This hotel has been wonderful so far and we just got here. They gave us a bereavement discount for my brothers funeral. Put us on the top floor away from a wedding party to make sure we had quietness and when we went out to get our stuff the front desk lady who was so kind made us a basket of goodies with a note that says I hope this helps you smile. True customer service. Also the room and bathrooms are very nice!

Very friendly staff, the cookies are delicious and should be served on weekends also. I love the orange and pineapple infused water too! Rita is amazing and so friendly, she deserves a raise and a promotion!

Best bet in Beloit. This newer property is well managed and delivers Hampton Inn quality service and facilities. Great exercise room.

Working with this hotel to book a room block for a wedding is almost impossible. They make it so difficult and the manager of the hotel is no help. No one is on the same page. You would think reserving rooms for a wedding block would be easy. Good luck trying to get anyone from this hotel to call you back. I filed complaints with the corporate office and never heard back. I would get emails from them saying we are glad your issue was resolved. If you are trying to book a block of rooms for a wedding look else where. There are other hotels in the area that are much nicer when it comes to customer service. Beware.

Hosted a professional event. The staff was very professional and the event went off without a hitch. I arrived, the food and setup was impeccable and I was able to immediately set up. Will return if we do more events in Beloit.

A surprisingly nice hotel for Beloit. I don't intend for that to sound so condescending. Beloit is a small city. Rooms are large, clean, and new. Staff was polite. I didn't have time for breakfast, so I don't know how that is.

Good location, very friendly staff. Free breakfast w fruit waffles and such. Dinning options nearby. Close to a gas station and Wal-Mart.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was spacious and had good water pressure. The breakfast had good options and the staff was curtious and efficient. Everything you can ask from a hotel on a business trip!

Beautiful place to stay. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, local activities. Warm friendly people to assist you while you are there.

The area around the hotel is a disaster of road construction. If you do manage to get through that, the hotel is pretty nice. Spacious rooms and 2 times a day cleaning service. Very good to a bar and grill right in the backyard.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was spotless. The bathroom was gorgeous. Breakfast had actual food with flavor. It was easy to find things I wanted to eat. I enjoyed the small endearing touches like mustaches on the drinking cups.

By far not my favorite Hampton. Service was not great. Rooms were ok and was fairly clean.

Recently, as I was passing through, my car broke down and I was forced to leave it at NTB next door overnight. I walked into the hotel, and within 5 minutes I had a huge, super clean room at a great rate. I was blown away by the experience I had, the staff were friendly, the room was immaculately clean and everything was just perfect. I wish I could remember the names of who I spoke with to thank them again for making this unexpected stay as pleasant as could be!

Excellent hotel and conveniently located. It's true there us no bar here but there is an excellent one right out the back door 30' away. See my review on Jersey's! The hotel is great and I will be back when I travel this direction.

This is a nice Hampton Inn. The have had the recent remodel, so everything seems nice and new. The room layout is better than most, with the bathroom closest to the hallway, insulating you from possible noise. The bed room area is not cramped at all. The location is close to shopping, fast food locations, gas stations, and the Interstate ramps. We would stay again if we need to go to the Beloit area again.

This hotel was the best ive stayed at! I loved how nice and caring the staff are, and they're extremely helpful. Although the pool is small, my little group had a very nice time.

It was a wonderful stay in the Hampton. Quite, relaxing and very clean. Would recommend this Inn.

This is a very clean and modern Hampton Inn. The room was comfortable and the breakfast kept us full for a long drive.

Easy access from highway. Very clean. Extremely comfortable beds. I wanted to keep the comforter, it was heavenly. Brand new tiled bathroom with tub. Lovely service at the front desk. Yummy, warm cookies at night upon arrival. Nice breakfast with hot and cold. Swimming pool although I didn't use it. Restaurants within easy walking distance and Aldi across the street.

Our room was clean. We arrived at midnight and left at 6 am the next morning. The front desk staff made the experience easy for us.

The rooms for the perfect size we had to adjoining room servisair was excellent. The kids had a great time at the pool. And they have a great breakfast went there for the my grandkids to have fun and they really enjoyed their self.

We stay at this hotel every time we come up to see our son & his family. Staff is always very friendly & courteous. Love our room, we reserve King bed room and love the huge walk in shower. Breakfast buffet has something for everyone.

Worst hotel experience ever on what's was to be our 2nd night. The manager working was a completely rude. Will never stay at this location ever again if she is still manager. Had issues with payment and the crew Saturday Oct 1 did a GREAT job helping us to resolve that issue. We needed to stay an extra night and the manager on Sun Oct 2 was not only rude but tried saying we smoked in our room which never happened. SHE even tried to threaten someone in our group when he told her to check the cameras. Huge thank you to the crew on Saturday, not so much with the Sunday crew. Ended up staying at competitor which was way cheaper and offered way more amenities. I really like staying at Hamptons hotels and this one was very nice but the manager in duty sure turned into a terrible experience.

Perfect hotel for the price. It was close by many different restaurants and stores. The Wi-Fi was only free for three devices, which was annoying. Overall, I would stay again.

Rooms and restrooms are clean and modern. DirecTV is standard in every room, and is such a breath of fresh air compared to the standard hotel cable.

Hotel was new and clean and crawling distance from a good bar. Staff was friendly, laundry was cheaper than my apartment complex. However it has typical Hampton Inn problems. Walls were paper thin, breakfast was lacking, and pillows were way too soft.

We were traveling through the area and stayed at the Hampton Inn Beloit. Check in was fast and the room was nice. We ended up using a rollaway and it was the nicest, most comfortable rollaway any of us had ever seen/used. Had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

The people here are fantastic. They greet you everything you walk in the door. My room was clean and the location is great because it's central from where ever you need to go. The restaurant called Jersey Bar and Grill right behind it was great and had good food as well!

Stay away Hampton Inn are thiefs. They took 250. Oo dollars out of my account they said room smelled like smoke +we don't smoke. will never stay at hampton again!

We stayed there, with a family of 6, for about 2 months! We had the chance to meet pretty much all staff, they are all great people, specially Rita, Justin, Ryan, and Laura. If we need to stay again in a hotal, in Beloit, there will be no other option for us, but the Hampton Inn. The Sorondos.

This stay was accommodated by Susan under the Bereavement Rate as we had a large family gathering for the passing of our Mother/Grandmother/Great-Grandmother. Susan and the whole staff was very caring and made sure everything was perfect for us. I have had good/great past experiences with Hampton Inns, but this was by far the best! Susan even provided gift baskets in each room with a hand written card expressing her deepest sympathies for our loss from her and the staff at the hotel. Her level of customer care goes far beyond expectations. It was truly a pleasurable experience having someone take care of us so we could focus on comforting family. My deepest thanks and gratitude go out to you and your whole hotel staff for all you did for us. Thank you.

You must stay here. Its so worth it.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stay in. Big spacious rooms, clean, beautifully decorated, and excellent rooms. The front desk was always so helpful. The cleaning staff was great. All were smiling and asking if they could assist. The pool was marvelous with lift chairs and very clean. The breakfast was a full breakfast with eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit, cereal, and many options for drinks and coffee. This is the best Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. If I visit this area I will stay in this hotel.

This hotel just opened yesterday, and we will be the first people ever to stay in this room. As is to be expected, everything is beautiful! OF SPECIAL NOTE in the pool area, (see my pictures) are the TWO assist chairs for handicap people, 1 for the main pool and also 1 for the jacuzzi. Deep rust brown beige preside over the entire color scheme and decor. Huge flat screen HDTV, placed what I thought was oddly off to the side of the bed. the famous JERSEY'S BAR &GRILL is right outside the door! WOW, talk about convenient for practicing "safe walking"! FITNESS CENTER is beautifully outfitted with state of the art equipment. Not sure what their breakfast is like but as of now we will be back.
