The rooms are nice. Beautiful hotel. We didn’t have the continental breakfast. The pool water was green. I don’t know why. We let our kid swim anyway because he’d been counting down the minutes until we got to the pool. Definitely not the quality I’m used to with clubhouse hotels.

There were ants in our room, the tile was jagged between the sleeping area and entry and cut my husband's foot, the pool was filthy and not sure what was growing in the hottub. Very disappointing stay.

This was an outstanding place to stay! Kid friendly and pet friendly with private walkouts! We were spoiled! we campared our next hotels on our trip and nothing came close to comparison! if traveling with kids/pets it's a MUST!

Beds are totally uncomfortable. Way to soft. We needed a pullout couch. I think prison has better mattresses than this horribly thin cruddy “mattress”. I love this hotel in Sioux Falls and can’t believe the differences.

Clubhouse Hotel and Suites really strives to make your stay grand and the staff go above and beyond to fix issues that arise. They have definitely won my business.

Nice hotel, but I was told at check in that hotel was at mac capacity. Find that hard to believe that every ti. E I travel to this city this hotel is completely full. When the parking lot looks so bare.

The breakfast wasn't that great, but oh my word what a beautiful place and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Don't book here if there is any chance that you may need to cancel the reservation. I made a reservation on a Thursday evening for a Friday night stay. I called early Friday morning (before 8am) and explained that I was flyng a small plane, had some issues with the weather that made it unsafe to fly, and requested that they cancel my reservation and refund my money. They refused so I had to pay for hotel room that I could not use. Management of this hotel is UNETHICAL!

This was a clean and very nice hotel. The customer service was above average. The pool was awesome. The windows were dirty, but that’s okay.

The hotel was really nice and breakfast was very good. The staff could have been much more friendly.

My five nanny girls and I stayed here for a girl’s night! Needless to say, they stayed in the pool for five hours within a day and loved every second of it! They also each ate waffles for breakfast! Couldn’t get much better!

The clubhouse Hotel and Suites was very clean beautiful property we stayed in last night. The staff was friendly and helpful would definitely recommend.

Nice rooms that are clean. Quick sevice at the front desk. We came for the pool, and the chlorine is so strong we cannot tolerate it for more than 30 minutes. After that we are all coughing and eyes are burning. Too bad because the pool area is fun, especially for the little ones.

The pool was great and family friendly. The breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I would highly recommend this location for social or professional conferences! The meeting areas are separated enough from the hotel and restaurant that there is no worry of other guests accidently walking in on you, nor is any noise audible from that side of the facility. However, it is still just a two minute walk from the meeting area to the spacious and clean rooms. I have been here multiple times, and an never disappointed.

We always stay here when in Pierre. Our daughter loves the pool and the rooms and service are wonderful. Highly recommended.

Nice size rooms, very clean, staff friendly (front desk actually called night we checked in to see if we needed anything! ) and they actually have TCM on TV channels (that never happens). Very pleased all around.

Front desk and breakfast area are terrific, the pool area is great for toddlers to young children. Down side, do not stay in room 216, it is the last room on the housekeeping to do list and you will be lucky if they get to your room by 500pm if at all. We stayed over on a Sunday night so you would think they would do those rooms before doing the exiting customers, to my knowledge not too many people start their vacation on a Sunday. Needless to say housekeeping never showed up but the front desk was helpful with getting us clean towels. There is a nice sitting area on the second floor for visiting and the public area on the first floor during breakfast was always being looked after by staff, cleaning tables and replenishing food items. RedRossa restaurant next door has take out and room service, reasonably priced and good food and Happy Hour!

I loved our stay here it was fancy and comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was very tidy.

The room was gorgeous and comfortable. Very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast choices included a variety of sweets, proteins, waffles, cereals and oatmeal and was served in a pleasant comfortable space. Front desk was friendly and helpful. She asked if I'd been there before and explained where everything was located. Would definitely stay here again!

Great room and atmosphere. However, very disappointed in the noise level from the band in the restaurant. I was offered a different room, so they tried to accommodate. Could the band be moved to the other side of the restaurant?

We had stayed at a clubhouse in Sioux Falls SD in May and we were happy. But this past weekend we had reserved a room for two nights about a month ago. Something came up and we weren't able to make the trip. My wife's sister was going to be in town and wanted to stay in our place. The manager said that they couldn't do it. We just tried to collect some of our money back because they won't refund your money. We will NEVER stay at a Clubhouse again. I just want to forewarn everyone.

After arriving around 10 pm the new general manager greeted us with a smile, and offered to open the just closed pool for my children. The pool is extremely kid friendly with 2 slides and a max height of 3 foot. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was above average. It was the perfect way to start vacation.

When back for a visit, we will stay here. The staff and Sean (night manager) went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Truly a Small dog friendly hotel. Great restaurant attached. Clean, quiet, & comfortable. Kid friendly. Fun mini water park.

I mostly spent time in the Bride and Grooms suite. It was a beautiful to floor room that looked more like a swanky apartment. It even had a spacious private balcony.

This was an excellent experience for my family and I. The rooms were luxurious and the amenities were plenty! The staff was kind and courteous! Well definitely stay here inv the future!

Nice front desk. Cool courtyard. Cruiser Bikes to take out to the park. Pool will little water slide. Wonderful continental breakfast. Worth every dollar. Rooms are great too.

Room and hotel are of the best in town. Bad experience at the beginning due to a mix up with our reservation and trying to get it worked out. It was a struggle at first, but ultimately they did take care of us and will be happy to come back!

Amenities are outstanding, staff is helpful. Red Rossa was fairly packed, but the drinks at the bar were reasonable as far as prices go.

The coziest bed I have ever slept in! The hotel is very clean, nice and quiet, and staff are very accomodating. The rooms are upscale yet homey feeling. The thermostat was good at keeping the room comfortable — much better than electric units. Best place to stay in Pierre!

Even though the standard room price appears to be 20% higher than others, Clubhouse Hotel & Suites generates the value through its services, location, and experienced. Notable services include: a free shuttle to and from the airport, friendly employees ready to help, and cleaning staff that prioritizes a hygenic environment. The location optimizes a visitor's stay. Right next to the river, a person can run along the trails by the Causeway. On the other hand, if you are here for a quick stay, RedRossa Italian Grille adjoins the hotel for easy access to a restaurant. To top it off with cleanliness, Clubhouse Hotel & Suites proves to be a high-grade hotel in Pierre. 4 out of 5 for a 4-star hotel.

Towels and sheets were textured in such a way that was physically uncomfortable. The beds were terrible so we had a hard time sleeping. The room was very warm all weekend even though we set the air conditioner as low as it could go. The staff were rude and very grudgingly helped you if you asked them. Th e only plus was the shuttle service and the Italian restaurant connected to the hotel (Which was very good).
