staff was very friendly. Our room was right next to the pool and smelled like chlorine. The front desk was able to move us without incident. Both rooms were clean none the less. I would stay here again.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful. Pool was well used by the family. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Hot tub was great, breakfast was filling, bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. 1. Switch plate broken 2. Trash behind night stand 3. Shower made high pitched squeal. 4. People yelling and running in hallway at 2am 5. Banging from someone at 930 am. Overall the stay was nice but the noise was crazy. I did mention it'd I the front desk and she said the night auditor did have noise complaints and she would credit our account which she did. I'll stay here again and see how it goes. There were more positives than negatives by far.

Just like home! So clean, and the staff treats you like family :) We always look forward to our stay here, and Rebecca's genuine concern for our comfort and well being really makes this hotel special. Strongly recommend for anyone especially with children!

Our son is a cadet at St. John's Northwestern Military Academy, and we were so happy to have found this wonderful hotel. Rebecca was so friendly and literally welcomed us like we were family on check-in, and accommodated all our requests. The rooms are large and very clean, and the bed was soft and so comfortable. Definitely kid-friendly, and so close to the cycling paths as well as restaurants and stores. But, no doubt we're going back because of the staff who made us feel at home. We'll be back!

I know ur reading this u have to go to this hotel this was the best hotel ever the pool is great the spa is awesome the rooms r so comfortable the breakfast is great they even have pancake night at like 8-11 so good they have chocolate and strawberry syrup, chocolate and butterscotch chips and whip cream.

I was in Oconomowoc coaching in a basketball tournament. I had four families staying the night. Everything was great, especially the front desk. They were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was very nice, the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was like going to a buffet. Everything was delicious, especially the cinnamon rolls. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We had a family funeral nearby, with many family members from all over the country staying here. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, and on top of that the rooms were clean and well appointed. Great hotel.

Great location but for the price the area charges for a room/night they could at least have a microwave in the breakfast area for guests to use.

I stayed at this hotel for 7days in August 2009. The staff was great! Friendly people. The area has great shopping, and a great resturant across the street. Waterstreet Brewery. The breakfast in the morning is very good but basic. But you cant complain about free breakfast cooked for you. Thanks again Hoilday Inn. I will be there next time for my G. E Healthcare meeting.
